The nature around, especially the beach and the dune, are breathtaking. The aquaclub and other activities are great. But the resort needs renovation in some places and more emphasis on cleanliness.

The apartment itself was a good size there was only the two of us, but I think would be cramped for 6 people.
The apartment had everything we needed.
The swimming pool complex is under construction which we were aware of before we booked, however the restaurants have limited service
We went to buy a take out pizza at 7:15 and was told there wasn’t a pizza chef working that day.
Went to the golf clubhouse ordered a bottle of wine €19 asked for a menu and was told they stop serving food at 3pm
So although the place has lots to offer, you can’t rely on the website for what’s actually available and when
It was fine for the two of us, but if you have children I think this would be a disappointing holiday

We had a great time. It was just right for us. The location is great. The weather was not too hot and not too cold. The two towns (Quend Plage and FortMahon) are very close. Fort mahon only a 10 minute walk. It has a good fresh markte every Tues. and Fri. The accomodation was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (ceramic stove). There were dishes enough (because laid out for up to 10 or so, there were enough plates, cutlery, utensils, and pots and pans to not have to wash all the time. And the matrasses were good.
I can only speak for our unit (34 - beside the golf course putting practice) and the time from early to mid June. We read some not so good reviews, but for us this was a very comfortable great stay.
The Henson horse riding in the dunes is well worth it. We rented bicyles. And we took part in the bow and arrow shototing.

No pool and no lake to use, ants all over
Location was very good

Accueil assez désagréable. Apt propre mais mal orienté : pas de soleil l’après midi.

Place was nice but there was no cleaning supplies and they expect you to clean. No toilet paper and limited towels. Lots of spiders everywhere.

This was our second visit to this quiet, picturesque resort. We stayed in a well equipped, two bedroom apartment all of which are centrally located near the main facilities. The houses, however may be some distance from the centre. There are good beaches nearby at Quend (35 mins. walk) and Fort Mahon (50 mins walk). There are pay car parks at both resorts but they do get full early at week-ends on good weather days. Why not hire bikes or bring your own, there are good cycle paths to both resorts.

We stayed for 4 nights in a two-bedroom apartment which gave three of us plenty of space. It was clean and tidy on our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge/freezer microwave with grill and a dishwasher (tablets for this were provided in a small welcome pack). The apartments at Belle Dune are all close to the centre but this is a large park and some of the houses can be further away. The indoor heated pool has small and large slides and each half hour the wave machine is activated. There is also an outdoor Aqua park but this is only open until early September. There are several walks through the dunes to the coast at either Quend or Fort Mahon, why not walk one way and take the free mini-train the other. (Mini-train operates only at week-ends out of season). My only criticism would be the Free Basic Wifi it could not be picked up in our apartment. (This was our second visit to the park and on the previous occasion the wifi was fine.Overall in my opinion a nice place to stay.

The accommodation flat was ‘cosy’ but very clean. The double room was 2 small singles which could have been moved together. Sofa bed in bijoux living area with kitchen (microwave and hob). Veranda overgolf course. Suitable for 3, and weather was good- not sure how Feel if wet. Village is spacious, Aquapool was brilliant for kids- mini centre parc style inside/outside with slides and waves. Beware the strictly follow the French skimpy shorts/ budgies- can buy from shop for a premium. Didn’t use lake activities but looked good. Excellent location- close to 2 beaches and 15-20 mins from Le Touquet.

A beautiful location with fantastic beaches nearby. Fort Mahon and Quend beaches both worth visiting, although check tide times if you’re looking for a whole day on the beach as Quend beach gets fully submerged at high tide. The sunsets there are amazing! We stayed in a two bed, first floor apartment near the main square. The apartment was clean and well equipped (note that if you’re staying in standard accommodation, you will be making up your own beds with the linen provided and must clean your own kitchen area before leaving)The sofa bed was creaky and rather noisy, but that’s the nature of them I guess. The Aquaclub pools were great with a super wave machine in the indoor pool! One word of warning - loose swimming shorts are forbidden, men must wear Lycra shorts or speedo in the Pools, which can be a trial for some! Overall a lovely week with a few small hiccups due to the language barrier!

Lovely little resort between two very small but charming villages with stunning beaches, we went in late May and the resort & surrounding areas only busy/fully operational over the weekends

Not a bad place but went totally off it when refused entry to pool facilities unless wearing Speedos. Thought they were joking but no, Speedos required or no entry. Speedos €40 in resort shop. No chance, very disappointed when that’s probably the main attraction unless you’re playing golf. Poor.

We stayed at P&V Belle Dune for 3nights for Easter holiday. We had a great time there.
Staff tried to help us even if we can’t speak Franch and they can’t speak English.
The swimming pool is much smaller than Center Parc but it is better for families who have small children.
One thing we were not happy about is we had to make our beds. We don’t want to spend time for making beds after a long drive.

This is the 3rd time that we've been here and we love it. Comfortable houses, good facilities and lovely surrounding area.
Aquapark can get busy, but still a lot of fun.

My partner and I stayed at the Belle Dune village with her 11 year old son. We thought the village had a nice layout with an attractive lake in the centre. Our apartment was OK with moderate facilities and was basically furnished. We thought that some of the village was looking a little tired and could have done with a freshen up. As we were located in the centre of the village we found it noisy in the evenings especially when a temporary disco was set up for an hour or two right under our balcony! We thought the reception staff were friendly and helpful and from our point of view spoke quite good English. The main restaurant was nice with a very good buffet style meal set up although a little expensive if you can't manage or don't want to eat everything! On the whole we enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn't stay again.

Our holiday was okay although once the staff realised we couldn't speak French their patience was limited. We were given the wrong code to the car park on arrival, (this also happened to a Dutch family that we found struggling on our last day), this meant that it was a bit stressful after a long drive finding our house and parking. On arrival the house was clean although it is a bit annoying having to make up your beds but we did know this prior to arriving. The kitchen is very basic with only a microwave and hob no oven or toaster although we did work out how to grill one pizza at a time in the microwave. There is a dishwasher but would have swapped that for a toaster! There was no English TV channels, luckily we had downloaded films prior to arrival and plugged the lap top into the tv. The WiFi was manageable but not fab. The only settee in the room was also a sofa bed and two wide to sit on comfortably we all ended up with bad backs particularly as the beds weren't comfortable either. Book a larger house than you need as a two bedroom house meant for up to 6 really is very tiny for 4. We tried our best to read the french information leaflets even using google translate but we would have got more out of the holiday if we understood what was available to us. I wouldn't recommend booking a holiday here unless you speak some French.

It is a pleasant place to stay . Indoor pool is clean and heated well. Great if you have baby / toddler .
It is shame that there is no place for kids to play apart from the kids club which you have to pay €30 for 3 hours supervised. I wasn't happy to leave my 1 year old child with people I didn't know. So kids club wasn't an option for me.
If you have a car the location is good. Otherwise there is not a lot around .
Despite the unfriendly staff I would still recommend the place as it is a pleasant place to stay with pretty surroundings.

Great swimming pool with massive wave machine, two 11 year old girls we had with us loved this. Burger bar was limited and was really the only place to eat on site! However lots of good restaurants under 2km away, just look at trip advisor. Resort was a bit tired but good for a short break.

Not a hotel but a one bedroom house which cosily sleeps 5.Dissapointing that the bedroom had 2 single beds with a 3rd being a pull down. The sitting area had a double bed settee.A fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher great for selfcatering holidays and 5 minutes drive to a supermarket. The kettle didnt actually boil which for a brit tea drinker was a challenge so either take you own or finish the boiling process on the hotplate. We had a small mosquito problem in the evenings, the house, like most of them, backed onto a small lake so repellent is recommended.Other than that a lovely place we would definitlely recommend and stay again if we are in that area.

Stayed three nights in May 2014 with accompanying two dogs in well- -equipped studio. Very dog friendly. Very pleasant staff. Beautiful well kept surroundings. During our stay I think we were the only Brits resident amongst mostly French and a few Belgians which added to the very courteous and relaxed atmosphere of the village. The architectural style of the village buildings was very varied and the central hub/reception and La Place seemed to be constructed in the New England style - all very pleasing to the eye.
Our experience was enhanced by us enjoying glorious weather throughout our stay, the reflection of the buildings in the main lake provides a lasting memory but probably because of the unseasonal rather hot, bright sunny weather, mosquitos were, and could be a problem, at this time.

Booked at Belle Dune last minute as found out that it was raining on our 2 night stay in France and we have a dog and a 5 year old. Was a very good move! 5 year old spent lots of time in the swimming pool which had lots of slides, Jacuzzi, beds to lie on, wave machines etc. Staff were lovely and all spoke great English - everyone was really helpful. Fresh baguettes from the shop every morning. Only downside was no English channels on the TV (we booked VIP so bought some DVDs to watch instead) and the pool didn't open until 11 which, for us, was halfway through our day. Generally thought place was great, good value and I would stop there again, great for young children

The surrounding and the quality of the accommodation are phenomenal but the added extras spoils it : 6 euros or hire of 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel is ridiculous especially considering that the bed linen is inclusive in the price of the holiday! And paying for the most rubbish wifi. During our stay most of the facilities were unavailable too as they were having a refurbishment however this was not advertised anywhere. The staff especially the reception staff were not very understating about any of our complaints and this was not due to language difficulties as we are native French speakers.

We stayed at this holiday village the first time for 2 nights. We are a family of four and our children are over 20 years old. We did not take part of their activities or evening entertainment so cannot offer comment on these. I can image the holiday village activities will be excellent for young children.
We booked one-bedroom house (4-5 person select). The interior design is modern and clean but the upstairs bedroom is too small for 3 adults. In my opinion, It is designed to fit 3 children in the upstairs bedroom, the downstairs double sofa bed can be little bit uncomfortable.
The kitchen utensil are equipped and sufficient. The hotel village will provide a pack of cleaning kit such as washing up liquid and tablets for dish washer. I think it is good that we did not need to buy from the shop.
We have excellent sleep there and enjoyed the quite location. There is a security staff working at night to patrol the car park. It feels safe to stay at this remote holiday village.
