Great facilities, clean & the pool/spa was great. Close to Coolum Beach which was awesome.

Bed was very hard & uncomfortable. Some people might like hard beds, but my back paid for it over the weekend. There was a poor smell in the bathroom due to the pipes. It wreaked of diarrhoea in there all weekend

DISGUSTING ATTITUDE BY OWNER

The location is great and the pool is nice.

The owners attitude towards our group and me when speaking to him. I have messages showing we were able to have an early 9am check in, apon arrival the hotel owner/manager refused us entry and with attitude said to me " the last people just hacked out at 10am why would we let you check in at 9am? And I have it in writing that they allowed this! So we had to wait even after a 2hr long drive. The first day we were out all day and evening.. we arrived back at our room didn't have a speaker or music playing just talking and having a Debreif about our evening when he come to our room and shut it down( fair enough it was late and we were not intentionally trying to disrupt anyone ) I apologised and shut it down straight away he then looks at us and says honestly you people! I don't think I can have yous stay another night. ( were from NZ so seemed a little racist ) then the next day I went to ask for some more towels, the was very RELUCTANT and scoffing at me he only allowed 2 towels when there was 6 of us! Including 2 children. When I opened the towels one of them had what looked like a shit stain smear across it.. I took it back and he accused me of making it dirty! I then asked if he can replace the towel and he scoffed and said to me " you already had 1 towel per person how many towels do you need?! His behaviour and attitude was disgusting. I was polite to him the entire time. But he didn't like us straight off the bat and we will NEVER stay here again. Regardless of the fact there was a washer and dryer in the room, rhe dryer took like 4 hours to dry anything it was dated and the washer was tiny, everyone who has children know how unpredictable kids are and that they can make a mess so quick. The Hotel owner did not go out of his way or even make the slightest efforts to please his clients. And we were not the only ones, there were others in the resort we spoke to who had issues with him also.

Perfect place for a family reunion

Beautiful resort & excellent location for a family reunion as it caters for all ages being located to all amenities & sight seeing or doing outdoor activities.

For a group of people minimal toilet paper was provided.

Studio unit had a broom cupboard size for clothes storage for 2w stay. meal preparation only microwave available. no stove top or hot plate

Fantastic stay with absolutely lovely staff going above and beyond to accommodate our family.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, walking distance to the beach and shops. We loved the play equipment and pool at the hotel! Staff were so lovely and gave us a very early check in as I am heavily pregnant with a toddler!

Those car parks are absolutely tiny, so hard to get our toddler in and out of the car, we got lucky we got the park next to a jet ski so had more room to get our child out through that side of the car. Wasn’t overly a fan of not having a door on the toilet in the main bedroom.

Convenient central location

Central yet quiet location, friendly reception.

Inadequate cleaning - dirty crockery and unclean bathroom door. Minimal supplies provided - no shampoo, minimal dishwashing detergent.

Fantastic value and location, hardworking hosts, highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

Large spacious apartments well facilitated. Lovely views and easy access to everything Coolum has to offer. Beautiful pool, warm and fantastic options for younger kids with shallow pool, slide and waterfall! The resort was immaculate and well maintained. The staff friendly and attentive. Little touches like buckets and spades to take to the beach (and return!) new pool furniture and a sparkling pool make all the difference. Great warm shallow wading pool for little ones and a great temperature main pool. Easy walk to everything you need.

Loved the location the Managers were delightful and very helpful.. the apartment was clean and has everything available airer, hair dryer, mops etc etc

We shared the apartment with our daughter and baby granddaughter so my husband and I used the twin beds… The twin beds were not comfortable They may be ok for a child though??

unfortunately the spa wasn’t working during our stay. These things happen and it will not put us off visiting again.

We had a lovely stay!

The location and the pool.

The room was a bit outdated and not the cleanest. The beds had a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet, so it was a bit uncomfortable and we had to straighten it out and tuck it back in each day.

The large apartments, the comfortable beds, the awesome swimming pool, the very cheerful and helpful staff...

Being in between the swimming pool at the front of unit, and the putt putt golf at the back of the unit, especially on a Sunday morning first weekend of the school holidays.. 😆 🤣 And the total Non smoking threw out all of the resort...

A Perfect Place to Work & Play!

The property is located in a perfect position a short walk to the beautiful Coolum Beach, cafes & shopping strip. The property has under ground parking, a lift to the rooms the self contained rooms are like home away from home. delicious it has everything you need, plus was clean & tidy. pool & heated spa to relax in.
