Clean, modern, smelled great!

How clean the units are and how modern and fresh they are. I always feel very anxious about booking accommodation. Will it be clean?? This place was the cleanest ¡¡ I always check showers etc and seriously this was the cleanest I have ever seen. I was sitting on tbe balcony and saw a cleaner mopping and cleaning the outside seats on another unit. They cleaned everything. It was brilliant!!

The beds are firm. If you like super soft beds then bring a topper. Having said that I am a super soft bed kinda gal, so this is just personal preference

A great place to stay. Very comfortable and in a great spot to get to everything.

I requested an early check in if possible and l was text at 11am to say my room was ready.

Great location, neat and tidy, excellent accommodation, definitely recommend.

The location was very central, close to everything and a supermarket. The pools at the resort were amazing, one was great for young children and the other for older children and adults. The resort grounds and gardens were pretty and well maintained.

Pretty disappointed with the decor and quality of our room, considering we hadn’t traveled for some.

Walking distance to restaurants & shops. Close to the beach & secure parking.

On the first day, we were placed next door to an apartment that was being renovated, so there was noise from the adjoining apartment-drilling and jack hammer machines. We also noticed a foul smell coming from the shower drain in the centre of room - yes it was a sewer smell.

Exceptional apartments in an exceptional location.

Location, location. Right across the street from everything you need. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the welcoming small touches like heaters on, relaxing music and lighting on arrival. Huge secure underground carpark. Staff were very helpful.

We could hear some noise from upstairs at night when we went to bed. Didn’t keep us up long.

Fantastic

Loved the resort it was excellent and kids loved it we are a large family and had plenty of room.

The washing machine was dirty on arrival so we didn’t use it

The apartments are central to shops eg Coles shopping centre just opposite,Dan Murphys & a short stroll to the Main Street and beach. With a 3 bedroom apartment we were allocated 2 room keys which does cause a bit of a logistical issue when the adults and teens end up in different directions & to be buzzed in when reception is shut u need someone in ur apartment to unlock the gate. With 2 car spots allocated we managed to get the boat in also,as the max ht of the basement parking is 2.18m. The apartment was spacious and definitely comfortable for a longer stay

Location. Especially travelling as a family. Supermarket directly opposite & Dan Murphy’s!

First few mornings there was maintenance going on. Would have been nice to have been advised that theted be a lot of noise early on in the day

Everything,the gardens were kept good and presentation of the facility was spot on,location was great to not have to use the car for the whole weekend.

The noise from upstairs toilets flushing and talking ect was a little louder than expected thin wall/sound proofing.but still didn't impact my experience of the place.will still go back 🙂

Suited our needs reall well

Situation was great, inside the complex everything was tidy and the pools were nice. Reception on arrival, very friendly.

We felt that the outside entrance at street level to the property needed a real tidy up. The plants were overgrown and it looked tired. Inside a bit of care could be taken to ensure all lights worked. The property inside could do with a decoration. This is not dissatisfaction just constructive comments,

We had a great stay, great facilities. The only down fall was the toddler pool was not heated.

Location was very perfect and the heated main pool was a nice temperature. We had a great stay here, accommodation was spacious and all of the outdoor balconies had comfortable seating which was perfect to sit and relax and provided extra room.

It would have been perfect if the toddler pool was heated as it was too cold for them to swim - the main pool did not have a shallow end which made it hard. Also the trundle bed was very uncomfortable for our 4 year old, we ended up just using the mattress on the floor (springs could be felt through the mattress).
