About this house rental

Beautiful home situated among majestic red rock cliffs. Hiking, ATV, and horse trails within walking distance of home. 2 miles from the center of town, conveniently located to BLM office, grocery stores, and restaurants.

We have a Two-Step Cleaning Method:

For Cleaning:

1st step we will be removing all germs, dirt, and impurities from the surfaces.

For Disinfecting:

2nd step we use bacterial wipes, this is the part where we will be using Clorox wipes to kill germs and bacteria. This will not clean the surfaces but will instead kill the germs and lower your risk of spreading infection.

One of the most effective ways of stopping the spread of the virus is to constantly ensure that we have an ultra-clean environment. We will make sure that we clean and disinfect anything our guest may have touched or interacted with, including but not limited to:
Door knobs.
Taps.
Bathroom handles.
TV Remote
Touch screens.
Kitchen utensils.
Any appliances.
Light switches.
Windows.

Any fabrics. (All of our linens are washed with color-safe bleach and hot water)

We are supplying PPP to our cleaning crews to ensure no cross-contamination.

Place was immaculately clean and just a great place to stay. Would highly recommend this to anyone else that was looking for a nice home that is centrally located between national parks and other sightseeing locations. This house is in a great location in the Coral Cliffs neighborhood. It looks just like the pictures with the back deck offering a nice view of the red rocks. Though there are many surrounding houses, it was always very quiet and nights are quite peaceful. The master bedroom is directly off of the main living space and the other two bedrooms are located in their own wing. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, which was a huge asset after our long days of recreation and in the parks. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessities, though we used it primarily for breakfast and packing sandwiches. The house offered us ample space with decent closet and dresser storage in each of the rooms. It was clean and the owners were responsive to our messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our 3 night stay in Kanab! The home is very clean with all the necessities and small details that make for a perfectly comfortable experience. Conveniently located in quiet area only minutes from downtown Kanab. Well appointed home, excellent communication from Host, exactly as described. Highly recommend! We only stayed for 3 nights, but this house was set up perfectly for our family of 4. Kitchen was set up wonderfully with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed our rental . The patio was large and such a plus for the warm weather we experienced. The neighborhood was quiet and our property was beautifully landscaped. The kitchen was fully equipped and we bought unnecessary items before checking in. The layout of the home is wonderful. We did not hear anyone if they were not sitting together. The property had a cooler, frozen ice pack and ample luggage racks which were nice touches for vacationers.

Day trips included Zion National Park, Badlands National Park and Wall Drug, Glen Canyon/Lake Powell, Pink Coral Sand Dunes State Park, Moqui Cave and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and The North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Having this home to come back to in the evenings to rest up for the next day was awesome! This house has everything you need for your home away from home!

This is our second stay at this lovely house, and we hope to come back again. It's beautifully appointed, meticulously maintained, and well laid out. It has all the amenities we needed for our 6 night stay. Its location is great for day trips to Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Zion National Parks. We especially enjoyed coming home after our day trips to wine, cheese and dinner on the deck with its stunning views of the nearby red cliffs. Our only suggestion is for an umbrella for the deck table to shield guests from the late afternoon sun.

This home is the most comfortable vrbo we have ever stayed in. The cleanliness and decor were perfect. The layout with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house is great. All of the extras like condiments and spices to dryer sheets and blow dryers were so nice. We enjoyed our stay so much it was sad to leave. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kanab!

We started our 7 days road trips to visit the National Parks from LasVegas. We went to Arches National Park, The Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park, Antelope Canyon, Bryce and Zion. We stayed here for three nights and it was perfect just to relax and unwind from the long road trip. This place made us feel right at home.

Location of property was great, house was spacious and pretty clean, the cleaning / property management came over as we were arriving saying it wasnt completely ready even though it was after check in time, they needed to fix the beds because the carpet was supposed to be cleaned but wasn’t ?? It was fine though we didn’t mind fixing the beds. I would also suggest they have more board game options to play.. they only had two to choose from. Also, upon arrival the driveway and walks were not shoveled and left with pure ice making it a hazard. It was not fresh snow and appeared to be there for a couple days so there was no reason this couldn’t have been taken care of prior to our arrival or at-least leave a shovel on the property so we could’ve shoveled it. Other than all of that it was clean, cozy and great to watch the hot air balloons from the comfort of the home during the balloons and tune’s festivities. Thanks for allowing us into your home.

We loved this home. I was perfect for our stay during Grand Circle Trailfest. It was so nice to come home to a cozy home after a long drive and tough run. The view of beautiful sunsets with the thunderstorm clouds was a nice bonus. We would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Kanab.

This home is well located for hiking enthusiasts who appreciate Northern Arizona and Southern Utah and the incredible variety of adventures available. The home is in a new quiet neighborhood and easy to find. It had all the amenities and space we look for in a vacation rental. Amazing place to stay

amazing home to stay in. perfect place to use as a launchpad to all the sights of southern Utah. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed for a week and work remotely. One disappointing thing is that there is a house being built behind an it really does interrupt the beautiful red rock.
