i like only stuff and location of the property.
what room I booked they did not gave us . stuff was so nice and they give little discount when they found it out . did not slept well as what room they gave us it was near to the lift and was not sound prof . night was really disturbing . sauna is so small you can enjoy with your family , only the men always captured the place . stuff is super best and cooperative.

Beautiful hotel next to Grundlsee with amazing view on the mountain. Friendly staff and aboundant, delicious dishes, both breakfast and dinner also. It was rainy and foggy cold weather, heating was optimal. Size of the bathroom is good enough for a family. Recommended.

The meals - breakfast and dinner (soups, salad bar and 2-3 main dishes) - were very good. The receptionist was perfect - quick and attentive. A small private beach approx. 3-minute walk away. The area is very quite and offers beautiful views over the lake and at the mountains.

Honestly, I didn’t have very high expectations first, but we had the best sleep here. There was a student group and we thought they will be noisy at night, but the receptionist promised they will be quiet after 10pm and he was right. No noise at all. By the way the receptionist from croatia was great, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Too bad that we just stayed 12 hours. Breakfast was also great.
All was goof

The place is clean, quiet, breakfast and dinner are fair.
My reservation at the Jufa Grundlsee was accepted but a few days before arriving date I wa notified that the hotel is close so my booking was transfered to Jufa Altaussee. I dodn't like tha but had no time to find another place. I didn't like the location, away from the lake. The hotel is very basic, more for students or bagpackers.
The room we got had no wi fi, even though we were guarantied that wi fi works well all over. We had to change to a less comfortable room. There were two bottles of water on the table and we were sure it's complemntary. They charged us, even though there was no sign or price stated. what a shame. The toilet paper is the cheapest they could find.

Cosy and quiet, polite staff
Beautiful surroundings and hiking trails around
Great food
Own “beach” and rental
Not so good a starting point if you plan to visit places in the north by the lakes (ca. hour drive to Traunsee or Wolfgangsee, 40 min to Hallstatt)

The hotel is located on the lake in a more private area with lots of green space around.
The rooms have beautiful views of the lake and the mountains.
The food was excellent. We had breakfast and dinner and it was one of the best home made meals we had in a long time in a hotel.
We stayed in the quadruple room which has a double bed upstairs. The space there was a little bit too narrow and it was quite hot on the days with high temperatures.

Breakfast was good, room was ok!
Overall good, nothing special.
In summer with the direct access to the lake, it must be great!!
4.2
Wonderful location and staff — the setting is spectacular & the staff are particularly kind. Great sauna set up too.
During Covid the self-serve buffet-style meals felt unsafe. Table service would have felt safer.
4.2
The surrounding area where the hotel is located is beautiful and scenic. There is the beautiful clean lake, the wonderful mountain view and green nature all around. The breakfast was good and had a large selection of meats, cheeses, breads, spreads, etc. The hotel and its facilities are good for families with children.
Maybe because it was summer and it is located near the lake and forest, there was many mosquitoes in the evenings that we cannot sit outside. If you plan to be there in summer, bring some insect repellants.
