Filthy and dirty Resort !

No breakfast included

Absolutely filthy and dirty Apartments ! Cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen, bathrooms full of hair and towels have black markings.. spoke to reception and asked to be moved, but got back end of day to only find a insect spray left on the bench… fridge had dead and live cockroaches !! All plates and cutlery were dirty ! Never ever again.

Great location, amazing helpful staff would 100% stay here again

The views were amazing, had everything you needed, very spacious for 2 people

Some things just needed fixed the bathroom railing kept coming out etc but it wasn’t bad!

Great stay. The Gold Coast is a great destination for families but also couples. This place was pure Gold Coast!

Big spacious and amazing views. Big balconies. Great location.

We are regular visitors to the Surfers area( Some 50 years now) My wife would like to stay again.

View was great. Rooms were very good. Within walking distance to main surfers area.

Relaxing, Peaceful and happening

The location is excellent.. walking distance to everything we needed like beach, bar and pub, etc. We loved the view from our apartment on the 17th floor

Great apartment and a good location at a reasonable price

The apartment was large and well appointed. Plenty of room for two people and beds were large and comfy. The building and facilities were well maintained. The location is nice and close to the beach and an easy walk to Surfers township.

We did ask to speak to the manager who apparently didn’t work weekends but never called us back.

We requested two single beds but did not get them so a rollaway bed was then in our lounge room for the duration of our 10 night stay. Our teenage boy and girl are not comfortable sharing a bed obviously. We needed furniture moved out of the unit to be able to fit the rollaway bed in and use the wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom. The bathrooms were not the cleanest and the pool is very cool this time of year. One day even the spa was cool. 2nd year in a row that they have not given us the 2 single beds. We should have learnt the first time however the view was awesome the first year but this year we got a much lower floor so the room was overall just disappointing for the price

Great location and big units

Great sized unit with excellent layout suitable for a family . Fabulous views. Well equiped kitchen . Large fridge. Nice pool area.

Could have been cleaner - there were large clumps of hair in the bathroom and food under the cushions in the living room. Bed in main bedroom wasn’t very comfortable.

The showers were not clean at all. It had mould. One of the two lifts was not working . It is such a big building and imagine waiting for 30 minutes for lift to arrive. There was only 1 lift

Great Location!

The location was phenomenal, right next to everything Surfer’s Paradise has to offer. Also great value.

Air conditioning could have been better and having only one elevator (one of them was under maintenance) was frustrating.

Needed a tram to get around, but a pleasant stay. Thought the damage deposit held is too steep

Not a great location. But thankfully close to the Tram Railway

Location was fabulous and views lovely.

The location and unit position was fabulous. Having two balconies and an abundance of windows were great. The common areas of the property were beautifully maintained.

The decor is in need of an urgent upgrade. The lounge was overly warn and looked grubby as were the dining chairs, even rusty in places. The placemats provided were dirty and not in good condition. Small thing but a cheap one to replace as well. A deep clean is recommended.

Great weekend stay for the air show.

Amazing view. Excellent facilities.

Starting to look tired. Rough around the edges. Needs some work done. Power point in kids room hanging out of wall was quite unsafe.
