Very fancy hotel in the heart of the city with amazing views. Great staff. Great restaurant on site.

The hotel was in an amazing location. Right in the center of town next to the iconic church that everyone takes a photo of. The view out our window was gorgeous. We were right on the water. We had two rooms next to each other (very pleased that the hotel was able to accommodate that). The staff at check in and check out was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant there one night and the food and staff were fantastic. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The showers had great water pressure.

Traveling in Europe as a family of 4 sometimes required us to get two rooms (including at this hotel in Hallstatt). This is nothing against the hotel itself.....but we would definitely prefer to have rooms that accommodated 4 people. I am just not sure they exist in Hallstatt (or at least we couldn't find one). This hotel was at least able to get us two rooms right next to each other though so that helped. The other thing I'd say they could do better on was in the area of temperature. There was no AC. And we were on the 3rd floor so it was extremely hot. They did offer fans in each room though and we were able to open the door and get a breeze going.

Es ist eine Schande Gäste die aus aller Welt kommen dies als Österreichsiches Hotel zugemutet zu bekommen!

Es ist mit Abstand das Miserabelste was ich je erlebt habe!

Alles Das Personal uninteressiert! Das Frühstück eine Zumutung! Die Ausstattung schlecht abgewohnt! Die Eigentümerin dieses Hotels soll sich schämen!

我們在check in的時候發生了一些不愉快的狀況，飯店人員再check in的過程當中出現重複刷卡的狀況，建議有機會入住的旅客注意有可能發生這樣的狀況。

地點好、飯店設施完備、房間舒適。

飯店位於小鎮的小廣場旁，面對廣場的房間非常的吵雜，一大早五六點就被廣場上來往的人吵醒。怕吵的人不建議入住這間飯店。

Check in的程序非常的草率，並且不專業

飯店位於小鎮心臟位置，從飯店旁的小徑點就可走到湖邊。

我們在check in的時候櫃檯人員不看我們的護照也不看我們的Booking訂單，硬是把我們的訂房資料搞錯，我們被重複收費的兩次。任憑我們怎麼反應櫃檯都不承認錯誤。一直到我們check in幾個小時之後,飯店才發現自己的失誤，但我們的旅遊心情已完全被打亂. 飯店櫃台人員的工作態度有待加強。

In our 3 weeks stay in Europe this was our favorite hotel. The staff were friendly and so very helpful! The food was excellent and the location perfect. We would recommend this place to our friends and stay here again.

Fantastic location, staff and service could be better, Room AC in summer would be essential

Location was fantastic, perfect position on the lake, views were amazing

Breakfast was quite poor, lack of cutlery, plates, bowls etc so had to keep asking for various items. Some staff were great, others were quite off hand and not too polite. No AC in the room so we had to keep the windows open, which then kept us awake with people in the streets late into the evening then clattering around of the hotel staff / kitchen staff / wheeling large bins around from 5.00am in the morning.

It has a Very traditional looking design inside the room at the same time authentic. I love how it looks. The location beside the lake is perfect.

The breakfast could have more variety of choices. Nevertheless i love the fresh baked breads.

The room was wonderful. It is a shame that from the window you had a direct view in the church. The location is fantastic. They view from the restaurant is pretty special.

The curtains were very light. There were roller blinds but could not find a way to reach them.

Worst hotel stay in a decade

The scenery and view , which were nature's gift , not the hotels.

Terrible check in. I was ignored by an over worked receptionist doing the job of at least 4 staff and keft waiting excessively. Finally check in - unfriendly but the girl was over worked. Room service was managed by the same girl who manages front desk . The food quality was terrible and I am not fussy. Half of the food and drink was inedible. I am so disappointed in Booking.com, whom I rely on for their "star" guidance wrt hotel quality. This was a 1 star hotel. Even the mini bar was half empty! It seems they spent all of their money on bathroom renovations ( poorly done and gaudy) and left me feeling ripped off

we have stay in room 205 . the room is very nice but I don’t think the sauna is necessary , I think is better change it to walk through shower .
