Loved this rental. Clearly someone takes pride in it. Spotlessly clean, well furnished / nicely put together, quiet & convenient location, terrific mattress. Bonus was owner's inspiring book collection. Hope to return soon for UW family weekend!

10.0 / 10.0
The location, the amenities of the house, and the amenities of the surrounding area were perfect. The public transportation network was just a couple of blocks away.

The neighborhood was super quiet and felt really private. The hose is comfortable and the rooftop deck was perfect to go out and see the Northern Lights!
10.0 / 10.0
In addition to being a lovely home, the kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, kitchen utensils, small appliances. On-demand hot water heater for continuous hot water. Street parking was pretty easy, not the nightmare I feared. The entire place was immaculately clean. The rooftop deck was blocked off with cushions, presumably from the outdoor furniture. It was drizzling, so this was not entirely unexpected, but it would have been nice to go out and enjoy the few hours when it was not raining. Also, the Tv setup was particularly opaque, with a mounted Apple TV that was plugged in but had no connection to the TV itself. Tiny issues for a fabulous stay.

This property was fantastic. even though we only used the upstairs bedroom it was a beautiful home with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, laundry. There are two rooms, usable for bedrooms and one office. There is an upstairs patio which is nice but due to weather we were not able to use it There is a little bit of a view but not too much - it’s not why we rented the spot, and we had issues with the initial key retrieval but after a brief phone call were able to access the property. Overall, this was a good location, perfect house. Would absolutely recommend if you are in the Seattle area! We will definitely be back!

Location can’t be beat! And the townhome is lovely

Positive: Property is just the way it looks. The regional manager for Vacasa, when I connected to him, was just super. Real person, very responsive, and a nice guy. He was by far the best part of our rental.
Negative: Rental was transferred from VRBO to Vacasa. Vacasa clearly is designed to optimize for no human interaction. None of my four or five emails were responded to, email communications to me were abrupt ("We will cancel your reservation today.") wait times were 30 minutes on the phone, and I do not want their app.
Middling. Staying at this place is like staying at an Uncle's house. Uncle has a nice design sense, but he hasn't moved out and his stuff is everywhere. We were there for 8 days +, and the only storage we had was three small shelves. Storage units are locked, closets are locked, areas of the kitchen are locked. And the exposed shelves are all full of stuff. Fine if you are staying for a day or two, and like your Uncle. But not acceptable at $500/night. At that rate, I expect much more like a hotel experience, with ample storage and thought for the guests. Oh, and did I mention the ants that gradually took over the place?
5 stars for the regional manager for Vacasa.
3 stars for the place.
1 star for Vacasa.

The property itself is beautiful. With that said, there was ZERO communication from the property managers even after 5+ texts for two major issues we had.
Issue 1: The bright neon light in the bedroom would not turn off. The remote for the light was not working and it appeared to be hardwired. This made sleeping a real struggle.
Issue 2: The lockbox required superhuman grip strength to open. It took a solid 30 mins of 3 people trying to get it pried open.
No response from the property manager on these issues. A real letdown for a expensive rental

Great modern townhouse, nice location
This is as good, or better, than the photos. Very clean and modern. Great location for walking. Would stay here again. There is no parking, but street parking is super easy. It is pretty vertical, so you need to be ok with stairs. Only suggestion is to put more hooks in master bed/ bathroom as the closet is locked, so nowhere to hang any clothes.

Great place
Just as shown in the photos. Good, quiet location close to Wallingford yet still walkable to Fremont. We had a great time!

Excellent
Well kept townhome. Perfect for a couple of nights stay. Didn't get to use the rooftop because it was cold and rainy, but definitely would if it was warmer!

Fantastic location, close to everything. Clean, and as advertised. Would stay again.

Has everything you need.
House was perfect especially the roof deck. It had everything you need but no little additions such as coffee or tea, tips as to what was close by or instructions for house (clock chirped every day for an hour and no idea how to change that). Location was good if you have a car. Walkable neighborhoods and around the lake. Absolutely no complaints it just felt slightly sterile.

Everything but parking
Very nice place and well thought out. Not for those that struggle with stairs though.
As the listing states only street parking. That could be challenging. Luckily we opted for Uber and walking, so no issue.
The patio up top is nice and relaxing.
Grocery stores within a half mile walk.

great times
Wonderful property in a great location. This is our second time at the property. Well equipped and rooftop area is priceless, especially on a clear day. Mt. Rainier is in sight. The only negative is the master bedroom doesn't have a closet as the owner keeps it locked. Inconvenient for hanging clothes.

Great townhouse…contemporary, convenient and comfortable!
The townhouse is exactly as shown in the photos and 3D video. We requested drawers to store the clothes from our suitcase and the manager sent a portable set of drawers. Very much enjoyed our stay and are returning in August.

Spacious and beautiful
This was a girls weekend and we couldn’t have been happier with the space, comfy beds, special touches and proximity to public transport. The rooftop deck with the fire pit was a real treat.

Very nice stay
We had no issues with the property or the check in process. The check out process was not very clear but a phone to the rental company clarifies that the only required actions were to leave the key in the lockbox. All others were optional if able to do so.

Beautifully appointed house
Location was good for us, close to our sons house. The owner obviously used this house. Closet in master bedroom was locked, so nowhere to hang anything.

Comfy and clean in Seattle
The place is a perfect size for 3-4 people. A very vertical home with comfy beds and a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. We really liked the place, the only downside is having to park on the street.

Beautiful Townhome
Really enjoyed our stay! Amazing amenities, quiet neighborhood, and street parking wasn’t an issue at all. The property managers were easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any of our questions. Check-in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Fremont townhouse
Very nice, well appointed and equipped unit in a convenient location. We were pleased with the unit. I was disappointed that the gas fireplace was inoperable and that I received no assistance or explanation for that in spite of my request

The townhouse was everything they claimed it to be. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop deck, great kitchen area, comfortable beds and located in a great area. It was well equipped and after spending a week there can't wait to come back again.

Fun Fremont Getaway
We had a fantastic stay at this trendy and well cared for property during our recent trip to Seattle. The home is located in a cute neighborhood, very close driving distance to restaurants. The home was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend. The roof top patio was larger than expected and a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a drink at sunset. I will advise for those who like to sleep in, the master bedroom upstairs does not have black-out curtains and you will be woken up bright and early by the sun. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again next time we are in Seattle!

Great place!
The home is well -appointed, very functional, pretty luxurious and was a nice surprise. Our only complaint is that the parking is very tight — you need to park on the street which isn’t difficult.
