Beautiful hotel and the service was outstanding! We had the shuttle service from the airport and we were greeted as soon as we landed and arrived at the hotel 10 minutes later! At reception we were greeted by Popi who was lovely and very helpful giving us information about Mykonos and recommendations! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, thank you Myconian Kyma!
The views were also second to none - I miss the breakfast view we had of the town and sea everyday !
We cannot wait to be back in the future!
Nothing!

The breakfast was excellent.
I booked a room for 3 adults (my husband and I and our 14-year old son) and the site said there would be 2 beds. However when we reached the room, there was only 1 bed. Later they brought a sofa with a sheet and a duvet. The sofa was not long enough to sleep on and was very hard.

It’s a little distance from the main town if you are walking.

The walk into town along the road is not pleasant but can be done. Breakfast was excellent and very comfy pool loungers

Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us! Pool area excellent and staff walking around pool checking if we wanted drinks. View from our room was fantastic at sunset. Comfy bed and excellent air conditioning.
Dangerous walk into Mykonos Town as no pavements, although only 10 min walk. Taxi 10 euros to town. Room was on small side but lovely.

This hotel absolutely made our honeymoon. From the moment we stepped in the the hotel lobby we were greeted by welcoming faces, offered refreshments and encouraged to sit down for breakfast since it was still available. The hotel lobby is open, airy, and overlooks a glistening blue pool. Our room was actually ready a few hours ahead of check in, which is unbelievably appreciated after getting up extra early to catch the ferry to the island. We had made plans to visit a nearby beach club in anticipation of the room not being ready, but with the pleasant early check in we were able to change before leaving for the club, get settled in the room with fresh fruits and champagne, and the hotel even arranged round trip transportation for us to the beach. We actually received a room upgrade which was beautiful and included two small balconies which overlooked the pool and resort. Everything about the room was comfortable, relaxing and looked brand new. We appreciated the smartTV, which we connected our phones to, to stream Netflix when had downtime in our room or even relaxing before bed. The continental breakfast is 100% worth it, to not have to travel into town (when there are only about 30 taxis on the island) is huge, and there were enough different options and spreads that we ate something different every morning. We also opted to eat the hotel for lunch and dinner multiple times, as honestly the food was just so good, you couldn't even go wrong sitting by the pool and ordering a sandwich. I also have a nut allergy which I had mentioned when booking, and they actually noted it and mentioned it a few times while we were ordering.
Also a bonus, The Kyma is part of a collection of hotels in which you can actually utilize the pools and restaurants at the others; we didn't actually have the time to check them out but just the fact they were available was awesome, if we wanted to try something new we had options! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations.
That we had to leave after only 4 days- we regretted not staying longer!

The confort and location of the hotel is good. The breakfast and room are also nice, with a soberb view to Mykonos windmills.
At our arrival and in the welcome drink time we were surprised with the big pressure to rent a car… something that was not necessary.
Then, at our departure we were also surprised, as we carried a beach bag from the hotel, with a 60euros cost of this bag. In our view, in this type of hotel, this kind of hotel advertising bags should be, at minimum, an offer from the hotel (the fact that the bag has a cost wasn’t written in any place).

Good location and the breakfast
The bathroom was quite small, almost too small for 2 people. Also there was no coffee machine in the room. Small details were missing .

View and beautiful pool

Room is well maintained and clean.
The staff feels very apathetic and the service is not at all personalised. Every day asking your room number at breakfast for 10 days seems a bit mass market. The pool area again is nice but lacks any sort of character or charm. I think even the hotel would do better by making the area more comfortable to entice guests to stay and consume.

Amazing place with an excellent service. Thank you Kyma, we will be back!

excellent breakfast selection, friendly and very helpful and well organised staff. well maintained private pool. very delicious room service meals. mykonian corali served us an excellent dinner too.
Room was slightly smaller than what I expected. Smaller than the room I occupied in the same hotel in 2018. also, had to call the reception to ask them to clean my rooms as they were always late.

Myconian Kyma hotel is very nice hotel with breathtaking design and also very beautifull sunset views. Location its perfect, take you only 5min to Mykonos city centre (walking). Also hotel offer you SPA, big swimming pool and FREE transport to the Airport. Breakfast is good, you can find everything fron fresh fruit to traditional greek cousine also greek sweets, the offer also free champagne. All people/stuff are very covid avare all towels and other esentials are packed in plastic hygienic bags. Also all stuff is nice, kind and helpfull.
Room - suite with private pool its large, with breathtaking view. Nice comfy beds.
Loby boy - for laguagge its very kind and always in good mood, he also give us chocholate and all the time you have feeling that he is there for you.
1. Very slow room service. I wait 20min for 2x drinks after 20min i called and they said, yes we will bring, and lady fell annoyed on phone I didnt remember the name, but isady frim bar with currly hair, she seem all the time to serious. After that i finally get drinks and barman said hey sorry about that next 2 drinks are on us, i will bring another round in 10min - nothing happen.
2. Extreeme humidity in room, because of the pool. All clothes are wet all the time.
3. Little chaos in breakfast: no tables, takes us too much time to get coffie, no egs,..etc.
4. Overall feeling is that you can feel that is not relaxed atmosfere, music... around hotel and pool should be better, maybe in bar some chill out house... it feel a little "old" for old people only - boring.
5. Expensive bar, drinks and food
6. Restaurant didnt have all from menue because of covid.. only few things
