Location was good, some staff were kind and helpful.
The pictures are fake. You can’t see the twin towers from the pool. The rooms look much older and darker to what is pictured. People smoke in rooms so they stink. Furniture was old and shabby and breaking. There is a fish pond so my 2 and 4 year old naturally wanted to look at the fish, the security guard came and told them to get away from the pond. This upset them as all they wanted to do was watch the fish. Not a family friendly place. Very loud construction site going on next door.
4.5
- Prime location
- Clean accommodation
- Many good places for family dinner by walking distance! Just like the Nasi Kahwin Hari Hari
- Easy to source for halal eateries and foods
- 24 hours shop just opposite the hotel
- Walking distance to McDonalds where it's easy-to-get last minute supper
- Few minutes' drive to Pavilion, Sungei Wang, the busking street, Bukit Bintang
- All staffs were amazingly friendly and accommodative
Just that the hotel is situated around pubs, and it gets pretty distracting seeing tipsy people nearby the hotel on Saturdays. So for female smokers, if you need a puff along the hotel lobby's corridor, please get someone to accompany you! Otherwise, you'll be mistaken as a call girl!

Great location and staff, particularly the fellow who made up our room daily he was a gentleman. The 2 pools were great also. There’s 3 convenience stores right out the front and the hotel is close to everything.
Would return.

Le petit déjeuner avec des spécialités mondiales toutes aussi bonne les unes que les autres. La propreté, la piscine, la vue. Super hôtel.
Le manque d'intimité des toilettes.

The location
The staff were nice and kind
4.5
Rooms were very good, as expected from such a hotel. Location was perfect, very central and close to a lot of convenience stores and tourist attractions. Breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel, but everyone enjoyed it.
The concierge staff was very nice. Each day we were greeted with a smile. The breakfast staff could have improved a bit. I even saw customers complaining about the same things continuously.

Clean & comfortable apartment
Staff were indifferent, not helpful, not so pleasant.

2.5
the kitchen , the space in the apartment. the swimming pool, spa, was great.
I did mail the hotel about our special holiday, it was universally of a 60th birthday, I did ask for something special like decoration, but my request was simply ignored. Sad because it was special to us , it could be more memorable if they respect my request, for extra cost would be fine. other wise was ok. but the breakfast could be much better. The service should be more polite like before Pandemic.
2.5
Room not very clean. Bra from previous guests still behind the toilet seat when check in. Clothes dryer not working well, clothes have disgusting smell after that
4.5
The 2-bedroom was huge and equipped with everything that we needed. The washing machine and dryer was a life saver as we do not need to bring home dirty laundry.
Upon checking in, the dining table was dirty with leftover rice.
In addition, the breakfast was disappointing. Not much selections to choose from and we ended up eating out for breakfast.

Popular place for foreigners - individuals and family
Nothing much
2.5
the location and size of the room
the staff a bit rude to me during check in.
4.5
almost everything
not much choices of breakfast
4.5
The staff was very responsive and helpful in rectifying the spoiled lock for our main door. The room itself had a spacious living and kitchen area, with both bedrooms having ample space for 2 people in each room. One of the bedrooms comes with an ensuite. Getting around was relatively convenient using Grab and there were many good cafes and restaurants nearby. We would recommend Rabbit Hole and Canvass which is located about 5-7 mins walk from the hotel.
The location was a little far from where we had alighted, Berjaya Times Square, as we traveled by coach. It can also be a little confusing as there are two Park Royal hotels, one located nearer to Berjaya Times Square, whereas this was further away (about 10-15mins walk) and it is an apartment.
