Book your stay here! The room was perfect. The food was fantastic and our host was even better!

Our stay was wonderful! Our room was immaculately clean. Joy was very attentive and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Our breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend!

Joy and Elci were a delight and made us very welcome

Breakfast was very good - we loved the pancakes with fruit and maple syrup

Time of breakfast was very early - 7.30 or 8.20 - we prefer 9.00

Delightful B&B with wonderful host!

What a beautiful gem of a B&B in Inverness! Joy was a fantastic host - welcoming me warmly and making sure I had everything I needed for a great 1-night stay, including great suggestions for things to do in Inverness and restaurant recommendations. The room was beautiful and very large - loved the king size bed. The bathroom was stunning - impeccably clean with a shower and gorgeous separate bath. This particular room faced the street which seems like it is fairly busy; however I always travel with a small white noise sound machine, so if there was any street noise I did not notice it. Just something for other visitors to be aware of. The attention to detail here is superb. I had an early start the next morning so wasn't able to stay for breakfast - I will just have to come back! :)

Excellent accommodation- strongly recommended.

We’ll set up, great welcome central location- only minutes walk from the centre. Breakfast excellent- very convenient to have a car park on site. When we next return to Inverness we will definitely stay here - no better recommendation.

Location and availability of onsite parking. The morning breakfast was excellent.

Would of been nice to have a queen bed rather than full but then I knew this when I booked. I though it would be okay.

Welcoming Joy!

Nice welcome from Joy and very attentive and helpful. Good central location. Private, free, car park. Clean room with iron and board which is always a bonus for me!. Nice little outside space, though weather not suitable. Nice room decor. Good breakfast.

Lot of steps up to room but to be fair we were pre warned. small room and very small bathroom. I'm not a fan of pre ordering breakfast but I understand it can help the smooth running for the staff.

Above our expectations

Lovely surprise in every aspect. Accomodation was extremely tidy and comfortable. Room was very spacious and shower was also good. The host, Joy, was very helpful and careful in ensuring that every detail was ok. Breakfast was also good, besides the main course, which works on pre-order on the day before, there are also some options on self-service. Location seemed not so close to city center by looking at the map at first glence, but it turned out to be an easy and short walk. Not an issue at all. Definitely recommend.

Nothing. Would definitely stay again. Note that the each room has a different size, the one we stayed in was very spacious, but I can't tell about the others.

We had an enjoyable stay here.

It is very close to the centre of town and easy walking distance to the supermarket too. The whole house is super clean and tidy. The onsite parking was particularly convenient as it mad it very easy with our luggage. The house manager was very friendly and provided a positive experience.

Fantastic premises. Staff, Joy, was really friendly. Breakfast was freshly cooked and really enjoyable. Although Carisbrooke do not offer evening meals there is lots of choices minutes away.

The B&B was brilliantly clean, the landlord Joy was great and he couldn’t do enough to help.

The only slight downside is that my room faced the road and so traffic woke me at 6am.

Loved this guest house. Two great hosts who are passionate about what they do. Spotless property and breakfast akin to that of a five * hotel. Only gripe we had is we were only there for one night.
