Very clean and convenient location.
The sound of the elevator beeping all morning, room across from it.

Camera standard pulita e con l’essenziale. Posizione appena fuori dalla città (qualche minuto in auto dalla via principale). Staff gentile.
Colazione scarsa e servita all’ingresso della struttura dove sono presenti pochissimi tavoli, per questo motivo abbiamo dovuto mangiare sul divanetto.

It’s a hidden gem. The staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Loved that room service comes by request and not daily. It’s within walking distance of some good diners, restaurants, and bars.
The location was a little bit hard to find and breakfast options were limited.

price of the stay
we couldn't check in until around 3:30-4 and our room wasn't ready for over an hour, we had to wait in the lobby.

Location was good, hotel was clean and modern, front desk staff froendly
They have charged my credit card for something I don't know what it is for. I've called and emailed multiple times but no response

Very nice hotel, cool and cozy.
They make you wait until exactly 4 pm to check in, even start a list of people before then and you wait your turn. So the whole lobby is full of people trying to check in at one time.

The bartender and valet attendants were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Staff/Check in manager and breakfast staff member unprofessional and rude
Breakfast choices poor/ not kept filled
Coffee, what hotel offers coffee without cream, wow.
Parking, parking fee too high $42 a night ridiculous. I can see $10/$15 but not $42 for my vehicle to sit during my stay. we used uber to get around .
Elevator Had 2 elevators, only one operational, one broke during our stay.
My husband had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get back to our room.
We had to share elevator with housekeeping.
Having to request housekeeping by 10am every day to have room freshened up and fresh towels. It should be automatic
Suppose to be a pet friendly hotel, our friend has a service dog and yes paid the $40 pet fee. Only to be harrased by the desk manager on several different occasions, that her dog wasnt allowed in the lobby. Its pet friendly hotel? NOT!!That is unacceptable
We came in as group with 5 different couples.
We were all very disappointed with this hotel.
Definetly won't go back.

I only stayed overnight but everything was as expected. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. I wish I had the time to try the breakfast!
There was a massive building that was under construction across the street that started bright and early the next morning. It was extremely noisy. I'm sure once it is completed it won't be bad. Also, the room is pretty dim. Also when people close their doors, you can hear the slam.

Good value for the money and location was 30 mins walk from downtown but could Uber easily and cheaply enough. Rooms had good sound proofing which helped given all the construction going on around it.
The could get better blackout curtains. The ones in place didn’t really black out the day light specially if wanting to sleep late,

Clean rooms and friendly staff
Breakfast wasn’t good. The bagels and the packeted pastries were not fresh. Very disappointing. I didn’t eat breakfast at all and got it elsewhere. Also there was loud construction going on even at night on two sides of the building, and right opposite my room. Good thing I’d brought ear plugs or I wouldn’t have slept at all. While I understand that construction work is not within the control of the hotel, I would have liked to be informed that construction was taking place - it would have influenced my decision about where to stay.

Very friendly staff. The valet was fantastic and gave us ideas for our evening. The room was great and what I expected.
We arrived just before the 3 pm check in and they were not able to process us till 3. But the problem was that they could not process anyone, so at 3pm there was a delay because not one was able to be done before the 3 pm check in. Also at this time is when the second clerk either was done for the day or was taking a break. So that left 1 person to deal with the line for the check in. Also the room key wouldn't work till 4 o'clock do the the time change and a problem they had with their computer clock. The valet was quick to take us up to our room and use the master key to let us in.

Clean and modern…amazing staff…shout out to Jacob who was so helpful
It’s a shame it is located in the middle of a construction zone…the noise wasn’t too bad , but walking around was challenging…

Location
Room was spacious
The noise from construction. Can’t avoid it in any of the rooms. Last night there it started at 2am
Breakfast was underwhelming. Bagels, yougurt, boiled egg and oat meal.
Not cold water in the bathroom.

The location was good, the bed was comfortable, the staff were very nice.
The $42 mandatory valet was not a part of the description and added $220 to our 4 night stay. Had we known this, we would’ve chosen another place to stay. The rooms are not sound proof and it got very noisy at times.

Room was okay. Decent furniture and set up
Very few amenities provided, poor room service, poor lobby service, lobby bathroom was consistently, truly disgusting- toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Lobby bartender was drunk and rude every night.

Construction crews worked all through the night across the road from the establishment . All we heard was saws, hammer, beeping sounds it was terrible.

How comfortable the rooms are.
We paid to check in early & my daughter was doing an online class in the room a guy just walked in didn’t knock or anything. He totally let himself in the room to put a filter in the AC unit. Completely unacceptable what if we weren’t dressed in the room?

The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfortable and restaurants were close by. Downtown Nashville was about 10mns away. Love the hotel but wouldn't stay again only because of the parking.
My only problem was the parking - they only had valet parking and the price was $42 plus tax per night. We found a parking lot across the street which was cheaper only $22 a night. No microwave or mini refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast
2.0 / 5.0
The parking HAD to be valet. I don’t want children driving my 40,000$ car. The valet popped a curb driving it when I was checking out. The bathrooms had no counter space to put my things. The AC units blew so much air right into my face as I slept even after turning the fan on low.

parking was very over price
3.0 / 5.0
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were a good size. I loved the lobby and bar area.
Musty smell in the room, bed was very hard. The breakfast was not very good and it wasn't really within walking distance to anything. Construction going on next store was a little too noisy.
2.5 / 5.0
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.Valet parking, $45 or Parking at neighboring lot 30+. It was the least expensive hotel downtown that we found, but an extra $45 for parking made it equal to others.
Didn't tell us building was going on in the building next door, which started at 5:00am. Very LOUD construction! Didn't bother to put us in a room in the back of the building. Said they aren't required to inform us. Room needed some updating, pealing wallpaper. Location is too far to walk to the music on Broadway. Parking near the action
is another $20-30+.

Everything was amazing. Secret the valet we had most of our stay was so sweet and very on top of her job. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My whole family was happy with the entire stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
If someone wants to call me to hear about my experience please do...I don't have an hour to text it and I typically never complain

The mandatory $42.00 valet parking and construction at 7 a.m next door
