Prima hotel.

Goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, goed bed.

De airco koelde niet goed op onze kamer. Het kastje leek ook stuk. De afzuiging in de douche bleef de hele nacht aan dus die hoorde je brommen.

Geweldige accommodatie en uitvalsbasis, ook te voet vele interessante plekken dichtbij. (Nordbahnhof, Tränenpalast, Neue

De ligging bij haltes van verschillende ov-lijnen, uitstekend onderhoud, mooie, nette kamers met goede bedden en coffee corner. Ontbijt eveneens heel goed, uitgebreide keuze en brede uurregeling. Personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Hadden een upgrade van de kamer besteld, mét geluidsonderdrukking, helaas was daarvan weinig of niets te merken (kamer aan de voorkant, vierde etage). Denk nochtans op basis van de grootte dat het gereserveerde type kamer was.Vorig jaar ook hier gelogeerd, kamer aan de achterzijde, een wereld van verschil.

Location and breakfast is good.

Breakfast and Location is good. There is a supermarket next to hotel building, trams station is just opposite to hotel. There are few restaurants near to hotel. Close to City.

A bit pricy compared to facilities and overall standard. Wi-Fi is a bit tricky. you have to make many attempts to connect.

Super séjour

Hôtel très bien situé, très proche du métro et du tramway, à 10 minutes à pied du S bahn. Très bon emplacement permettant également beaucoup de visites à pied. Chambre confortable et très propre, très calme (côté cour). Personnel souriant. Petit déjeuner au top, très complet.

Pour avoir une chambre côté intérieur c’est un peu plus cher (10 euros par nuit), ce serait bien que ce soit indiqué lors de la réservation.

Location of hotel was infront of bus stop, tram stop at the corner and 2 u-bahn stops ledd than 3 minute walk.

Only negative is that the climate could have been better. Air conditioning is not normal in Germany, but one would think that hotels would have better systems.

reasonably priced and convenient underground parking. very nice breakfast and very central location with good connections. easy check-in, check-out process.

a coffee machine in the room would be a nice touch but definitely not a deal breaker.

amazing option to stay!

the location is amazing! we could visit a lot of historical sites related to the Cold War. The breakfast was great! With plenty of options (including vegan). We stayed in a good size room, with a very comfortable bed. there was also a supermarket below the building which was very handy to buy water and some night snacks (much cheaper than the options in our room)

Berlin Trip

The hotel is very accessible to all public transportation. The staff were so nice, accomodating and helpful. Especially their duty manager, Samer. The room is very clean. Will also rate their breakfast 10/10. They also have a free sauna which you really need after a long day of tour in Berlin!

Location, service, breakfast, cleanliness, connectivity were great. We asked questions on best places for viewing new year fireworks and got good suggestions.

Even though we chose double beds we got two single beds which was uncomfortable but we didn't mind given other factors made up for this tiny issue

Clean and spacious room. Great shower. I really appreciated all the spaces to set down/store belongings. Outstanding breakfasts! Conveniently located.
