Location, great staff and super clean

Clean and functional with really helpful friendly staff. Great shower!
The bed wasn’t the most uncomfortable and it was a little bit expensive.

staff were very polite and helpful.
basement room with no windows, bedroom fan was on all night, green light in the room light fitting was on constantly and was really bright. Draught beer pumps weren't working.

Very cosy + clean room. Nice soft clean carpet , the lounge , very good bathroom , good TV , full shade curtains so one could sleep without outside light , close to the park .
10 am check out time for such a nice hotel is a bit Scrooge .
Because of the cold nights the heating should have been on just for a couple of hours at night.

The location for me is excellent. Buses and underground close by gets you into central London quickly. Plenty of walks parks , primrose hill and regents park a short
Walk from hotel.
I was happy with everything.

Nothing.
Regardless of the refurbishment the standard is terrible, the falsely advertised car park was closed come Friday yet when arriving Monday the were fine with “put it where you can fit it” then it becomes an issue, only reason I booked this hotel is for the car park facilitates for it to be my problem to find a different car park locally and having a tall van this becomes and issue with London. Following up from this, after multiple complaints I’ve had no hot water from the moment I’ve arrived and for nothing to be done about this. Finally I know a common issue with key cards being near a phone is an issue however knowing this I’m strict in keeping completely away from my phone with doing this I’ve still had to get a new key card every time I exit my room, be it to do a full day at work or pop to the shop it made no odds but have to get a new one each time which I’ve found ridiculous. For every issue I’ve had, there’s been no solution, which being here for work purposes I’ve put up with it, but I’d be mortified if this was holiday with my family. Truly poor establishment.

The staff were helpful and diligent I arrived early, tired and itching to put my bags down, have a bath and relax... I could see that they were moving guests around so that I could have a room ready and able for an early check-in ...that's customer service at its best.
I am also totally in love with pet friendly policy as it is as it say pet friendly and every person that I came across that worked there at some position or another made the effort to stroke my dog which put her at some ease in a different environment that she was used to for that I give top marks.
It is not exactly a dislike... more a disappointment... I wanted to extend my stay a couple of extra night but only managed three I had chosen the wrong extended weekend... they were fully booked for upto 4 wks...which I suppose is a good thing but a let down for myself.

Absolutely nothing. Worst night sleep.
Everything was poor. The noise. The room was not dark when I went to sleep. It was dirty - especially the shower.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel is under renovation, no sitting /lounge or bar to sit but price was worth it. Beddings were not clean, room was dusty, no toilet roll but managed to pick up some at reception. Two little duvets, no room to stretch the duvet on a double bed. Nice teas and coffees in the room. Availability of iron & ironing board was a massive plus. d.
Room was dirty, very dusty, carpet was also dusty, walk to room surroundings were everywhere. No hotel ambitious, parking area full of fubbish.

Location was fab. Right by my university as I was travelling for uni assessments.
The receptionist when I arrived was extremely rude and unwelcoming. However the manager of the properly was extremely lovely and understood my travel circumstances. Bed was very uncomfortable

Good location, pet friendly.
Dirty, overpriced, WiFi not included in price, parking not guaranteed for guests and was told the lot was full yet they allowed other cars to completely block their driveway, tub did not drain, rude gentleman at the front desk was upset people were asking for late check out so he was telling other staff to lie and tell people late check out is not possible... just because ‘it’s easier then we can all go home’. On my floor there was someone smoking marijuana. The room smelled like urine. Would not recommend.

Being good value for money; 5 minute walk from underground; 2 minute walk from Tesco, Starbucks and several other options were you can buy what you need; Being near city center.
Breakfast does not worth 12.5 pounds pp; Toilets on several rooms were not flushing properly (heard from other guests the complains on the reception); The shower was a untidy, the signs of use were immense. There was dust and dirt on the windows; Room card fails and seems that has to be reprogrammed each 2 days.

ideal location, within easy walk of regents park, 5 mins in a taxi to covent garden, breakfast was an extra £12.50 but it was worth it for the breakfast, although at the time i went down i think it was coming to the end and the eggs and ushrooms were cold, but the rest were good, great selection of fruit and other breakfast items
bed wasn't the most comfortable i've slept in, the heating was on all night burning hot. the shower went freezing cold so don't leave it on for long before you get in
