Truly a beautiful home and place to relax. Bonus is back patio with flowing river with access, fire pit, and front view of lake and mountains. Beautifully decorated home. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen to cook anything you wish.
We will be back.

The house was great overall. The outdoor space was excellent. Having the heaters outside was great and bringing the propane as needed was quick and easy.
The range was dated and slow to work, but adequate. The sofa bed in the loft was broken and not usable creating a bed issue. We had to add air mattresses for two.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home that is in walking distance to the ski lifts and Main St. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of seating for our family of 6. Beds were uncomfortable, but that is common no matter where you stay and would not prevent us from staying here again in the future. We hope to stay here again in future ski trips to Red River.

Cabin was nice and pretty. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Needed more kitchen towels. Mattresses were not the most comfortable.

The vacation home was great. We loved being across from the public fishing ponds and within walking distance to main street. Our favorite spot was the back patio and the river within a few feet.

This house was the perfect getaway for our 3 couples. We grilled and enjoyed the water just off the back patio. Close to town and fishing pond.

Spring Break at Red River was a winter wonderland. Crowed but awesome! “Mountain Spirit Riverside”, the house worked out great for our family of 9. Walking to the main chalet for skiing was a good walk, with ski boots on. Shuttle does run right by the house every 15-20 minutes. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. But, there was food crumbs on countertop and on the floor (Pizza crust). Refrigerator light was out and the ice maker was leaking water. Master bedroom gets very hot. We ran the heat around 60* all the time. We did washed towels every morning, 1 towel per person. Upstairs, put-out couch springs are broken so could not use it. Used the small roll away bed after we cleaned it. Bunk room was small but very nice for teenagers. The beds up stairs need a little TLC. Noisy mattress when you turn over or get up. The whole family enjoyed the house. Decorations of American Indians, are expensive and beautiful. I would be nervous about them if I had toddlers. More pictures on-line about bathrooms and all bedrooms than decorations would have been more helpful.
Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved this spacious house and its proximity to both town and the ski lifts/lodge. Our family had such a great time and the house was so homey and inviting. We hope to return during the summer months.

The house was very nice and situated within easy walking distance of everything in town. Everything we needed for our four night stay was provided. The only minor negative was newer pots and pans would have been nice but we got by and cooked breakfast and dinner each day.

We had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids and this house was perfect for watching them fish at the city ponds all day. It's also very convenient for shopping, Steam coffee shop and ice cream shop. We will hopefully book again for future vacations.

To whom it concerns,
This 4 Bedroom 2.5 bath was a perfect fit. Very Clean and beautiful view. We traveled with 4 adults and there was plenty of room. The property was within walking distance to Silver chair and Lift House. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with a maximum of 4-6 adults and 2-4 children. Property will comfortably accommodate a party of 8. Thank you to the Home owner/s and Property Manager.
Respectfully,
Mitchell and Rylee

Fall trip
Great location and property. That section of town lets you walk or bike through downtown or head up the mountain on the lifts for a hike. Great views and amazing back porch on the river make it even better. We will be looking for it again in the future.

Weekend Get Away
Much needed weekend get away in Red River. We spent most of our time at the house on the amazing back porch. It was so nice to enjoy the sound of the river while we sat out and relaxed.

Would select this property again
My husband and I took our 4 adult kids to Red River for a much-needed week of R and R in the mountains. This house was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and exactly as advertised. As one of my sons said, "this is a really calming place." The stream burbling out back had us spending plenty of time on the back porch or fly fishing in the stream, and the decor inside was warm and inviting. Especially in the time of COVID, I was glad to see how clean everything was. If we return to Red River, we know where we'll be staying!

One of the Nicest in Red River
Our family has been coming to Red River and the surrounding ski areas for decades - we had to punt this year from Spring Break to early August due to the virus. We've never been to RR in summer, but we had a great time, and this house was a big reason why. We had never had the chance to stay at this house previously, but we can honestly say that this is the nicest, cleanest property we've ever stayed at in RR.
The house is centrally located to main street shops/eateries and lift area - easy walking everywhere. Additionally, the house was very well maintained, which always seems to be a problem at most RR properties we've previously rented. The house was really well laid out, and beautifully decorated. The only cons would be that the beds could be larger (all were full size), the kitchen is a little tight for a house this large, and there is only one shower for the three upstairs bedrooms and the loft sleeping area (although there are two separate toilet areas). Worked fine for our group of six, but might be a problem with larger groups.
We will definitely look into getting this property again in the future!

Couldn't have been better
We had a ski vacation with our family including three grand kids. The house felt like a home. We almost felt like we knew the owners from the photos and decorations around the house and we were almost hoping they would return to their home and join us.

Perfect Location & Beautifully Decorated
I would like to start off saying Wow on the way this house was decorated with amazing artwork! We stayed at Christmas, so it was fully decorated for the holidays with a decorated tree as well! It made the time very festive! Also, you cannot beat this location! We would simply step out and in about a block we were at the lifts! The fireworks across the mountain on Christmas Eve could be seen right out the front door! This house is managed by a management company, so you don’t get the same experience as you would if it was run by the owner. For instance, bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and extra towels! We had a large group of ten people and there was one towel per person. There is a washing machine, so you can wash them, but if you are like most women, you want a towel for your hair as well. There are only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and we were there for three days, so that was not sufficient for us. There is a great grocery store there, so luckily we were able to get more products. Also, don’t use the jets in the master bathroom. They need a major cleaning. The beds are all queen and full sized and hard as a rock, so if you like firm, you are set. In my opinion, they could use a memory foam topper and stand to be bigger. The house was mostly very clean except for the jets and one other thing that we will take up with the management company! Also, be aware that the hot water tank is not large. Everyone cannot take a shower at night and you run the dishwasher. You will run out of hot water quickly. In my opinion, they need to invest in a bigger tank or dual tanks. It is a beautifully open concept house with a loft overlooking the downstairs living room, so be aware that heat rises, and don’t turn on the heat at night, or everyone upstairs will cook! Again, the owners did an amazing job of decorating this house! There is Native American artwork wherever you turn....gorgeous! The location cannot be beat! The river roaring out the back door is also very peaceful! I just feel there are some things the management company as well as the owners can do to make it an even better stay, especially for the amount of money you spend to stay here!

Clean! Great layout & location!
We had a fun family stay right before Christmas to get some skiing in. Was the cleanest place we’ve rented so far. The layout was great, and being able to walk to the lift was a big plus!!
