Really big modern room with A/C, comfortable firm bed, big bathroom with lots of space to spread out and a terrific shower. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. There was a Spa but we arrived too late to try it.
The spa closed very early.
3.5
Okay hotel in the centre, staff a little offhand but the room was comfortable and the beds were good.
Having to park our motorbike in a public car park.

We love this hotel! Location, room condition, beautiful breakfast(very reasonable price), strong Wfi and extra... all we are satisfied. Also, on Saterday, farmer's market was amazed.
Nothing. We were worried about the parking, but very near and reasonable price.

Modern, clean, very comfortable right around the corner from the Münster.
4.5
Clean, comfortable modern. Great location between old and new town and on cathedral square. Ulm is a lovely town and this is a great base to explore from. We took the train along the danube line and although the weather was only OK it was an enjoyable trip. The bed and shower were great. The beer in the bar was great and good price too.
The bathroom is so modern it has a sliding glass door and lacks privacy. There is no tea and coffee in the room, just water.

Good service
I expected tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel was closed, when we arrived in the afternoon and we did not receive a code for the key box. We were lucky to get in because another guest who knew the code left the hotel after some time.

Very central location, right next to the cathedral; convenient public parking across the road; nice shower, strong wifi (did not try the breakfast)
the parking is a bit expensive, 15 Euro/day

Great location, public parking garage 1 minute away on foot. Friendly staff, right in the middle of the city so all kinds of restaurants nearby. The rooms are very nice and very clean.
they only offer breakfast so no room service or dinner available but its not that bad because of the many options nearby.

Our 2nd stay in this hotel (which says a lot). Great breakfast. Great location - right next to the Munster. Very good rooms - good bathroom with strong shower (though didn't like the sliding door with transparent bottom - not for everybody's taste).
Just the bathroom door, really. And lack of A/C, though the supplied floor fan helped a bit.
3.5
Modern and comfortable in the real city center. Close to parking.
small breakfast but they fried eggs on order.
No AC in the room. not so nice when over 30 degrees
4.5
Nice hotel with excellent location and nice rooms! On Sunday afternoon reception was supposedly closed, but still somebody was there to welcome us.
2.5
It is close to a public parking garage that is reasonably priced.
The hotel is clean and very nice and modern looking.
The staff were friendly and spoke good English.
Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was not bad.
They are dog friendly. Only 5 euro a night and that included a food bowl, water bowl, and dog treat.
The bedding and pillows were far from adequate. Each bed had two small pillows and a very small duvet with duvet cover. It was a Queen size bed with a duvet that literally only covered half the bed. We called the front desk and was told "Yes you can get more bedding, tomorrow" because we checked in late, we were not able to get extra bedding. They knew we were a family of 4. We ending up taking the duvet cover off and I just slept with the duvet cover and my wife slept with the duvet. Not what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel.

Loccation was good
Unmanned hotel, no information. Several guests could not enter, other guests had to help

The choices for the breakfast are limited.
4.5
it was well located and always clean.
Nothing to mention.
3.5
Its location was very central to the center of the city
Two things that were dissapointing
The hotel gives the impression that it has on site car parking . IT DOES NOT ! the car park is a public carpark situated close by the hotel with a cost of 16.5 Euro's for less than 24 hours.
Breakfast was strange with the normal self sevice continental, however a cake rack more befitting afternoon tea was added to the already small table complete with a mixture of cake, meats, cheeses and one or two other items. As most of the items on this platter were of not to our liking these were left ! Looking around other tables there appeared to be a similar pattern of high levels of waste. We were not sure what point the hotel was attempting to make but if it is self service let the resident(s) decide what they prefer to eat for breakfast and save money on both prep and delivery.

Perfect location of the hotel next to the cathedral.
There was no refrigerator in the room, which is surprising for a 4 star hotel. Also in the underground car park nearby, there are no special places for hotel guests.
4.0
Great location in the centre of everything. Nice spacious room. Good breakfast.
Only one complain really: we expected air conditioned room as per description but the our room did not have one.
Not a huge deal but was an unpleasant surprise taking into account that temperature outside was way above +30.
