Merveilleux séjour dans un petit paradis

La localisation de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, les attentions avant le coucher, la vue mer, la qualité du petit-déjeuner, bref tout !

La piscine du spa devrait etre plus chaude, elle est à peine tiède cest moins relaxant dommage, et l'intérieure de la piscine du spa devrait etre rénové. Mais ce sont des détails tout était parfait

A hidden gem, best place in Costa Brava

The place is probably the best on the Costa Brava coast, the nature is totally preserved around which is unique, no buildings nor villa around, no one at night, beautiful spa, beach, swimming pool, restaurant on the beach, culinaire restaurant at the hotel, all looking on the sea, and what made our stay extraordinary is the professionalism and the kindness of the staff. i travel every week for business, Europe, America and Africa. This place is incredible. All the staff without exception is first class, natural, smiling, caring, .... No wonder all the people you meet come here regularly for many years (one person came since ....1979 !). A hidden gem you can rely on

Over all great stay

Pool areas, beach, poolside restaurant, dinner by the beach, overall small feel of hotel, hotel staff, parking onsite, shuttle to and from beach, overall many positives.

Bathrooms are dated and in serious need of a renovation. Breakfast was always full and there was a wait time. Larger tables outside were impossible to get without a long wait.

I liked the hotel but getting there is bless you go by private transfer from Barcelona is not ideal at all

The location and facilities were great

The transportation by bus to the hotel was horrible as it didn’t drop us at the hotel but on a major road This was one of the methods of transport recommended by the hotel but I strongly disagree The food served at the restaurant was very hit and miss and not good value for money The staff were excellent and helpful

Overall, I had a great time.

Super friendly service in all aspects, super clean and overall nice atmosphere. Nice rooms and spa area.

If there was more advice/ more options given for activities outside of the hotel that would be amazing. I wasn’t really prepared to walk 300 steps down the hill to get to the sea and then back up the hill, but it certainly made life more interesting. It does have some charm to it! If there were more options to eat, that would be good. The food was alright.

A place where to come back to ❤️ One of the best we have ever been. Room with a terrace and sea view was amazing, rooms clean, breakfast and Restaurant delicious. Very kind, great staff. Fantastic, relaxing SPA/ massage! 10/10!

A hidden gem in town!

The location is excellent. The room faced the see and the views were estoneshing. The breakfast was satisfying and the service excellent. The room seemed to be newly renovated with everything you need and very confortable (Superior Double room)

Perhaps the room temperature was a bit too hot and could not be changed. (This was winter time)

A vacation that did not meet expectations at all.

Excellent location, clean sea and pine forest. Friendly staff. Nothing else.

Food and drinks are very expensive, but the quality of food is low, and the assortment is small and unchanged. The only restaurant has only a dozen tables for 50 hotel rooms. The alternative is chips at the bar. A few years ago it was an excellent five-star hotel. It was turned into a third-rate hotel for corporate parties. Noise, lack of an elementary dress code, bad taste in everything.

The pool area was amazing. Nearby the beach. There is a transport service from the beach you do not need to walk up. Breakfast was really good. The staff is helpful and friendly. Quiet area.

Expensive. I'm not sure about value for money. The hotel is in the middle of nothing. You have to take a taxi to the city.

Great location, friendly staff, but not a 5* experience by a long stretch.

Location is a dream and all the potential was there. Staff were very pleasant, but lacked quality of 5*.

The place was old and dated, the 5* element of a stay was not there. Had to chase staff to get service. We even tested sitting in hotel bar to see how long it took for service. We sat for 1hr 30 minutes and not once was approached to take an order. No alternative food options available and when requested the knowledge of kitchen staff was limited. To their credit they tried, but really for the cost and expectation of a 5*. It fell very far from what should have been the experience.
