About this house rental

Step into this immaculate and spacious 6 bedroom/3 bathroom home that's full of fun entertainment that will have your family wanting more! The house was fully renovated in 2020 with $350,000 budget , making the house a high-end resort facility equipped with state of the art appliances and furniture. Additional renovations were made during the winter 2020-2021 with a focus on a backyard. Pool now equipped with a latest generation of the Hayward water heating / lighting solution. Another recent addition is "grill paradise island" which include the following: 40'' professional grill (Kokomo grills brand), double side burner (Kokomo grills brand), sink, fridge, paper towel drawer, garbage collector and 62'' natural gas firepit.

Please note that pool is scheduled to be open from May 1st until November 1st with water temperature guaranteed to be around 85 degrees.

As an additional welcome gesture, 2 bicycles will be included for your convenience.

Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink seemed low. The shower heads, however provided plenty of hot water. Apparently the prior tenants did not dispose of the trash bins. Three large garbage containers had to be disposed of when we checked in.

This is an exceptional property with an outstanding host, and room for everyone. My teenagers loved having the bicycles to explore the neighborhood, as well as the proximity to the boardwalk for mini-golf and arcades. My young family members never wanted to get our of the heated pool, and older family members enjoyed the grill and bar area. It's a short walk to antique stores, restaurants, and ice cream, which even made the wife happy. Absolutely loved this place and hope to return. Jeff J

Wonderful house with spa like yard... saltwater pool with lights at night, fantastic grilling area with island and fridge, etc. We are family of 15, including 7 children ages 4-14... everyone agrees it's the best rental we've had and we have been renting at Pt Pleasant for years. Three blocks to boardwalk, aquarium, beach, and very responsive owner... already booked next year!!!

Had my family visit and stay for a week. Great fun, food was great (proximity to Joe Leone's), location is perfect. Three block walk to the beach... and To Jenkinson's. I would highly recommend this property. Everything was just as advertised.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Our entire family was able to sleep comfortably and enjoy each other’s company . The pool was a perfect addition for days you don’t want to go to the beach or waiting for a baby/toddler to nap. Perfect house! We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

Our whole family (15 people... ages 4-71) spent a perfect week in this beautiful home! The owner was very communicative and addressed any questions we had.. Beautiful home.. great pool area and spectacular grilling area . We watched fireworks from the pool area... cooked and enjoyed meals in the gourmet kitchen... walked two blocks to the boardwalk ... and parking was a breeze. The AC was just perfect (so important in August after a day at the beach)... and we highly recommend !!!

With the beautiful kid- friendly pool the young grandchildren always had something to do. We took daily trips to the beach and boardwalk. Watched the Thursday night fireworks from poolside. Cooked both inside and out, plus bringing in local treats. We signed up for next year.

My family and I enjoyed our week at this beautiful home. It was perfect for both the adults and the grandkids (ages 3 and 1). The location is close to the beach and boardwalk. The backyard area with the pool and grill is ideal. Alex responded quickly to any question. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall - 5 Star. House was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Plenty of beds, rooms, conveniences, amenities, appliances, kitchen supplies. Everything you want and need was provided. Best of all the outdoor grilling area, heated pool, and lounges. The location is great, quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach/boardwalk and town. Property was really clean and modern making it a super comfortable stay for my family. Heated salt water pool and fire pit were great. Location was awesome too with the beach, boardwalk and restaurants only a short walk away. Communication with property owner was also excellent, he was extremely responsive to all my questions / inquiries. We would definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend to others!

The property was exactly as pictured, it was meticulous And beautifully decorated. I was there with eight other people and on the weekend we were joined by niece and husband and 2 little children. Celebrating retirement and birthday! Of course, we spent all of our time outside- which had a perfect pool setup. The kitchen island and fire pit was amazing! Alex, our host was anyways accessible, even before our trip. 5 star vacation!!!

My family and I stayed here for a week in July. This home is absolutely beautiful! It felt like I was in my own home, and not a shore house! The kitchen was stocked, the linens were crisp, and everything is brand new. The owner of the home was accessible by text 24/7 - not that I needed one thing, as this home had it all! The pool was clean and refreshing and the patio was a perfect private oasis. We rode bikes up to the beach and boardwalk and watched fireworks from the front porch (also perfectly furnished and charming!) Can't wait to stay here again soon!

Property is impeccable - newly renovated, very clean, walking distance to beach / boardwalk. Nice open kitchen and living space. Highlight for our family and friends was the private pool. Stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy furniture, communicative owner, wine upon arrival are some other pluses. Wish there was another full or 1/2 bath on 2nd floor, otherwise no other cons to list. Really great house in a prime location. Would stay again!
