트윈베드룸으로 예약했는데 더블베드로 세팅되어 변경 요청을 했습니다. 바로 침대세팅을 다시 해주긴 했는데 늦은 시간 40분 정도 기다려야 했습니다.

A fine stay in a lovely traditional manor house-like hotel with garden-like, quiet setting.

A really classic and traditional property with excellent staff, very good breakfast, super comfortable and large bed. We liked the heated towel bar in the bathroom and in-room coffee/tea. Beautiful arboretum-like breakfast room.

Very squeaky wood floor in our main-house bedroom and no hot water in the bathroom sink until we reported it, then it was repaired.

Impressive facade belies ordinary rooms

The hotel is grand and the gardens filled with beautiful trees and shrubs. Our room and ensuite were generously proportioned.

We stayed in the newer wing where the carpet was dirty and the room quite basic. The hotel could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was disappointing.

Lovely Hotel with a very warm personell

Amazing service, very warm and friendly. The staff is what makes this hotel so special. The breakfast is a dream and should not be missed.

The kitchen was in a hurry as we arrived late. As a result our meal was not prepared as we ordered it, but the waiter was quick in finding a good solution and apologised for it. Some of the furniture and the rooms might need a refresh. We had a room at the corner of the hotel so the plumbing took a while to „heat up“ for the morning shower

Fantastic 3 night stay

Above average restaurant menu selection, preparation and presentation for dinner! Friendly, helpful hotel staff and servers

Minor point but you do need car/taxi to central Inverness as walk is too long.

Shower was non existent. Hand held shower mounted to the wall with no pressure. No fridge or microwave in room. No USB ports. Bread selection at breakfast very limited. Room very dated. Taps don't close properly.

Disappointed, overcharged and will not return or recommend

Room was ok.

Late notice of no dining facilities, booked this hotel in March so disappointed to be advised within a week of our arrival. Locked out of hotel at 7:00 am when we had been asked and informed we would like breakfast at 7:00 am, chef was locked out of dining room aswell as ourselves, member of staff did open after searching for dining room keys. Recommended to eat at a another place for a carvery, but none available. When returning to hotel no staff in bar or reception, no other guests in the hotel and no atmosphere. Hotel and grounds in need of improvement, an impression of being run down and left in poor order and no organisation. Very disappointed especially in view of price and 4 star rating which was not representative.

Good

The breakfast was very good and there are lots of different options to choose from. Also the building itself is very beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the location is good for trips in the surrounding area but with a poor connection to public transport. Here the staff was again very helpful and offered us to call a taxi.

The room was okay, unfortunately the bed was not really comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very low so that it was quite hard to wash ones hair.

Location was great! It was very quiet and a beautiful setting. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well equiped for what we needed

The bed wasn't very comfortable and we only were able to get about 30 seconds of hot water. These were minor though.

Grand accommodation worth the stay

Beautiful place. Lovely surroundings and garden. Ample parking. Beds comfy. Staff very welcoming.

Water pressure in bathrooms was a bit sad.

Excellent!

The place is soooooo beautiful! The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff was very lovely, they were extremely helpful and nice to us all the time. We hadn't booked breakfast but we could get a table and have the delicious menu they offered! Also no problem with parking. Everything was great, definitely would come back!

Maybe the shower could be a bit better... but it was something very small compared to all the rest being great!
