Location is very nice, near from the Ulm church! My room was 4th floor, in front of the church, someone said the water supply was poor but I didn't such an experience. Even 4th floor, water supply was very good! The staffs were very kind.
No. I think facilities were not so new, bur it is good points of traveling Germany!

Perfect location in Ulm. Clean and tidy.
The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning in summer.

The view was actually pretty nice because we had the roome which was directed towards the Ulmer Münster, Also the location of the hotel is pretty nice as it is directly located in the city center.
Very old rooms, really noisy at night, no ac, weird toilette that made loud noises, all in all really old and needs to be renovated, kinda unfriendly staff, 10 € for a lousy breakfast

Located close to the Ulmer Muenster in the center of the city, unfortunately with no parking facilities at the Hotel.
The rooms are clean, however getting a bit aged. For a 1-2 night stay it is OK.
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
As the Hotel is close to the church, it is very noisy. There is no air-condition at the Hotel, and if it get's hot outside, you have either noise from the church or bad air in the room.
Despite this the Hotel delivers value for money.

Very friendly personell at reception, check in/ check out without problems, rooms are nice, we even got baby crib without asking for it for our 2 year old. Location is fantastic, you can see most of town's sights in about 2 hours on foot. If you come with car I recomend parking in Parkhaus am Rathaus - underground garage just across the street from hotel and it isn't expensive. We had car there overnight from 3pm to 10am and payed 13€.
Look and equipment aren't from 2020 but it does the job, some maintenance to do and a bit more detailed cleaning.
4.5
Great location (right next to the highest church in the world). Very comfortable room. Nice personnels and enjoyable breakfast. In general we had a good stay in Hotel Ulmer Spatz.
At first the bells of the Rathaus and the church made it a little problematic to our baby to catch sleep. It didn't bother us adults. But the baby got used to the sounds quite fast. Anyway, if you have a child that is not used to the ringing of such loud bells then you might consider sleeping a bit further than just next to both of these.

Perfect central location with a welcome that is normally only found in small family run hotels.. The breakfast was fresh, wholesome and tasty with excellent and attentive service without being intrusive.
I was very impressed, and being situated right next to the iconic church, could not have been in a better position.
The bedroom was a little bare.

At the reception there was an un stable ornament, when I brushed past it fell and broke, the Manager was very rude and demanded €100 from me .

Very good location right next to the Münster.
Quick and easy check in.
Very quiet modern room.
Comfortable bed.
Small room, small bathroom, small TV. Great to sleep but don't book the standard room size if you want to spend time in it during the day.
