The Garden just in the center is really amazing and a wonderful place to relax.
The breakfast is good and the Bougain Restaurant is also a good choice!
As it is a old traditional house it happens that in fact our bedroom was a little too small, with no balcony or place to seat and read. But there is available for the Guests a nice common living room and of course the wonderful garden

A cocktail bar in the mid of a hotelgarden?
Drinkers love it
But wanna-sleepers hate it.
Noise stops at around 11u45 pm. For early sleepers this is late

friendly staff, lovely room, nice building, gorgeous garden
the breakfast was the only disappointment the menu was confusing and the coffee was not as generous as it should have been

Very nice garden entrance and restaurant. The staff, Asa, Nadia and all were very nice ad helpful.
Breakfast was nice, but could use more variety and some meat choices.
4.5
We loved the beautiful home and gardens and especially enjoyed having breakfast outside each morning. Goncalo, Mary, and Anas were incredibly kind and helpful!
The restaurant that serves lunch and dinner in the courtyard seems to miss its mark of enhancing the guest experience, and it is also very noisy at night.

very lovely staff were helpful and friendly.
garden and restaurant are stunning
included breakfast was nice.
Nothing. no lift but this wasn't an issue for us, just 2 staircases to walk up.

The excellent service.
The restored building.
The location close to the railway station and town centre.
The steps in the upstairs hallway - hard to see.
The modesty glass panel seperating the bedroom from the bathroom.

Restaurant for lunch and dinner is a franchise.Dinner guests still eating/socialising at
11.30 p.m. directly below guest rooms is something that perhaps needs to be looked at.

staff are really amazing and super helpful and super friendly. Gonzalo did everything to make is feel welcome and have the best possible stay. furthermore, breakfast is great. the hotel is located in middle of city centre and close to restaurants and beach and marina
just to be aware: the small room is really small. and doesn’t have airco. it is better to book a bigger room
1.5
Location excellent and very pretty garden
Room air conditioning very noisy and ineffective. Coffee powder in room undrinkable.
Breakfast very disappointing -- rancid butter, horrible jam, poor coffee, stodgy orange cake -- and service extremely slow and disorganised

The staff were phenomenal, so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Instantly made us feel at home. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations every single day. The gardens were so lush and great to lounge in. Greatest location. Best hotel stay we’ve ever had.
There were no outlets in the bathroom, so if you wanted to blow dry your hair, you had to do it in the bedroom without a mirror.

Superb breakfast in lovely garden. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyable stay.
The old style locks on the door were a small pain. A little loud in the early morning but it is right in the centre of town.

Lovely hotel, renovated to a beautiful and tasteful standard, keeping the features of the original house. the breakfast is lovely, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The outside garden space is a lovely area to sit in and read a book.

It’s a cute boutique hotel and was a clean and comfortable stay. It is 3 min walk to Cascais train station and centrally located to restaurants, shops and beach. The staff were so kind and available via WhatsApp for any help and recommendations. The included breakfast was delicious and can order more food of anything on the menu.
