This spacious air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo villa has been recently updated with a modern beach feel.

A fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room are designed with a fresh, open concept and completely interactive space.

Wide patio doors from both the master bedroom and the living room open up to the spacious back patio. Settle in with your morning coffee overlooking the lagoon with water fountain features.

Our high-end kitchen can accommodate you and your crew whether for a week's stay just choosing to make breakfasts or even to indulge in a month-long stay baking cupcakes and cooking full meals. An open concept lets the chef participate and engage with everyone else while cooking or baking.

Appliances include a stove, bottom freezer fridge, convection microwave, dishwasher, garburator, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The large master bedroom is furnished with a deluxe king-size bed and a luxurious ensuite with a spacious shower.

The large second bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds.

Flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedroom with a DVD player in the living room.

The main bathroom is a fully updated three-piece bathroom.

The in-suite laundry room is tucked away near the front entrance and has full-sized washer and dryer for your use.

We are mere steps from the white sandy beach on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean and is accessed from our private boardwalk entrance.

A short walk or drive down the street brings you to seaside shops and restaurants. The Old Town of St. Augustine with historic architecture and Spanish streets is just about a 5-minute drive from SeaWinds Dreams.

Condo is great for a family of four. Everything is just like the photos, it was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect and the beach was great. The pool area is very clean also. It was very relaxing and mostly all families. There was no noise or loud groups. The whole area was very nice and a short ride into historic St. Augustine. Communication was easy. Frank & Lucy were great hosts. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the condo and loved the location. The private beach entrance is just steps away. The beach is gorgeous and the beach wago provided was super helpful. The drive to downtown St. Augustine is only 15 minutes away. We went thete each evening for dinner and the night life. The condo is very clean, spacious and supplied with what you need. The condo community has a great pool area and decent tennis courts. Only suggestion I have would be to have some bikes available for the beach... I know that may be an expensive add, but I thought worth suggesting. Wells definitely book this place again on our next visit!

The condo is well appointed and spotlessly clean. Its furnishings are perfect for a beach place, and indeed the beach is close by. A couple minutes walk and there is the wide, white sand beach. The pool is equally convenient and sparkling clean. Frank is a welcoming and responsive host.

The condo is extremely pleasant. Everything we needed was available, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. It is furnished in a way that is functional in terms of ease of use, and details like the art on the walls are also just right. Quiet, convenient to the grocery store, beautiful pool and simple walk to the beach. I would like to return someday. We loved it.

My kids had the time of their lives at this property. It was 100 steps to the beach and they didn’t even need shoes. All of the amenities worked and made it easy for me, as a single mom, to take care of them and have a great time, too! Lots of activities in town for the kids too. We loved St Augustine!

This was a great property for a "Family and Friends" gathering. The property was clean and well appointed. The beach and pool were both just a short walk. We also loved how close the grocery store was. Like I said, everything was easy, convenient and fun. I would stay here again if in the area.

This condo is sooo nice. It was immaculately clean and very well maintained. The owners had everything you needed for a beach trip right there with you. The kids loved the beds and the “fireplace.” It’s a very short walk to the beach and you have your own private access. They even had a beach cart to help carry all of your stuff, which was soooo helpful. AC works great, and Wi-Fi was fast with lots of TV options for things to watch. The only complaints I can think of would be that the king bed in the master is a little too firm, and there’s not much in the way of entertainment for the kids, which made a rainy day even worse, but you spend most of your time out and about so it’s not a big deal. Also, just FYI for it you have small children, there was a very strange man that lives in that complex who approached my bf and his 7 year old while at the pool, and told my bf’s daughter twice over in a very creepy way that he wanted to “nibble her toes.” Once my bf told him in the most polite way to eff off, he started approaching other ppl with young girls. He was an older white man with a thick German or Austrian accent. Just be on the lookout with your kids is all I’m saying. I’d def stay at this condo again if visiting St Augustine, it was a beautiful place!

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean and had beach chairs/cart to use during our stay. Love the fireplace and sitting on the patio listening to the fountain. The beach is a short walk and it is a great beach to visit. The only negative was the sound of the people above us walking around. Not sure if you can always hear the occupants above this rental or if they are just heavy footed when they walk but I understand it’s not the fault of the owner. Would definitely stay here again. My favorite vrbo so far.

Condo pictures are accurate. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Bathrooms are extremely functional and clean. Kitchen nicely appointed to suite all of your cooking needs. Had the opportunity to communicate directly with property owner regarding a few questions I had and he was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The complex was right on the beach and convenient to the historic area. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved sitting on the patio and listening to the water. We only had 2 issues. The master bathroom toilet would not fill back up with out multiple flushes and jiggling the handle. The Hot tub ay the pool was not working. Other than than we loved it.

We loved our stay at Seawinds Dreams! The condo is tucked away in this quiet little nook that resembles more of a neighborhood. The landscaping is so nice and thick you feel very secluded. The check in process was extremely smooth and the condo was clean, stylish and comfortable. I really thought I was going to miss an ocean view, but opening up the patio in the morning to the sound of the fountains in the lagoon was so soothing. The walk to the beach was a very short stroll and it was nice to be away from the busier end of the sand. Everyone was so friendly, as we got to know some of the neighbors and other condo owners. Our teenager commented that we should just come back here every year and I have to say, I agree!!

The property was just as pictured, perfect for our family of 5. It was a very short walk to the beach and the chairs, buggy etc that was provided by the property made hauling our things a breeze. My kids had a great time at the beach as well as the community pool. I would highly recommend staying here! It’s just a short drive to historic St. Augustine too!

From booking to checkout the owners made this stay very easy. The property was very clean and comfortable and was the perfect fit for my family. There is a bit of a walk to both the pool and the beach, but the pool is nearly twice the size of that at another places we’ve stayed with plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade. If I had to state a negative it would be that the garage is a tight fit. We would definitely stay here again.
