Appartamento moderno accogliente e ricco di dotazioni. C'era proprio tutto. La posizione favolosa a due passi dalla spiaggia e dai negozi. Vera chicca , il balconcino che consentiva di mangiare come se si galleggiasse sul mare, una vista favolosa!

Mir hat's sehr gut gefallen
Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen . Man ist direkt mitten im Ort und kann sowohl zum Strand, zum Supermarkt oder zum Restaurant zu Fuß gehen. Der Parkplatz ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Fand ich aber auch nicht schlimm. Zu zweit ist die Wohnung super, 4 Personen wäre mir zu eng für die Größe.
Die Matratzen in dem einen Schlafzimmer fand ich viel zu weich, aber da es noch ein zweites besseres Doppelbett gab, war das nicht weiter schlimm. Kurios war, dass eine Straßenlaterne auf dem zugewiesene Parkplatz steht... Man konnte also immer nur schräg parken ;-)

Tbis is a great fiat with gorgeous views and thoroughly recommend staying here.
The flat overlooks the bay and we loved sitting out in the early evening sun soaking up the gorgeous views . Gianmarco our host was excellent. Great to deal with and really responsive to our questions.

Very professional communication from the owner. Immediate reactions. Perfect instructions for Check In. Accommodation is in a beautiful location, terrace with sea view. Very nice apartment. Plenty of towels, equipped kitchen. We didn't miss anything. Second bedroom behind the screen - no problem.

perfetto, central and beautiful - highly recommendable
we loved the balcony view directly at the port and very near to the beach in marina di campo. the apartment is clean, well equipped (dishwasher and washing machine) and looked newly renovated. it's not exactly spacious (i had a bit of a problem to open my luggage in my bedroom), but nevertheless, we would definitely come back! gianmarco was very friendly and helpful, when our wifi didn't work in the beginning and we liked the pinseria/bar, which was directly in our house. grazie mille!
nothing - we can highly recommend it. just remember, you're in the middle of everything, so it can be noisy at night. but we slept well with closed windows. and yes: the second bedroom is divided from the kitchen by a sliding door - so what? i don't know, what's the problem.

loved Elba very disappointed with accommodation
great view
reported 75m2 was only 37m2 without a lounge ,the wi-fi was a pay as you go and didn’t work , the floor was filthy without a mop to clean it . bedroom 2 was part of the kitchen/diner with a sliding door to separate it . if we’d have known a 2 bedroom apt was squeezed in 37m2 not 75m2 as advertised we wouldn’t have booked

Exceptional
This property was in a perfect location to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The balcony is a wonderful place to sit and look out over the marina and ocean.
