Great spot but definitely needs improvement

Great location Lovely staff Terrific breakfast.

Rabbit hole of stairs throughout the building, and trying to get to our room with luggage up and down stairs was frustrating. Foul odour permeating from the cupboard containing the bar fridge, which was awful each time we re-entered the room. Discovered that the fridge was barely cold and our milk we bought went off and our drinks weren’t cold. Terrible pillows.

_ صغر الغرف . جدا جدا دجداً - لا يوجد مساعدة في حمل وتوصيل الحقائب من والي الغرف.

Great location, clean, would recommend

Clean, good location, nice bathroom, comfy bed

Wasn’t obvious how to turn bedside lamps off, the switches next to them were for the spotlights on the ceiling and lights around the tv, we ended up having to take the card out to turn lights off

Friendly staff, good location - but not a 4* hotel!

Great location. Felt like a safe area to be in. Friendly staff.

So noisy - woken up by cleaning staff and other hotel guests very early in the morning outside my room. Walls paper thin. Not much natural light into room due to tiny window. Sliding shower door wouldn’t stay shut. Water pressure nothing to shout about! No lift up to first floor so not great for those who have mobility issues or have lots of luggage.

Shocking

The location, was close enough to Hyde park we could walk

We turned up and they had over booked 20 rooms so it was basically a free for all and unhappy customers. We got put in a room over the road top floor (basically the attic) - I'm 3 months pregnant and was dying walking up and down so asked to be changed. Had to wait 20 minutes to move to a main building room which was an accessible room The shower was low due to the room type, my 6ft 2 boyfriend couldn't shower properly, had to hold the shower head for a shower. The Aircon didn't work. We had no mini bar or kettle, we only had an iron Not enough room to walk round the end of the bed considering it was an accessible room Ive also come home to be charged again from the hotel on top of the booking.com payment so have to chase that up now

Calidad precio bien para ser Londres

El baño era muy grande y limpio. El personal amable y la localización buena, cerca de un metro con muchas lineas. Ademas estaba cerca de muchos restaurantes.

Muchas escaleras para subir y sin ascensor (tienen uno pero para otra zona). La cama era muy pequeña para dos personas.

عدم توفير مياه بصفه يوميه عدم توفير ماكنة حلاقه وفرشاه أسنان واعواد الأذن وصابون واكسسوارات فندق تليق ب 4 نجوم للأسف لا يقوم بتوفيرها حسب ما اخبرني الموظفون

The staff were extremely helpful. The facilities were modern, clean and comfortable. Loved the location. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Bra beliggenhet og godt renhold men små rom, masse trapper /korridorer opp og ned. Dyrt og ikke handikap vennlig.

Bra og rolig beliggenhet.Rent. Gode senger.

Vi hadde bestilt dobbelt rom deluxe for 4 netter til 855 pund. Får det minste dobbeltrom jeg noensinne opplevd med en dobbelseng på 135 cm! Sengen tar opp hele rommet, nesten umulig å gå rundt å ingen plass til å åpne reisevesken. Klager men hotellet sier det er riktig. Får tilbud om nytt rom med større seng neste dag mot en avgift på 90 pund. Må jo ta det da rommet vi har ikke går å bo i for to damer i sin beste alder. Får det nye rommet som er litt større neste ettermiddag. Det er greit nok og seng i normal størrelse som man kommer rundt! Merker første natt at det er for varmt. Klager på ac og de ser at romtemp er 24 grader! Skal sende service. Neste natt like varmt, klager 2 ganger og får siste kvelden skifte rom. Det var ok. Klagde når bi skulle sjekke ut og fikk da etterhvert refundert de 90 pund vi måtte betale ekstra. Skulle bare mangle…

Das Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen nicht entsprochen

Die Lage war gut, der Bahnhof Paddington 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich.

Wir wünschten ein ruhiges Zimmer und erhielten ein Zimmer mit Ventilatoren vor dem Fenster. Wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln und es war besser. Wir konnten nicht im Haupthotel wohnen sondern in einem nahe gelegenen Hotel in ähnlicher Art. Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und hat schlecht gerochen. Das Bett war für zwei Personen zu klein, die Matratze war sehr weich und das Schlafen war unmöglich. Wir entschieden uns nach einer Nacht auszuziehen.

It was ok for London.

rooms were clean

It was a very tiny room. But in hindsight it was like the picture on the fotos. But you did not recognize this. Maybe all rooms in london are so small. But we traveled around the world and a room like this we never had in a 4* Hotel. So it was a little confusing. And second point: When we arrived they went with us the the hotel next by. So we did not slept in the hotel we booked. But the reviews were the same and it was the same room like on the booking app. So I did not complain. But it was also confusing.

Considering how expensive London is, this hotel was good value for money. Service was exceptional!!

Hotel was very clean, modern and close to Paddington station from which you can get anywhere by train.

Bed was not particularly comfortable and bathroom was very small, despite reasonable.

Very pleasant healthy Holiday with plenty of exercise and many places visited.

Location. Very Central for London. Paddington Rail Station is within 300 yards. With constant Underground trains. It is less than an hours walk to Leicester Square.

The Weather was excellent for the week and I walked everywhere. I did not wish to do anything else so there was nothing I lacked.

Location was excellent as close to Hyde park and railway transport. Room were comfortable and we were happy with the club rooms and the size for London and we were all close together
