Я осталась под впечатлением от отеля! С самого момента заезда чувствуется профессионализм и внимание к деталям со стороны персонала. В отеле все продумано до мелочей. Шикарный бассейн, который идеален для утреннего заплыва, современный фитнес-центр, где есть все для тренировок. Питание превосходное. Огромный выбор блюд, свежие фрукты. Большое разнообразие, а самое главное тщательно следят за качеством продуктов! Хочу отметить отдельный остров, который принадлежит отелю. Ходила туда бегать и медитировать. Виды невероятные из любой части отеля. Вернусь в этот отель снова и рекомендую его тем, кто ценит качество, уровень обслуживания и комфорт.

Der beste Ort um richtig Urlaub zu machen.

Die Sauberkeit und der Service waren unglaublich, außerdem war das Essen Spitzenklasse. Der Spabereich war sensationell. Das Personal lässt keine Wünsche unerfüllt. Die Hotelanlage ist riesengroß und top gepflegt und modern.

В целом приличный отель.

Территория отеля была ухоженной, пляж хороший, питание и обслуживание в ресторане так же хорошее. Детская зона, мини аквапарк, детский клуб отличные.

Номера были мрачными и старыми. А так же украдены мужские часы из номера.

Our stay at the resort was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking, and the staff, especially the assistants, went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. It's definitely the perfect resort for families with children. While there are water activities available, it's worth noting that they are not included in the room charge. However, the food was absolutely delicious, and we highly recommend trying out Godiva Caffe during your stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort.

Our overall experience at the resort was great, with many positive aspects. However, one area that could use improvement is the golf car system, we still had a positive stay and enjoyed the other amenities and services provided.

An exceptional 5 days stay at Rixos, we loved the place and the all-inclusive experience.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Turquoise restaurant were exceptional, wide variety and super delicious food. The room was great and wide and always clean and tidy.

Most of the staff and waiters didn’t know English even the basic terms which made communication very hard.

100% fabulous!

Everything was wonderful! We loved the food, the atmosphere (feels like a boutique hotel despite being a resort), the incredible spa and fitness facilities (we did all the classes!) and the location/layout of the hotel. Above all, the staff were just amazing - our holiday assistances Burcu and Hasret were fantastic! So friendly and helpful - they really went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much! I really hope we can come back again soon.

It was memorable stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rixos Bodrum and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The stuff greeted us with warm hospitality and tried to make our stay memorable. The hotel is situated in a stunning location and panoramic view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. Also resort provided a wide range of entertainment and activities. As for dining options: the hotel offered an impressive selection of dishes

Not all rooms in the hotel are renovated. So our room should be renovated to reflect a more modern updated aesthetic

Superb stay at superb resort.

Our hosts Hasrat and Burcu were wonderful! Hasrat was the AM host, and Burcu was the PM host. They were both cheerful, helpful and very informative. They kept my family and I up to date with activities and concerts via WhatsApp. The hotel was amazing! We stayed in an executive room and it was spacious, very modern and super clean. The food at Turquoise was so yummy. This was the most variety of food I've ever seen at a resort. The whole staff was spectacular and always smiling. They really made you feel at home. The location was great as it was only 30 minutes from the airport. The resort grounds were beautiful and picturesque. I stayed for five days, but I could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved everything in the hotel, service was exceptional, very wide variety of the most delicious food, great location, beautiful settings, very big beautiful garden, childcare facilities were amazing. This hotel has a little private island. You can get there anything you can dream off. Rixos Premium Bodrum is definitely more than 5 stars hotel!!!

- The high quality and delicious food - The pool, the beach and the little island - The cocktails - The staff - Amazing people at the kids club and the nice activities planned there. My daughter is very shy and finds it difficult in new situations, yet she told me that the kids club was the best part the holiday. - tranquility

The room cleaning was disappointing and not matching with the cleanness of the remaining of hotel grounds.

I found the staff to be amazing. Especially at the beach restaurant.

I didn’t like that you couldn’t eat I’m all the restaurants. Would have liked more parent accompanied activities for younger children. Evening entertainment was ok the Spanish group were amazing some of the others were not as good.

Me and my husband spent amazing holiday at Rixos Premium Bodrum in September 2022. As soon as we arrived to Bodrum airport hotel’s driver met us and took us to the hotel (the ride was very comfortable and safe). Special thanks to Emircan who is in charge of transportation issue. We were greeted by very nice and charming girl - Leila. As soon as we received our room key guest relationship department organized a special WhatsApp group where we had 2 managers who were online 24/7 for any reasons and questions that we might have. Piotr Pasali and Anastasia Troian really made a great work and helped us with everything during our stay (they also booked a restaurant for us in Yalikavak, they helped us with hotel’s entertainment, immediately organized everything we asked for). Guys are very professional, polite and friendly - we are very grateful to you! Food in the hotel is amazing! I could barely breath after each lunch and dinner 😅 I would like to send special thanks to the girl from the Turquoise restaurant - Merve. She’s the sweetest girl! She always remembered what we were ordering and each time she brought us everything without even asking❤️ Beach was amazing as well, you can always find a free sun lounge regardless of the time of the day. Towels on the beach are always clean, the staff is very polite and prompt so you don’t have to wait for your order for hours. Each evening we went to the Neria bar for live music performances. We are absolutely in love with bartender Surak who is working 24/7 I guess. Amazingly polite, charming, super professional and nice guy. We won’t be surprised if next time when we’ll come to Rixos he’ll be a hotel manager😏 We’ll definitely come back next summer. The most amazing hotel in all Bodrum! Thanks a lot to all the team!❤️

- Staff is excellent! - Pools are super clean, beach is one of the so-called "natural" ones in Torba. - Turquoise Restaurant is amazing in terms of variety of dishes and more than enough if you are not interested in dining in ala carte restaurants. You never get bored. - You get a holiday assistant who updates you daily and answers your questions over whatsapp. Well done.

- It was our honeymoon and Rixos specifically asked for our marriage certificate to apply what-they-called "Honeymoon concept" yet we didn't see anything different on the top of our existing package (other than heart shaped towels on our bed). Confusing. - It's a shame that we couldn't get to eat at ala carte carte restaurants as you need to reserve a table 2 days in advance. We of course didn't know that when we asked the staff to reserve a table for our final dinner, and they said it's already full...

standard deluxe rooms are quite old. Towels, bath robes and bed linen are worn out and need replacement. Hopefully when we come next year they will get renovated.
