Hotel de très bon standing , surtout aux étages PREMIER

Hotel de standing surtout au niveau PREMIER , petit dejeuner Japonais au 22 ° étage très classe avec vue , loudge sympathique

Un peu éloigné de la gare , isolation phonique par rapport aux passages des trains , salle de bain un peu basique

Very unpleasant due to customer service and support by Booking.com

Close to station and good location

Not value for the money. Too expensive hotel comparing to hotel facilities. Fridge on the room is too small and not so cold. It’s like Toy! Buffet Restaurants was too small to accommodate many guests

Very pleased.

Just 5 mins walk to JR station, Daimaru, Stella Place and the underground mall. The hotel itself is spacious and the rooms comfortable. It even has an indoor pool, although I would have preferred an Onsen/spa. The Airport Bus also comes to the hotel to pick up/drop off passengers so it’s super convenient to get to the airport.

Comfortable place to come back to after a full day of shopping and sightseeing.

A bit away from the crowd. Close proximity to the Botanic Gardens. Staff generally courteous and helpful. The premier rooms are comparable to international class hotels (be prepared to pay the price). Premier rooms are spacious and well appointed. Great in-room and quality toilet amenities.

Quite naturally being an established domestic brand, expectedly it caters to the domestic well heeled guests. The non-premier rooms except for room space are at best comparable to domestic branded 3-Stars hotels at best. Certainly cannot be compared to 3-Stars rated of the top international brands.

The staffs were really friendly and helpful. Room was big, for japanese standard. The hotel is close to the sapporo station so it's very convenient to do day trips. Love the shower area, it's huge.

I don't like the fact that you have to pay extras for the gym and sauna. Felt like it should be free for guests to use. But many hotels in Japan are like this, not too sure why.

Nicely located 4 star hotel, but the freq train noise was a surprise.

Location and cleanliness.

Freq train noise as one side (our room) of the hotel is next to the track. And trains do operate well past midnight. Needs better window sound proofing.

Very nice stay and walking distance from Sapporo Station

Excellent breakfast. I like the choice of buffet breakfast on 1st floor plus 22nd floor set breakfast. Tried both. The 22nd floor set breakfast is Japanese, nice, and have a great view of the city. It is neat but does not offer as much food choices as the buffet. e.g. no choice of fruits, no ice cream, etc. Still, it is a good idea to do that 22nd floor breakfast at least oncve during the stay. Location: not far from Sapporo Station and Daimaru. About 10-15 minutes walk (2 city blocks). However, it is far from the TV Tower area/underground shopping areas if you want to do a lot of shoppings/eatings there. Still, the shops around Sapporo Station offer a lot, in particular Daimaru. My wife was happy shopping just near the Station, and didn't bother to go with me to do the routine sightseeing.

Superb

Staff immediately greeted us as we entered lobby. The check in process was seamless. The staff helped us find a restaurant a friend told us about and even called to make reservations.

When you turn on the bathroom light, it shines into the bedroom area because there is a window between the two rooms.

Highly recommended hotel in Sapporo

The staff was very helpful. The reservation team in particular was very responsive to our requests and kept us informed and the communication was excellent. The hotel location was very convenient and within walking distance to most attractions.

the room size is good. enough for us to place our 2 large & 1 small luggages. still have rooms to walk around the room.

Comfort and convenient

The room size is ok with one extra dressing table.

The staff was not friendly when I asked the nearby cafe for breakfast. He told me to walk to JR station to look out myself.

Kanpeki Stay

Staff was incredibly friendly despite my broken Japanese, and the facilities were all immaculate. Would easily stay again! Super close to the station, 7/11 across the street, and great walking areas around.

efficient housekeeping, friendly and helpful front desk staff, with some staff able to speak good English.

Location. google map shows it is about 450m away from the west entrance of Sapporo JR station, BUT, to drag 9 luggage (28” ~ 30”) from JR station to the hotel in winter with snow-covered road junctions and paveways was no joke!
