Fun decor in the room and friendly staff

No water stations except gym and lobby. We asked 3 staff members about the pool situation and how it worked - no one had a clue. Shouldn’t have to pay for the pool if you stay there!

Fun and flirty, perfect base for Nash (and Dolly lovers!)

SUCH a fun and well designed hotel, perfect for a first timer trip to Nashville. The staff were lovely, free coffee/food daily voucher a nice touch, and the beds super comfy!

Only annoying thing was the pool not being accessible to guests around the clock - we weren’t aware so hadn’t booked a spot in advance (which was an extra charge) then it sold out. It would be good for hotel guests to get pool priority

Nice looking hotel, very poorly managed.

Decor

Staff, extra charges, no breakfast, dirty shower curtain, slippery floor. $50 per person to sit by the pool. Staff uninterested.

Would stay again. Any time!

Everything. Decor was stunning. So modern and really beautiful. The $20 voucher was a nice touch, used it in the ground floor cafe for the best iced latte in Nashville.

A lovely stay in a stylish hotel!

The coffee shop on site (not included in price) was nice and had good options.

Not being able to use the pool or rent bikes for more than 2 hours is a shame. Be aware it's a good walk to Broadway.

I could live here. Forever.

This hotel was as nice as could be! The Dolly theme is very cute, and the staff was as friendly and accommodating as could be. What made it exceptional was the cleanliness. It was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, including more expensive ones. Yes, The Graduate Nashville is a bit expensive, but worth every penny!

I loved everything about this hotel, from the very helpful staff, to the amazing decor throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Superb

This hotel is full of character and stories. We loved it and the location was great. We walked a lot and took Uber. Very safe area and I definitely would stay again The hotel was amazing and beds were very cozy and comfortable

I didn’t like that the pool was part of the advertisement of this hotel but then not included and a high price to use. That was disappointing

I wasn’t happy with the comfort of it. The size, the ac unit. Very over priced for what you got.

It was very unique. I liked that about it.

The rooms were very small. Beds not comfortable. AC wasn’t cold enough. Rooms were so quiet with air unit on. You could hear people in the hall.

It was a nice day with nice staff and very good coffee in the lobby.

The bed was comfortable, room was very spacious, bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Very clean.

It would've been nice if there was water in the room. It said there was water but no water was provided. Also there was a water leak from the neighboring unit and I woke up to a soaking wet floor. It would've been nice if they upgraded the room or made some kind of financial accommodation for that. They did move my room but it was really gross to wake up to all of that. The rooftop bar was subpar.
