The view is amazing and incredible centric. If you like it it is not necessary to leave the hotel at all
Accommodations could be a little bit better

The views are stunning
The facilities are old, faucets didn't close property, the crystal door couldn't look, it keeps open and balconies are connected between themselves it makes you feel unsafe, telephone line didn't work, lack of toiletries for 8 guests even though the room is rented as a family room for 8 people and the neighborhood is dirty

Nice view from a balcony
Not working WIFI and fridge
AC was badly cooling

Our stay was a good deal since it was off-season. The room was very large and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. I really enjoyed the three swimming pools and the large terrace overlooking the bay at the upper pool. It was nice to be on-site for the cliff divers. Most of the staff was very nice. It was fun to stay in a place that used to be one of the premier hotels in Acapulco!
The food wasn't great and the food & drinks were pricey. The location would make it hard to go anywhere else in Acapulco.

This is what Acapulco is all about. Forget the fancy hotels and the shallow facade of the newer parts of the town; real Acapulco is here, in this fading but beautiful hotel. Ignore the reviews about steps and distance from restaurants (it's on a cliff - what do you expect?) Staff are faultless, breakfast is fantastic, and the views are the best you can get.
Some more shade and beer by the pool would be nice!

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean and cliffs . And you can watch the cliff divers from a few spots of the hotel . The pools are clean . The salt water pool
is down by the ocean and it is basically an area where ocean waves go through the cracks of the rocks and over rocks . so the natural sea water pool has fish swimming around in it with you .
The staff are very nice , and very helpful . a couple of them spoke English .
Our room was clean . There is a bar fridge in it . It had a balcony with a beautiful view .
Comfortable bed and pillows .
Has a walk in closet with good storage space
- has a safe
- has good air conditioning and a ceiling fan
There weso many stairsto walk up and down . It was 230 stairs down to the salt water pool and then of course going up all those stairs to get back t our room .
So people with mobility issues .. this place is not for you .
- could use a bigger TV with Netflix . the tv is 32 inches
- has no coffee maker
- wifi only works in lobby and you have to keep re -signing in .
Only 2 large towels , no hand towels
it is advisable to get a room with the breakfast included unless you don’t mind walking down and up a steep hill to get to restaurants . There are a couple of restaurants closer but have really loud music .

horrible experience in this hotel and booking .
my booking was modified by booking and I was charge the original fee , i was told by booking and the hotel they will refund me the difference ..to this day I have cero direction from neither the hotel or booking , I was suppose to check in at 3 , my room was ready until 5 . I was just told 10 min more and 2 hrs passed , room was old with wholes in the curtains, beat up windows , beds were ok , staff in the hotel was not helpful , they just pass you around to eventually give you a number to call where of course nobody answers . stay here if you are alone and have plenty of time to waste , don’t chose the breakfast option on the booking app, you get a better deal paying it at the hotel if you choose too ( expensive breakfast for what it is but it does have a nice view ) the only good thing this place has going is the view they have . that’s it
everything was as nightmare

Fantastic location and the swimming pools were beautiful. Best place to see the divers
Hotel is rundown and some staff were unhelpful. We asked to order a taxi to the airport at 5 in the morning and they told us there would be some outside so we didn’t need to. There weren’t any taxis and no staff around either. Food in restaurant expensive and not that nice but fantastic view of the diving show.

The showers could use updating.

Location is very good, right in the centre of town if that is what you are looking for. We wanted to see the cliff divers so for us, it was great. Pools are nice and clean. The lobby area is beautiful.
One bottle of shampoo for 4 people, no water provided in the room, no bath mat or shower curtains so the water in the bathroom goes everywhere. The AC was terrible, it did not cool down the room. Reception did not answer the phone. We had to wait ages for pool towels, in the end we had to offer to pay an attendant to bring the towels down to us in the pool.

location, location, location. the reason for staying here is to watch as many shows of the cliff divers as possible. it’s perfect.
the rooms are showing their age but the view and vintage ambiance more than makes up for an old bathroom

Location was excellent, although the streets coming to the hotel were very old and congested
I paid for room with sea view. They gave me room facing other way. When I said I paid extra for sea view, reception person could would not believe until I showed print out . Then asked manager if she could change my room. Even then it was only partial sea view.
