Light, bright, beachy and welcoming! A slice of old Florida just steps away from private beach access. Nestled behind the dunes is this hidden gem and slice of paradise. 2nd Fl unit with all the comforts of home, and recently updated with new paint, furniture, flooring, and ceiling fans. Spend your days at the #1 beach in the US or explore all there is to do in Siesta Key Village, Sarasota, St. Armand’s Circle, Lido key and Longboat Key.

Beach chairs are provided for our guests at the beach - Umbrellas, beach towels, beach wagon and cooler are in the unit. The community has a pool, shuffleboard and a Laundromat (located on ground floor). High speed internet, cable TV and smart TVs in all of the rooms. There is a charcoal grill located out front of the bldg, as well as common area table/umbrella space for hanging out. Full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave for those nights you want to stay in, Keurig, as well as drip coffee makers (byo Kcups), and sheets and bath towels will be provided to our guests.

There are 2 bedrooms, the first with a king bed, and the second with a queen and single bed.

There is parking in front of the unit, but you can get around the Key using the Free Trolley system that runs from from 9:00 a.m til 10:00 p.m every 15 minutes. There are other free methods of transportation too that you can contact for pick-up (tips appreciated). And of course, Uber is always an option. Our unit is about 1.5 miles from the north Village and about 1 mile from the South Village. Very central location.

Finn’s was fabulous! Excellent Communication made for a smooth check-in. The condo was clean and cozy with comfy beds. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities, beach supplies, and games. Finn’s is beautifully decorated with cheerful beach decor. There was a thoughtful binder of information and recommendations for transportation, activities and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Walking in you get a sense of relaxation. It's decorations say beach house. Very clean inside, kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The beach was a short walk away. We had beautiful sunsets. Would definitely go back again.

Everything is Ok. Good location. But the condo outside is outdated. Laundry room is dirty with bugs that we can not use. Many construction around the building, Sewer smell out side and sometimes you can feel that smell inside the condo for a second. Overall , we enjoy the staying but not 100% for some small inconvenient things.

Great location short distance to beach very quiet. Condo had everything and more. Pool was very clean and sparkling blue. Condo was very clean and had beach towels and cart for beach and umbrellas for beach. Will be coming back

We had a great 4 night stay here and would definitely come back again. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities needed to have a fun and relaxing day at the beach. We did encounter an issue with the AC, however, Maureen addressed it as quickly as possible and was very pleasant in resolving the issue.

The condo was immaculate and decorated very cute! Everything worked in the unit and it was so handy having beach towels and umbrellas etc. The beach was very close and was beautiful. We were very comfortable. I would definitely come and stay again.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. My daughter and I rented the property for a girls trip and it was everything we hoped for. The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was ideal for a quick walk to the beach or a short trolley ride to the Villages. Highly recommend and will be sure to re-rent in the future.

My family and I had a perfect stay!!! The place was clean, Nicky decorated, and fully stock with anything and everything you could need!! The beach and pool were perfect for my family and I!! We will definitely be back here again!!!!

This guy place was very clean. When they say they are equipped with everything needed for the beach they mean it. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler to use as well. Everything was in great shape for a lovely day on the beach. The host communicated very quickly when I had questions. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely book again. Kitchen was very well stocked as well.

This 2BR unit is clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Communication with the hosts was easy. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, too. But the biggest feature is the easy beach access along with provided towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Easy!

The condo was absolutely perfect. The couple of times I had to reach out to the owners, they were quick to respond and assist. The location and amenities they offered could not be beat. Literally everything we needed was there. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do. Access to the beach was steps away and the pool was very nice. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We are hoping to come back some time. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed staying here with my three teen kids (17, 15, 13). The space was clean, well decorated and well equipped. The beds are really comfortable. Beach access is very easy and the beach is gorgeous. The pool area is very nice. The community is quiet. It is within a ten minute walk from Pickleball courts (which we enjoyed playing against the locals). It is a bit far from downtown, but there are shuttles that run up and down the strip, making it a breeze to get into town. I could not recommend this place more highly!

The property was perfect for our needs. Most importantly is was very close to the beach. Chairs, towels & umbrellas were provided by Maureen which was excellent. The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked with necessities. The location was close to St. Armand Circle which was a plus. Also very close to Bradenton Airport. I had a brief conversation on the phone with Maureen and she was very friendly and down to earth. She was a great host and provided a wonderful property for us to stay in.

This was our third time staying in this property and we can’t wait to return again! We adore this condo. We can pack our swimsuits and know that beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs are there waiting for us. The location is perfect too! The bed in the main bedroom is so comfortable it’s got me thinking we need an upgrade at home! This condo is a real gem! Highly recommend!

This beach condo was the perfect spot for our girls getaway. It had everything we needed and was the perfect location for us. The proximity to he beach and private beach access were perfect for our group. It was nice because we didn’t need to rent a car. The trolley and ride services were perfect for going into the village when we wanted. Maureen was very responsive to our questions and very informative about our stay. We will definitely be returning, hopefully soon

This was absolutely perfect for our family! We have four kids ages 8 to 10 months. The size of the condo was perfect for us! Our favorite parts were the close walk to the beach, central location, and friendly neighbors. The walk to the beach was so cool. It was number one a very short walk and we walked through an array of greenery like a secret garden. It was so pretty! The siesta beach house community has its own private beach so we had plenty of room around us and it wasn’t busy at all. They have beach chairs that you can use located right on the beach, which was a huge plus! The pool was nice and big and also heated. All the neighbors were super friendly! I loved the laundry machines right in the building since we have to do a lot of laundry with our big family! It was very convenient. The beach playground was a short walk down the road which was perfect for the kids. We rode the free trolley and other free transportation the whole time so no need to use our car! Also great because there wasn’t a lot of parking in the downtown area. The whole stay was phenomenal. This condo was perfect and the whole area of Siesta Key is gorgeous. The host responded fast when we wanted to extend our stay. I highly recommend this condo! The siesta beach house community wasn’t busy at all. It was quiet in the evenings. Perfect for kids! We will for sure be coming back 😁

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the absence of snow and below zero temps. The condo is as described. It was very clean and easy to find. We are three retired friends who come to Florida in January each year. The beach was awesome. We had one good beach day of 3. We loved Siesta Key and all the restaurants and stores. Highly recommend this property.

Older but clean decor. Pans were so so. That is to be expected in rental property because of abuse by users. It would be nice if the pool was open later so one can relax and unwind at the end of the day.

We had the best time and this property was perfect for our family! It offered all the things we would need for living for the week- we made meals, there were beach toys and supplies, etc. It was very convenient! The beach access was great and had all you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach! We enjoyed the heated pool later in the evenings and pretty much had it to ourselves the entire trip! This property also provided the perfect location to be able to quickly get to all the local hot spots! We had a vacation to remember!

Well stocked, nice decor, easy parking and access to beach, great supplies for beach - towels, umbrellas, bag, cooler - chairs on beach to bring down with you. Comfortable beds and living area to hang out in. Laundry baskets and drying racks provided which was nice to have.

Such a nice place on the beach! The owners had everything you would expect and more. Comfy beds, a nice expandable table to comfortably seat 4 people for those beach lunch breaks, or a quick breakfast. Coffee makers and plenty of mugs (and any other dishes you would need). TVs all had a ROKU which was a huge bonus in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunset! Plenty of closet space and kitchen storage! It is just a few steps away to the private beach access with chairs provided! It’s very close to all the local hot spots or close enough to the bridge to venture off the key. I’ve been coming to Siesta Key for over 20 years and bringing my family for the last 10. I’ve only ever stayed at one other location, but a few months before we left we decided to extend our stay which required an additional rental location (as ours was already occupied). Maureen was kind enough to let us check in as soon as the cleaning was done to shorten our gap in a place to stay. She was very responsive when asking her if this was an option. Her condo was beautifully decorated and it really felt like we we’re staying at a friends place and not a rental. I highly recommend this condo! Our family of four was very comfortable here! (2 boys under 12 had plenty of space to stretch out) Book it, you won’t be disappointed!
