About this cottage rental

Located in a quiet central location in Wagga's hospital precinct, our cottage awaits your arrival.

Offering free high speed Wi-Fi and a 55 inch 4K smart TV, which you can easily log into your own streaming services. This, along with ducted air conditioning and ducted gas heating, you will be comfortable at any time of the year.

The kitchen is fully renovated and offers a fan forced electric oven and gas 4 burner cooktop and plenty of bench space if self catering is your style. We also offer complimentary tea and pod coffee

There are 4 bedrooms with bed configurations as follows

Bedroom 1 has 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 2 has 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds
Bedroom 4 has 1 x king single bed
There is also a single folding bed that can be set up in the lounge area or in bedroom 2.

Note: If a booking is made for 1 guest, only 1 bed is to be slept in, if 2 guests are booked, a maximum of 2 beds can be slept in and so on. Extra beds that are used beyond the number of guests staying will be charged at a rate of $30 per night.

There is undercover parking for 1 car, but the driveway will fit 2. There is also plenty of free off street parking.

There is an outdoor Al Fresco dining area with BBQ, sink, servery, ping pong table and plenty of seating. The yard is safe and secure.

There are two bathrooms with 1 offering a bath. There is one toilet in the second bathroom.

Check-in is made easy and you can check in whenever you like after 2pm by retrieving the key from the locked box at the side, car port entrance of the cottage. The key code will be provided closer to your arrival.

Wife, dog & I had a great stay at this place - would use again. All that was missing was a working lockable screen to the bbq area, so our dog couldn't escape (I'm sure an easy fix for next time)

Such a lovely stay at the cottage. This listing was so accurate and Troy was so easy to reach and check in during our stay. Plenty of space for the family. The table tennis table was a nice surprise. The kids loved it.

Was the perfect size for a family of 5 adults. Had a great kitchen and living/dining area, and the outdoor entertaining area was huge. Few cobwebs in the bedrooms but otherwise was a very nice stay.

Central (ish) location with good amenities. Pet friendly, although the ground needs to be cleaned (dog poop all over). Owner must ask travellers to clean up after their dogs. The main living area was clean and pleasant, while the rest needs some more attention to cleaning. Thanks otherwise.

Property very clean with all provisions. Contact with owner to establish street address was difficult with messages bouncing back to us. We found it out via google and detective work. Need some sort of heater in the family room for those cold mornings. Beds were comfy and bedrooms large.

Having never been to Wagga before the location of the house was great. Nice quiet spot. Weather was colder than expected and the heating system was not the best, either super hot or super cold. Two bathrooms was great but only one toilet and we did not realise until we got there. Main shower leaked badly but strategically placed towels sorted that out. Really comfy beds. Kitchen had everything you need and more. We would stay there again.

We had a nice stay here over Christmas. Like a little home away from home! Great house for young families- nice to have three bedrooms away from the living area and separated by a door. Outdoor area had a lot of cobwebs and dust, which we cleaned ourselves and used happily, with a good bbq and outdoor setting. Inside was clean and tidy, it had everything we needed, a warm feel, and the beds were comfy. Aircon worked great in the hot weather. A very comfortable stay, and a nice little Christmas tree to greet us, which the kids loved. Thanks for having us!

Off street covered parking with easy access to the front door for unloading luggage. Very clean, spacious, well maintained house, lawn and garden with covered outdoor bbq area, a very pleasant and quiet place to stay. I would stay there again if I return to Wagga Wagga. Highly recommended.

Was perfect for our trip to Wagga Wagga. The property was as described. Beds comfy, house clean, plenty of crockery and kitchenware for our stay. Owner addressed any concerns promptly. It’s a long walk into town so transport is necessary. Wagga Wagga is a great country town, very friendly and has planty to do.

The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The kitchen was easy to use and the layout was great for a family and for family time together. The location was very convenient and also peaceful. It was an added bonus being able to have our dog with us in a secure yard. Thanks!

Decent pet friendly home

The property can accommodate up to 7 people. I’ll start with the good. The backyard is big and has a covered area with a BBQ, table tennis and an outdoor dinning table. Hot water works and did not run out at all throughout our stay. Netflix works and wifi available with speeds up to 50mbps. Heater and cooler both functional. Beds are comfortable and linen and towels provided. A few things that wasn’t up to our liking. The house had a bit of a musky smell especially in the rooms, nothing too bad but could be from old carpets. The toilet outside of the house is a bit creepy to use as it’s inside a tool shed. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly and easily builds up water. Makes it a bit disgusting at time. Easy fix for the owner to remove the drain and clean whatever is clogging the flow. The exhaust fan in the toilet/ bathrooms need to be replaced. They are old and don’t function properly. Kitchen equipment provided were probably a bit worn out from use. I suggest you bring your own non stick frying pans. The cooker works well. There are several dry food items in the pantry that are outdated. The pod coffee machine does not come with pods. It’s a nestle dolce machine. Overall we were able to have a comfortable stay and enjoyed the table tennis and the bbq outdoors. However we felt the house is actually older than what you see in the photos and the price of $410 a night for 7 people was a bit overpriced. We didn’t bring our dog with us this time but this is definitely ideal place to bring your dog friends. The backyard is fenced, there is ample room for the dogs to run around and covered area to shelter with a dog house and water bowl provided. The dogs are not welcomed inside tho. Suitable for big dogs as well.

This small cottage is just fantastic for a stay in Wagga we explored all the tourist areas and did some yabbie hunting in the local rivers with the boys. It was so convenient and Troy was a very helpful host with great advice on local sites. Wagga was a win!
