Bien dans l'ensemble pour le calme et l'emplacement

L'emplacement plutôt calme et pas trop loin de la plage, la clim silencieuse et efficace, le petit dej, les lits confortables

Le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas bien, taille des chambres pour 3 un peu petites, balcon un peu petit, besoin de restauration de la salle de bain

Far from a 4.5 star. More like a passable 3 star

Definitely not a 4.5 star. The Breakfast was awful. Dirty plates and cups, tasteless food. €20 to hire a towel and park your car. Air conditioning was practically non existent. The vodka added to the sangria helped to dull the experience. Would not recommend

One of better options in the area if you want a quieter place to relax.

All the staff was very kind, the pools were nice, you could relax beside them and have a nice swim. There was a cook at breakfast preparing eggs, omelets, and pancakes. and the variety of sweet and sour breakfast options was good. The hotel terrace in the evening had a nice atmosphere for an evening drink.

Don't expect too much from the hotel view, the surroundings are fields and unused and unmaintained land. The fitness is ok for one, two people at once, for more it's too small.

Overall a nice relaxing place to stay

Quiet, relaxing, very little noise at night. Good choice of food. Good sized pool, plenty of sun beds. Description of the hotel led us to believe that the sauna and hot tub was included when in fact it wasn’t

The coffee was terrible and when the hotel was busy the queue for the eggs in the morning was bad, needed to have a second staff member for these times. Tables were badly wiped, were very sticky, not sure they were that clean

Yoga class with teacher Patricia. But be careful Teacher Carmen is rude

Flies flying over the food, expensive parking, rude yoga teacher (Teacher Carmen). If you are vegan choose another hotel - when hotel says vegetarian it is not plant based, be careful. If you want to park your car in a safe place, you will have to pay 10 euros per day! and if you want to use the heated pool the hotel charges 15 euros for 2 hours!

disappointed

I had to book 2 rooms for 4 persons including my kids, whereas in my room there was 4 beds already… I don’t understand the rate of the breakfast as I didn’t found it nice, the coffee was horrible the juice was not good at all. The elevator was not working and no one in the hotel was encline to try to solve it quickly😒, apparently the elevator are broken down usually. I would not recommend this hotel even for 1 night.

Excellent place to spend one's vacation or days off

The terrace is awesome, breakfast is tasty and diverse, stuff is polite and helpful, the room and the territory is clean and well looked after, overall, it's a nice place to stay.

The conditioning system in the room is a beat weak during hot days, OK at night.

I am still sick of the meat on bread of the breakfast. I had eaten only one slice and stopped eating cause it tasted very sour. Now I am already very sick for 3 days, food poisoning, according to the docter. I called the hotel but they didn’t take it serious.

Where is the aircom

The pool was amazing and the place was very peacful and quiet. The bar staff where always happy and ready to please.

The air con in the rooms didnt work the first room we had sounded like a helicopter was going to take of, so the moved us but the second room was quiet but didnt seem to work.

Lovely hotel.

The food was nice, as we were both on a plant based diet we didn’t expect much but were satisfied at almost every meal. We did have to eat dairy as the vegetarian options were much better than vegan options. The pool, room and dining facilities were good. Most of the staff were very friendly and kind. The spa facilities were lovely.

More vegan options food wise but understandable. I would still visit this resort again :)

Did not enjoy the trip. Hotel is expensive, location poor and noisy.

The stuff members were very friendly

In the pictures on booking.com they were showing pure sea view from the suite terrace. In reality there is avalanche of hotels to look at. The noise at night from the nightclubs around was unbearable. Not recommended at all if you wish to take a rest.

Very Chill, Good Vibe Mini Resort - Excellent Value

Loved the spa! The layout of the entire hotel, pools etc is really good - Love that they have yoga, tai chi classes and etc - The pools are great. The guys who work at the bar are super nice. The buffet incl brekkie, lunch, dinner was great - a lot of vegetariann options which was really nice. I really enjoyed my short getaway, just very chill and a good vibe.

Hmm - I pretty much liked everything - If I can say anything, maybe the Suite rooms could be bigger, with a sofa, but it really isnt necessary. The suite includes a huge terrace which was really nice. Maybe they could update some things, but like I say, it's pretty great as it is.

Pleasant stay

Overall nice, calm relaxing atmosphere. Pleasant food and bar area. Friendly hotel employees. Good Exercise timetable, just very difficult to get a place in the class as they fill up very quickly.

Small rooms. Very little evening entertainment. In one week there was a DJ one night and a guitarist/singer the following night but then absolutely nothing except hotel background music for the rest of the week. Adult only pool area is small and pool is very shallow. No changing area/lockers in the Spa. The hotel should consistently enforce its face mask policy for indoor communal and bar service areas.

Perfect to disconnect and relax

Food above expectations. Really nice and modern spa. Variety of activities offered, taught by Miguel Ángel, who is amazing. Wise, patient and fun. He represents the concept of “slow travel” perfectly. A differentiator for the hotel and the reason I would recommend it to others who want to relax for a few days.

Exceptional

Food was excellent and great value for money. Nice ambience. Friendly staff, it was very clean; room was tidied daily without me asking. Location is excellent there's a lovely beach with great restaurants and shop around if you do y want to eat at the hotel , lots to do and keep you entertained.

No cups or kettle in the room for making tea. You get anything to drink to have to go downstairs to restaurant and you only get two little bottles of complimentary water, and for someone like me who drinks alot, it was bad. Also, no disposable slippers in the rooms
