Overall it was a wonderful stat with great staff.

I liked that it was quiet and the staff were great!

Coming from the states. I didn’t like that there weren’t any wash rags for bathing.

Excellent service, good location and a great pool

Service and staff were excellent, breakfast was tasty, the pool was great and the hotel wasn’t too far out of town. Staff were also very responsible to questions, requests for assistance and complaints.

The value for money in peak season really wasn’t there for me, although that appeared to be the case for a lot of Mykonos at the time. The hotel offered a negotiated refund of a partial amount following my feedback which I appreciated and did go some way to alleviating my displeasure. But the reality is that the money that was charged really didn’t result in accomodations that met the expectation that sort of price point sets - although I can see the fees are already significantly less than they were which would’ve been more palatable. If you’re after a place to party, this probably fits your bill. But for peace and quiet, I’d have been better off booking elsewhere.

Great location but really this place is about the high quality and the welcoming and attentive staff.

Modern, clean place. Pool area lovely and relaxing. Staff were meticulous about keeping the standards up - resetting sun beds etc. Otherwise the hospitality staff were absolutely the friendliest and attentive team. Amazing how they all remember everyone’s names. They and the front desk team could not have done more for us during our stay. We’d love to come back here !!

Room a little small and could have done with suitcase storage somewhere but that’s a tiny tiny tiny niggle !

Would do it again.

Super friendly staff ! Really making an effort and all the difference for the place. Excellent food. Free parking for your bike etc.

rooms are not at the level as they should be, compared how they are advertised - but still good. the street in front of the lower located rooms is noisy and has permanent traffic jam. its a 20min to old town.

Above and beyond expectations

From the moment we arrived the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Organising taxis, cleaning the room twice a day, welcoming us by name. The breakfast was excellent - fresh cut fruit, pastries, you can ask for any eggs you want. We also got a room upgrade to one with a pool view and hot tub. The room was big and spacious for three guests with big suitcases, the bathroom was also big, clean and very modern. The pool is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds, and it wasn't crowded or noisy. Only wished we weren't so busy because we barely used the pool facilities. Overall we are all so pleased with our stay here. We felt like royalty with the service provided and would like to mention Evi at the front desk who was outstanding. We will definitely come back here the next time we are in Greece!

The best staff you will ever meet. I felt like a celebrity

I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff were so friendly. We were on a girls trip for my birthday and they could not have made it more special. The roof top bar at golden hour had beautiful views. Any hotel can have beautiful views, calm and clean vibe, and a great location, however, the staff here gave the personal touch which made it special. Everyone knew your name and spoke to you using your name and just had time and a laugh. Absolutely fantastic. Our own private hot tub made it that extra wow

The gym was very small and did not have free weights. The bike was ok but not a spin bike. It suited its purpose but if I was staying for longer I would need something more substantial

Wonderful hotel with most welcoming staff

Perhaps the most warm and helpful staff I've ever experienced in a hotel. Wonderful room and lounge area.

The hotel is truly wonderful, yet their club sandwich was a bit underwhelming and the bar prices quite high. But again, would totally recommend.

Stunning hotel with great stuff

Everything was absolutely amazing. Staff was great and friendly, and pool area was stunning. We will definitely come back.

We were offered shuttle service from hotel but it was cancelled and we had private transfer instead for 35 euros which was for 1.5km drive quite overpriced.

The best hospitality experience I've had in a long time

The best accommodation experience I've had in the last several year. This hotel along with its staff are just incredible. Very friendly, hospitable and helpful. I truly couldn't ask for a better experience. From receptionists to bartenders and managers, everyone was super pleasant and professional. I am still in shock as to how this hotel was beyond all my expectations. 10/10 is well deserved.

Great location with fantastic staff and service

Our room was spacious with an amazing view of the sea, town and sun set! We had a hot tub on the balcony which was perfect for watching the sunset from. The staff were amazing, each one friendly and helpful. The chef at breakfast did perfect eggs! We tried 3 different versions and each were cooked perfectly. The hotel was just 5 minutes in a car from the airport and they will pick you up/drop you off for 9€pp and only 10-15 walk from the old town.

I rarely write reviews but you should definitely book this place!

The staff and service here are incredible, we were looked after from the moment we arrived until the second we left. Minas and his team really go the extra mile with every guest they meet. The sunset views from the jacuzzi on the balcony are breathtaking (we stayed a suite which overlooked the pool), the pool area itself is beautiful and the beds are incredibly comfortable. On our last night, we had the five course dinner which was exquisite. Every dish is explained to you and builds on local products and dishes. I couldn’t recommend this place any more.

Fabulous. Great staff they really take care of you.

The service was amazing. The staff are super friendly and really go out of their way for you. Waiters, front of house, even drivers. All great. The pool area is also really stunning and a lovely setting.

Nothing really. The location is great but it is a 15 minute walk into the town so you have to be ready for that.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff!

Facilities were excellent and the staff really differentiated this hotel from others. They all take the time to learn your name and preferences which is a lovely touch. Hotel is quiet which in Mykonos is a treat!

The hotel is about 15mins walk from Mykonos town, the walk back is hilly and steep. There isn’t much local to the hotel and a lot of the surrounding area to the hotel doesn’t have pavements. No local beaches, although we walked to one about 2km away.

Staff were amazing just above and beyond.. We loved the personalised service so much.. Bed was good and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing we had a new breakfast and different things added every now and then. The free pick up service. Cheap pickup from the centre services.

The shower is super tinnny. Our air-conditioned wasn't working but it was fixed the second day really good..
