Clean ,modern ,spacious room . Very convenient transportation to the old city.

Clean spacious room. Near the main bus station, 3-4 bus stops to the old city . Just next to a big mall .Modern hotel.

Sehr gute Lage! Direkte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Freundliche und lösungsorientierte Mitarbeiter:innen.

Klimaanlage war noch nicht aktiv - Fenster ging nur zu kippen - sehr warm in der Nacht

Close quiet and comfortable

The Staff was very helpful. I left my passport in Munich and the reached out to tho old hotel and it was sent to me by the next morning. The hotel is super close to the Salzburg HBF train station making travel easy.

Perfekt geeignet für Kurzurlaub eines Bahnreisenden

Sehr nettes Personal, zentrale Lage direkt beim Hauptbahnhof, Zimmer war OK, Frühstücksraum im 6. Stock mit Aussicht auf die Festung Salzburg

Der Preis für das Einzelzimmer war doch sehr hoch. Das Frühstücksangebot (z.B. Mehlspeisen) und die Nachteilung (z.B. Vollkornbrot) sind ausbaufähig.

Highly recommended

The hotel is situated between the central train station and a shopping mall. Very convenient as we travelled by train from Munich and to Hallstatt and Budapest. The reception was friendly too.

Is quite expensive but I think is worth it for the location, facilities and nearby amenities.

Disappointing!

Central location

Upon arrival, the man at the reception was not friendly at all, I didn't get the promised room, I didn't get information about the hotel, food, in short, nothing. Even when the air conditioner is switched off in the room, is constantly running and it is very cold. It was freezing all night, even though it wasn't warm outside. Wi-Fi is weak. There isn't even a fridge in the room. The room facing the train station is noisy. This hotel does not reach 4 stars, especially not worth the 200€ per night. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Comfortable bed Close to train station

When room was serviced, tea mugs were not washed. Water bottles were not replaced Room was too warm despite using the aircon to highest setting, so aircon might have been broken

Superb

Very decent Hotel. Great location as it's directly opposite from the train Station. There is underground parking where some spaces have been reserved for the Hotel. Direct lift from the Garage. Bus Terminal right in Front for a quick 6 Minute bus ride to the old town. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean both in the rooms and public Areas.

Shower cap not available in the room. Need to request from reception. Disposable sandal not provided.

Excellent location was very convenient.

Good but expensive by UK standards.

Bottled water replaced daily. More tea bags and milk. One tea bag for two guests staying two nights is not enough.

Excelente hotel near Train Station

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. Also, it is easy to get a taxi or uber to and from and wonderfully modern and has a very extensive breakfast. They furnished water in glass bottles at the hotel which was a nice surprise. The facilities were top notch and extremely modern.

The hotel is very centrally located, but that means it is a good clip of a walk from downtown. Too far for my older parents to walk to and come back. Also, we had a terrible time finding a good restaurant in the vicinity. It could have just been bad luck, but the McDonalds and Burger King next door were not great options. I wish the hotel served austrian food in the evenings.

Excellent clean and comfortable hotel

Excellent location just by the train station and still only 10-15 min walk to old Salzburg. Super well kept, clean and comfortable throughout. Great breakfast on the top floor of the building. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff.

Staff is very nice there, esp Pranee whk is always willing to help. It can be seen that she loves her job by always showing her shiney smiles
