Lai gan viesnīcas atrašanās vieta ir lieliska, tomēr neatbilda gaidītajam.

Viesnīca pilsētas centrā. Ļoti plašs numuriņš. Lieli logi. Panorāmas skats uz pilsētu. Restorāns, kurā tiek servētas brokastis atrodas desmitajā stāvā ar lielisku skatu uz pilsētu. Brokastu piedāvājums pietiekošs, bet ne lielisks.

Lai gan viesnīcas numuriņš bija ļoti plašs, tas bija nemājīgs un nolietots. Lielu vilšanos sagādāja autostāvvieta pie viesnīcas. Izrādās, ka viesnīcai ir ļoti ierobežots bezmaksas autostāvvietu skaits pie viesnīcas un mūsu viesošanās laikā tās visu laiku bija aizpildītas. Pie viesnīcas atrodas ļoti plaša, neapsargājama publiskā autostāvvieta, diemžēl tā ir par maksu no 8.00 līdz 19.00. Arī visas citas tuvākās stāvvietas ir par maksu. Lai iečekotos viesnīcā dienas laikā vispirms ir jāapmaksā stāvvieta. Samaksāt vakarā par nākamo dienu nav iespējams.

Daugavpils pēc 40 gadiem. Jaukas atmiņas un jaunas emocijas.

Laba atrašanās vieta. Laipns personāls. Garšīgas un daudzveidīgas brokastis. Mīksta gulta un ērts spilvens. Numuriņš liels un ērts.

Ir nelieli defektiņi, kuri man netraucēja, bet, kurus tomēr vajadzētu novērst. Vannā bija atskrūvējies rokturis - vecākam cilvēkam varētu būt grūtības ar piecelšanos stāvus. Izskatās, ka sen nav mazgāti logi. Un liels, trekns mīnuss, ja numuriņa logi iziet uz stāvlaukuma pusi: līdz plkst 2 nepārtraukti aiz loga skanēja mūzika un rūca mašīnu izputēji un čīkstēja riepas. Tur izklaidējās jauniešu - BMV īpašnieku kompānija (apmēram 4 - 8 mašīnas). Aizmigt nebija iespējams!

When I return again I’d say I’ll be looking for other place to stay

Is in perfect area , right in the centre. Walking distance to main attractions what is great .

Booked 2 rooms (for two couples )3 months in advance and query the room with double bed as myself and my sister travel with our husbands . Such disappointment we got when we discovered each room had 2 single beds . Each bed had mattress topper and bed sheet not even cover all mattress just topper that’s all . Our nights was horrible be honest , beds so uncomfortable, pillows was that small what you barely can feel them . I went downstairs to complain and be honest staff not been very helpful either . I think is disgraceful how u book in advance for double room and can’t be even provided with basic staff . Yes I good few extra pillows for more comfort that’s all

Iepriekš Bookingā rezervēts numurs ar jau veikto apmaksu ierašanās laikā netika atrasts hoteļa sistēmā. Bet problēma tika atrisināta.

Great location, good rooms with city view, reasonable price.

Hotel has top central location, it's is simply renovated and clean. We had room for 2 adults + child and it was very big, with queen bed and sofa. We have travelled a lot with family and this was one of the biggest and most comfy bed and room. There is a big window across whole wall of the room, perfect for city and sunshine view, very nice! The bathroom was big, clean, with bath, enjoyed it. Breakfast has some hot and cold meal choices, enough wide variety. Price of room including breakfast was reasonable for 2+1. There is a good bar on ground floor where to have drinks and snacks, have city landmark view, watch sports TV, if interested. Would choose this hotel again.

We were in the hotel on weekend. The only disturbing thing was in the night when some cars in front of hotel main entrance having really loud club music session 11pm-1am. We were expecting hotel staff to ask them to move away from hotel entrance or turn off music but nothing happened for 2 hours in night. Even municipal police came around midnight but they just drove around and went away. Strange!

Хороший отель! Мы ночевали одну ночь: нам заранее по просьбе подготовили дополнительную кровать для ребенка. Паркинг прямо напротив входа бесплатный.

Завтрак скромный и не совсем вкусный, как по мне.

Spot-on center located hotel. Comfortable room with a great view over the city

Hotel is in a very central location. Easy to leave car right next to the hotel, be sure to mention to reception, that you have a car, they will give you a permit to place in windshield. Hotel will need a renovation some time soon, but right now is very well maintained and clean. Breakfast room at the very top of hotel as well as room had great views overlooking the city. Speedy elevators. Cosy lobby bar.

Breakfast personnel were little sleepy. People are very polite but almost never smile.

Nous avons eu froid, très froid ,( nous avons dû nous rechauffer avec de l'amour même dans le bain)

Nous étions dans une chambre classé "Business Class", nous avons cherché toute la nuit ou était le Business Class dans la chambre, mais nous l'avons pas trouvé. Nous pensons qu'il c'est perdu dans la chambre non préparé Chambre très froide (chauffage non fonctionnel) Nous avons failli être transformé en glaçon en la douche En clair il y a que la vue panoramique Vaisselle avec la présence de saleté

Ir viss nepieciešamais, bet pietrūkst mājīguma/viesmīlības sajūtas.

Labas brokastis ar skatu - no viesnīcas 10.stāva. Kluss.

Personāla maz, gadījās jauns darbinieks, kas gandrīz neko nezināja. Istabā nebija ne ūdens, ne glāzes. It kā viss nepieciešamais ir, bet pietrūkst mājīguma sajūtas, bezpersoniska.

Great location but time for renovation!

Unbeatable central location making every destination walkable around centra area. Business room layout is great with big windows, walk in wardrobe and spacious bathroom.

Pillows, duvet, mattress were uncomfortable women up with sore neck. Towels were too small and thin while hotel is inviting to try not changing every day. Shower was splashing everywhere as no curtain or glass wall. And room had clinical smell. Time for renovation basically as hotel had huge potential!!! Hope to see some changes when staying next year.

Wouldn't recommend staying here. If something will be wrong staff will not help.

The location was great. Breakfast was ok.

The room was very dusty, so dusty that I - a nonallergic person had a huge allergic reaction. On the first night fan in the bathroom was making unbearable noise and the staff wasn't helpful at all. They said that there is nothing they can do and we needed to wait for the morning. We understand the situation but the staff wasn't handling this situation politely.

We’ve stayed here before and had exactly the same problems however there were no better choices.

Mattress. Room size. Location.

Breakfast utterly appalling, really really bad. Staff unbelievably unhelpful and miserable. Carpets in restaurant and corridors disgusting, urgently need replacing. Bathroom in room mouldy with broken bits. No hot water. Tiny pillows on bed are irritating.

excellent location but ask for a room with courtyard view.

breakfast was good, room spacious, location great in the middle of the city.

the hotel is delapidated, and the staff is not friendly. very correct but nobody smiles not even when you smile at them, gloomy. We asked for an electric kettle to make coffe in the room but were denide, very outfationed! At night there was a lot of noise from the squire in front of the hotel.

Lovely hotel for the price

The location was perfect, everything was just around there . They had restaurant on top floor with amazing view and food was delicious with a good prices .

As we travel as family , we book 2 rooms - one of the rooms was not ready when we arrived, we even arrive hour after check in time . And if you want that the rooms are together msg the hotel after booking . Or if you want double bed- need to msg .

the stuff on reception is very nice, location is the king

beds are very uncomfortable, the was no air to breathe in the room and the common ventilation almost died. i had to sleep with an open window but the place in front is very busy with loud music, so be aware of it. breakfast was not appetising at all, sorry
