Apartment was very nice . Location was good for what we wanted to explore the surrounding area . Staff helpful .
The balcony was not tiled ,looked like it had been repaired . Very poor WiFi. Cracked tiles in our lounge floor .
Note we are very easy going so this did not ruin our stay . But old be problem for others .

Lovely little house which contained mostly what we needed. Loved the little outside area
No oven, very small kitchen - for self catering, it was very hard to cook a proper meal. Ants could be a problem if you didn’t keep on top of them. No air conditioning

More choice in restaurant menu

The swimming pool closed at 7pm

the house had everything we needed. comfortable. peaxdul. not far from the beach too
we were disappointed regarding the swimming pools. although we were aware the main pool was under redevelopment. it did state there was 2 pools. 1 pool was for houses of residents (we thought this meant for people renting houses) we were not aware people owned these properties so feel that it’s very misleading saying they have 2 pools when 1 can’t be used for rentals.

we booked it through booking.com where it stated we had 2 pools. in fact one was closed and one was only for a particular area of the resort which we can from memory specify when you book. Belle Dune didn’t answer the phone nor did they ever return our phone calls or booking.com’s. otherwise we had a great time. would have been nice for the staff to share some more info about the area in particular cycle paths and routes etc. best local beaches. it felt very transactional which was a shame.

amazing beautiful village
swimming pool wasn’t open, and was slightly confusing about the situation in the booking process.

The location was superb, really nice and quiet, on a lake near a Forrest and dune and close to the beach. The apartment was clean and ready.
The apartment was pretty small, the stairs were very creaky that if someone was asleep and you walked down the stairs to use the toilet that was only downstairs you would wake everyone up.
Booking.com said there was a pool but the resort said we could not use it so it was falsely advertised.

I liked the accommodation very much. It was very clean. It has basic things that we need in the kitchen the linens and towels were washed and iron and even sealed in plastic covers and the whole place is great. Will come back again with more member if the family.

Very comfortable apartment. Pleasant quiet. 30 minute walk through the dunes to the beach. Beautiful long beaches. A calm green break by the sea.
Early April all the facilities were closed. But the walks were great 30 minutes to Quend plage and 40 minutes to Fort Mahon Plage.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed an early check-in. We tried to contact them numerous times only to get automated responses to our messages. Unfortunately we had to make alternative arrangements. We were still charged.

the apartment was away from the lake (sadly) but very clean. Linen is provided but you have to make the beds. The bedroom was small with one window so we slept on the sofa bed. it's a 40 minute walk into town. Overall expensive for 2 people but value if you have kids or a few golfers
location of apartment away from lake and bedroom was dark and hot. a fan would have made a big difference.

Substandard accommodation despite being ‘superior’, sleeps up to 6 people but felt cramped even with just two of us. Accommodation was really run down and you had to kneel down to even be able to get your head under the shower. Paid extra to have a lake view but it was so noisy from the ducks from first daylight. Dogs mess everywhere around the resort despite there being free poo bags everywhere. We had to strip all the beds ourselves and clean the kitchen. One night we were kept awake until 3am by a group of young men shouting which was ignored by security. Because of the way the windows were you couldn’t have a window open and the curtains shut, it was so hot in the bedrooms due to the poor design and windows you couldn’t reach to open over the stairs so had to have the window wide open with no curtain or privacy. If you open the window I’d also covered the TV. The doors are all fitted wrong so you can’t open the front door and go in to the lounge as the doors both opened towards each other. In the lounge there is no window other than the patio doors with nothing to stop a dog running out so we had to sit in a boiling lounge with all doors closed. In summary it is such a poor design of accommodation and in need of updating.

The apartment was clean and well equipt but a little tired
The lake was green - full of algae - the balcony had no dividers and it was impossible to sit outside as the apartment next door were smokers
