The location was great
Bathroom incredible
Split level room with huge window overlooking the sea was amazing
It really lacked atmosphere and personality.
With exception to the lovely lady on reception we found all the staff we encountered unfriendly, unwelcoming and almost rude. We saw 3 staff at breakfast and the only 2 words spoken to us were ‘room number?’
Maybe the reception lady could explain basic manners to them?
She sold the hotel so well and we were so looking forward to a luxurious spoilt stay in this wonderful place.

Everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible
Nothing at all, wish I could’ve stayed there longer

Staff outstanding
Views
Not 5 star
Changed rooms 3 times lots of rooms need a major update
Some have terrible drain smell
Very loud pool music 11-11 daily- starts off somewhat chilled then hours of techno music
There are just enough sun beds for those that are staying and 5/6 of them have no shade available .
Sun beds are also ‘rented ‘ out for a high fee to day trippers .
Even if staying at the hotel you reserve a bed the day trippers get the beds they want .
We had to complain & pool bar manager rectified .
Breakfast is actually basic ,ok but
basic
You must get shuttle or taxis to go anywhere too hot / dangerous to walk .
Hotel can provide a driver but sometimes he cannot pick up ( return) even though booked . We found a local taxi driver.
You must factor taxi transfers into your holiday budget
Rooms are only cleaned ‘on request’
There is no lounge to relax or any other area apart from your room or pool .
We will return to Santorini but not to suites of the Gods . Pyrgos /Kamari are beautiful & accommodation far superior.
The staff at Suites of The Gods are amazing each and every one of them . They work very hard trying to ‘make everything right’ that the owner of this property seemingly will not address .
Adreanna , Gisela, Deppe, Alex to name a few

staff were very nice and accomodating. pool was nice although weather not good for swimming.
bathroom was very smelly, location is so far from everything and taxi’s are expensive, expected a lot more for what we paid, not worth booking a private pool as anyone can really walk in.

clean and quiet
the glass on the roof near the donkey is loose

The view from the hotel was really nice and refreshing every morning.
the main pool view was good.
Reception Staff : the lady for the evenings shift was always forcing things on us to buy from them and do as she says for all the things like taxi timing , the tours they book or anything like that.
The taxi was needed everytime to go anywhere , local buses were not seen for any time we stepped outside.
Main pool was filled and clean but the alternate deep pool to swim was empty and water was very very cold in the main pool so couldn't swim.

The staff were very nice and were very helpful all weekend.
The breakfast staff were quick to get us coffee every morning and asked about our plans for the day.
The hotel was clean and the food was nice.
The pool was cool and the views are amazing.
When booking the hotel we chose to pay on arrival.
Four weeks before we arrived the hotel tried to take the money for the stay.
I emailed the hotel and they informed me they were only trying to validate my card and no money will be taken. Couple of days later they tried to take money out again. I emailed them again and the said they did not try. I sent them screenshots to prove!
When we arrive at the hotel we paid the bill for the stay. I had to sign a form and was told i must put my visa debit card number on it. I informed them i didnt not want to do this and they told me it was mandatory only for security reasons in case of any damage done. I put down a card that i use for online shopping.
The day we were leaving we checked out and went to the beach. I then got a call from the reception informing me that my card declined and i have not paid the bill. I went back to the hotel and i showed them proof of payment.
I checked my bank and i could see that the card number i had to fill out for security reasons, they tried to use this card to take for the hotel again. Three times in total they tried to take the cost of the resvation. Lucky i had my card frozen!
Two different times, I went to the bar and made and order and was charged more than i should off been. Eg charge me for Ice latte instead of a regular latte as it was more expensive.
Overall the hotel was a good and the facilities and staff were good. Very unhappy with the issue of them trying to charge me three time and no apologie or reason was given!

The views looking out at the cadelra were beautiful.
Just exceptional. You can watch the sunset from here.
The pool area is lovely. The staff (the driver and the
lady at reception are lovely).
There were no bedsheets on the bed, you sleep directly
with duvet which is questionable (this had stains).
I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest of rooms.
Location isn’t bad (near two small villages which are stunning
but I would for sure rent a car to see the rest of Greece
if you intend on staying here.
Breakfast is not great.

a little far way from the tourist favourite hotspots but we’ll connected by a bus stop right outside and the hotel taxis are around to take you anywhere. value for money as any good room with similar facilities is a lot more expensive. amazing views from the pool deck and the restaurant and massive breakfast spread.
the room light fixtures could do with a little updating/replacements.

Very good location , magnificent view from the balcony
Not very clean , some things were old , bad smells in the bathroom

location was good for getting to the port and staff were very friendly and helpful.
our cave room was very noisy, could hear other rooms, also next to the pool which is worth noting has music playing all day long - would have been good to know this as we were looking for something more peaceful. The room and bathroom and did not reflect the price and rating of the hotel, it felt quite tired.

pool area, extraordinary infinity pool ,very rich breakfast, very nice staff, clean, very nice view, even a little church inside the patio, skybar, great room view
a little old the furniture but maybe they intended so…
4.5
Great pool with amazing view of the sunset.
You can't walk to anywhere from the hotel. There is a public bus stop just in front of the hotel.

Breathtaking view, kind staff, very comfy bed. We got help everytime we asked for something at the reception. They also helped us with taxi service, very fast and prompt for a good price. It will be an unforgettable experience and we thank all the staff members for this. The people at the bar were very lovely too! The bed we got in the split apartment was very comfy, and there was a short wide window showing a partially sea view but it was sadly quite dirty..
A kind recommendation replace or fix the sunbeds and to improve the breakfast a little. More fruits, fresher vegetables for example. Just a little suggestion. The staff was always very kind though. Thank you.

Nice people. nice view
Too windy. Poor breakfast. Too remote and isolated
