Cosy resort!

Super cute resort!! Lovely room and pools!

The towel change being only after 7 days is a bit long and you have to pay if you want them changed any earlier. Bit annoying especially since obviously the beach/pool towels get pretty dirty.

Amazing time in Port Douglas!

We stay for only 2 night, but it was an amazing time in Port Douglas! The staff was very helpful and kind. We didn't have any trouble with parking. The room was clean. We didn't spend time at the pool, but we were use our hotube on the balcony and it was very nice. I definitely recommend this place!

Great facilities and fantastic staff

Very comfortable, well laid out and thoughtfully equipped apartment. Great quiet location.

No restaurant- would have been very handy but I managed in the great kitchen.

brought my own balloons and banners to decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday which I handed in and agreed with reception that they would put up for when we checked in. when we then checked in nothing had been done to the room that I had asked for and when I asked at reception the staff didn’t even offer an apology for the poor communication, they just handed me back my things. I was left to feel uncomfortable and the staff made no effort at all to rectify the mistake or offer any sort of apology, which is a shame because everything else was great.

The furniture was modern.

The apartment was not clean! The floor was dirty, which we had to sweep. The kitchenware was dirty, and we had to wash before we could use any of it. The bedding was stained, and bath towels and washers had stains on them. A dirty sock from a previous guest was left under the bed in the smaller room, so thorough cleaning of the apartment didn't get done. Upon checkout, I was accused of making phone charges to a number we didn't know when all guests, including myself, have a mobile phone and had no need to use the phone and did not make the calls. Will never stay again.

Superb

The swim out room was amazing, even during mid December we had the whole pool to ourselves most days. It was nice to be able to have a few drinks and then have the pool right there. Great value for money! SR coaches were great, just a 5min trip into town.

The room was reasonably clean, the doors were quite dirty as well as the outside area. We did have a problem with what looked like caterpillars, all on the ground outside and near the door and around the pool area. We would hang our towels out and they would crawl on them. When we told a staff member, she just said they were everywhere and didn't offer to remove them or help us in any way. Overall everything was great!

Very welcoming and relaxing

Such a beautiful place to stay! Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming, all of the facilities were very pleasant to use. Quite a spacious living area and just a short distance from the shops, would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel

lovely apartment. clean with all amenities. great pool. very friendly and helpful staff

only issue was that a fire alarm went off at 3 am one morning, but had it been a real fire at least the smoke detectors work properly.

sunny side swim out rooms are great, fantastic layout for families. very quiet at night.

perhaps a communal pool table or ping pong table on the deck outside reception would be a fun activity?
