Amazing place. I liked that was very clean, warm and cosy. Minibar in the room, roomservice, near to the sea.

Clean and friedly personnel.
No elevator.

The hotel has a parking lot. Clean and has a great view to the sea (extra cost ofcourse). Near the beach. Great and frendly staff.
The rooms need an upgrade. The doors are loose.
Why have a private beach if you have no advantage as a hotel guest? Further more, this private beach was the most expensive one there. Only 2 sold umbrellas all day while everything else was fully sold since it was 2x cheaper.

Room was very clean and comfy. Staff was more then excellent. Oceanview and close to the private beach. Several restaurants in the nearby.
Well, the only thing that did not match this awesome hotel was the breakfast. A bit poor.

Location
It is not the same place as we used to know it . very expensive for what they are offering .

They had romanian zuchinis at breakfast and lots of tomato and cucumber. The rooms on the upper floor are really nice and spacious, with sea view but with trees in front, the trees in front of the building are just wonderful in june when they bloom. You can always have a short walk on the promenade in front of the hotel. You can remotely hear the waves. You can eat in the restaurant next door. The AC in the 4 stars room was very well working with sleep modus as well.
They did not have too much fruits at breakfat. There was no bottled water at breakfast. Coffee machine needs to be completely changed, as well as the coffee brand. No possibility to order a decent coffee in the premises. There is no restaurant in the premises.
3.5
The location was wonderful...next to the beach. The stuff was very nice and willing to help all the time. The room and the bathroom were clean and big enough.
The "garden view" of the room was like seeing just the leaves in a tree which was very close to the balcony. Also, the balcony was so small...you could just stand on it...cannot move.
The breakfast ok...but the coffee was horrible.

receptionist was very kind and allowed us to check in one of the rooms we had booked way before the check in time
- great location, just had to take the stairs down and there was the beach
- breakfast had everything we would expect but sausage and croissant quality was poor
the rooms were clean-ish, but i feel like it was missing a vacuuming
- the bed was so incredibly hard, couldn't sleep most of the night and in the morning we had sore back and shoulders. Bed was making noise from every move
- something that the hotel cannot do much about but so you're prepared for: mosquitos, be ready to be eaten by them if you open the door. We weren't expecting mosquitos so close to the sea and made the mistake to keep the door open at evening and night...
- the car parking is 25 lei, not 15 like written on booking

Breakfast could have been more diverse.
A little bit noise in the morning
