Its beautiful and I hope one day I will be able to go again.

Location was perfect, restuarant was very good for breakfest and dinner, the view was amazing

Il était très difficile de nous faire comprendre, personne ne parlait ou comprenait le francais

Hotel central mais très cher meme en passant par booking. Nous avons constaté un prix nettement inférieur sur place, nous n'avons pas compris. Le parking devrait être compris dans le prix en raison du prix de la nuitée très chère. Cdt

Le paiement du parking obligatoire puisqu'il n'étais pas possible de rentrer dans le village, au prix de la chambre, le parking devrait être gratuit + il n'était pas possible de prendre la navette avant 9 Heures le matin du retour vers la france, nous avons du attendre 9 h pour prendre la route donc pas libre de récupérer notre véhicule tot le matin. + par une tempete de neige et circulation. Nous avons mis 3 heures de plus pour notre retour étant partis tard le matin.

The hotel is situated right in the town, just 200m away is the famous scenic photospot of hallstat, room is spacious, hot water shower is hot and water preassure is good. Bed mattress is comfortable with great lake view. Halstatt provide free shuttle to our hotel if u arrive before 7pm, upon 7pm u need to contact the property to send their own shuttle which we call them as we arrive at 7pm, and the shuttle was quick to pick us up to hotel check in. Out hotel building is situated not together with the main building but the staff (the one who drove shuttle us to hotel) helped with the luggage moving and it makes the process much more convenient. Since, everything in hallstat close at 5pm, we still manage to catch good dinner at the hotel restaurant, the grilled trout and chicken schnitzel taste really good. And restaurant staff is helpful when we ask some info about hallstat

We are not in main building and we cannot enjoy the facilities and we are check in into the third building and it is quite far from reception. It tooks us about 5 minutes walking, but luckily they have staff helping u to move luggage. The staff at reception was not too helpful because we ask about dinner in their restaurant and they just tell us it is fully booked and unable to dine in. We asked if we could tale away and have room service,they just point us to the restaurant to ask by ourself. Eventually we just walk into the restaurant and in fact it is not fully book, many empty seat and we have a great dinner. The next day ask about the shuttle that taking longer to pick us, but the staff was not not friendly and i would say a little rude in responding to us

Agradável e em uma cidade com uma paisagem deslumbrante.

Apesar de não termos ficado no prédio principal do hotel, a vista do quarto era espetacular. O quarto grande e confortável, com uma ante sala e banheiro espaçoso.

Não ficamos no prédio principal, perto da beira do lago e onde fica o restaurante do café da manhã e das demais refeições.

Superb

The view is very beautiful. You can see the lake when you open the windows. The room is big and comfortable. We enjoyed staying at the room a lot.

One of the staff is not so friendly when we had our breakfast. His attitude is not very nice.

very nice view, room not worth 282 eur per night.

-value for money not worth it-the view is spectacular but the room itself does not justify the price of 282 euros for 1 night. see photos below. -we had to kill 3 spiders. also room had spiderwebs. -room was very hot, with windows without nets so if you want to cool down, all insects in.

there’s no parking near the hotel, we had to move our luggage for 1.5km to the hotel. And no elevator, of course the bell man will take your luggage with a tip. but when we checkout again need to take down the luggage by ourselves. Our room has some corner with very low ceiling, hit my head several times

This is a cute/historic hotel that was overall great. I do feel that it was overpriced though.

We had a great stay and the location was good. The staff here were very friendly. We arrived shortly before they closed check-in at night and the gentleman that showed us to our hotel room (our room was not in the main building) was really helpful and a great guy. My daughter threw up after getting car sick and even though she was covered in vomit, he was sweet with her and held her hand as we got her out of the car seat and also helped us put all of our bags in the room. The breakfast had a good variety and was pretty yummy. The family room we had was really spacious and we were even able to login to Netflix to let the kids watch some shows in English. If you bring a car, the parking lot is a good little hike away. The hotel will shuttle you to your car though.

There was hair in the bathroom and bathtub when we arrived. The overall value for how much we paid really wasn’t there, but we still had a good stay. The wifi was really spotty in our room; it only worked in the living room. The room was pretty warm and there was no a/c or heat (but the heated floors were nice on your feet). We had to turn down the heated floors and open a window to get the room a little cooler at night.

Great location and probably one of the best hotel in Hallstatt.

Floor heating and shower room is exceptionally great. The view is directly in front of the room, which is amazing, and is convenient if you are taking ferry to Hallstatt, as the hotel is right in front of the dock.

Sauna room used to be freely accessible but this year need to do booking first. A little bit of walk if you would like to take the bus to else where. Would be great if the lotion can be refilled. But these are all small matters.

Overall I would think that the hotel is overpriced, I would recommend to stay outside of Hallstatt and just go for day t

Comfortable room and friendly staffs

The hassle in getting into the property, waited more than 30mins for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the carpark and it was 2-3c at 4pm during winter. Our room was located at 6th floor of the main building, the corridor from the lift to our room was full of trolleys and folded beds as it is at the same floor as the housekeeping, and the corridor has food smell too. Hot water only came around 10pm for bathing…..we bathe with cold water earlier.

Our room was extremely hot and the pillows had zero support (difficult when someone has medical reasons for needing this). Staff could be more welcoming & friendlier

A pleasant stay with nice view and good food. Food is delicious and at a good price.

Spacious room in particular the wood flooring, nice view towards the lake, good food, friendly front desk staff.

A bit too warm in the room and there is no kettle for boiling water.

Perfect

This hotel is the nearest to the shuttle-ship location. Breakfast is abbondante. We got a room with perfect view of the lake and mountain.Also you can get a free map from the reception. Everything went very well and we had a perfect day here.

Book the room earlier maybe the price would be nicer.
