Excellent villa and excellent holiday :)

The villa was fantastic, couldn't fault it. Fantastic perfect location, clean, modern, secure and staff very friendly. We will definitely return.

A few ants in kitchen and upstairs but forgot about them after a while.

Fantastic family location and plenty of space for all the family, great for young baby!

Peaceful and relaxing

Got there way before check-in time but were allowed to put our luggage into the villa whilst cleaning took place. Extremely private and secure thanks to good alarm system. Good sized pool. Internet exceptional, kitchen well equipped with basics supplied to get you started. Beds were extremely comfortable and the showers spacious with plenty of room, plenty of storage space and coat hangers. The extras that could be supplied by the company seemed excellent (not used on this visit)and our request for return transport was dealt with brilliantly.

To be a truly 5 star experience there needs to be an improvement in the fixtures and fittings. Uncomfortable sofa and chair in living space, sun-loungers poor quality with no mattress supplied, outdoor furniture showing signs of wear and tear. Not being able to flush toilet tissues etc great if you can supply plenty of bin bags to last they stay, if not think about installing macerators to the toilets and or bidet system. I am being extremely critical with these comments but knowing what the company are trying to achieve I think that they are justified.

Absolutely loved this villa, great location a few mins walk to the marina.

The pool was lovely and warm, the location was great, the attention to detail in terms of supplies around the villa was great. The villa is a short walk to the marina and I couldn't really fault anything with it. I would certainly consider it again. We opted for the heated pool, it was great as the kids could jump in from early without any issues with it being cold etc.

Cant really think of anything other than really nitpicking

Beautiful villa, lovely resort. We all had a great holiday.

Spotlessly clean villa in an excellent location. Friendly informative staff. We were there with our two young adult sons. The villa was big enough to give us all privacy, with a great pool area and good sized pool. Close to the marina, and even within walking distance of the beautiful Papagayo beaches. The two local beaches are also very nice, and just a few minutes walk.

If you are hiring a car, make it a small one. Our medium sized one only just made it through the electric gates.

Fabulous villa with private pool in great location.

Excellent location very close to Marina Rubicon. Fabulous villa which was exceptionally clean with every possible convenience one would need. Great communication with hosts. Have stayed in many types of accommodation in Lanzarote over 20 years and this is one of my favourites.

Beautiful Villa in a Beautiful area

great location, close enough to the action, with sea views, but also away from the crowds. plenty of space, including the balcony, patio and private pool. The staff we spoke to were super helpful and friendly.

we didn’t use the sofa bed as a bed, and it wasn’t the most comfortable of sofas….

Great location & nice sized pool, helpful host

Location is great, close to the marina, shops & beach. Lovely pool (but ensure it’s a refurbished one). Manuel is friendly and helpful. Spacious house well equipped

Beds are very firm! The website pictures are a few years old & so the furnishings (IKEA) are showing their age. Not quite as luxurious as you expect from the pics. If you book on Booking.com it’s a little cheaper than direct but you don’t get to choose your villa so you will be allocated what is remaining. Our first week was not great as we were allocated a villa with a pool in desperate need of refurbishing. This was disappointing as it looked old and green, nothing like the pictures. We were moved to another villa after 6 days of a 14 day stay but had there not been a free one I would have been extremely disappointed. Sloop and Ketch are the 2 that need renovation as at Oct 2022

Excellent villa!

The quality of everything in the villa was excellent. The villa was spotlessly clean. There was a massive bowl of fruit; there was milk, bread, fruit juice, jam and two cans of beer in the fridge. Two clean teatowels, two vileda cloths, a sponge/scourer and lots of washing up liquid. Plenty of loo rolls (not cheap stuff either), which meant we didn't need to buy any for the entire week. Plenty of towels, again not cheap or tatty. Aircon in every room. The pool wasn't heated but the cover absorbed the heat of the sun so the pool was adequately warm enough. Manuel was extremely helpful and friendly. The villa is in a great location, 5 mins walk from the Hyperdino supermarket, a great little cafe/patisserie (which also sells lovely bread rolls) and the Rubicon marina where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. 15-20 min walk along the walkway to the main Playa Blanca area.

The beds and sunbeds were a little uncomfortable. The sun doesn't hit the pool or sunbathing area until 11-11.30am.

Best Family Holiday we have had in years, mainly due to the villa and its location.

The property is really safe and private. Location is perfect for walking to shops and resturants. It is fully equipped with all modern facilities. WIFI is strong. Beds are extremely comfortable. Pool was perfect, clean and in sunlight. Outdoor shaded seating areas are super. AC units are very effective. Manuel the host was extremely friendly and approachable.

Everything was perfect. No bad comments to make at all.

a perfect Villa for a perfect holiday!

the property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. our flight was delayed, so we arrived later than planned, when we arrived all the shops were shut, but there were beers in the fridge along with milk and bread and also snacks!

Lovely base by Marina Rubicon

Lovely clean and simple villa in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Marina Rubicon and its many restaurants whilst still feeling quiet and secluded. The pool area was a great size for the two of us with comfy loungers and a shaded area to provide a rest from the sun. We didn't bother having the pool heated, it was a good temperature without but we were blessed with hot weather most days, so it was great to cool off in! Communication with Manuel was great throughout and it was a lovely touch to have a few essentials ready for us in the fridge upon our arrival. The villa has everything you need for a great stay in Playa Blanca. We would not hesitate to stay again!

One of the patio doors was a bit of a nightmare to lock, but we flagged this and Manuel quickly had someone come and take a look at it and replace the lock. The downstairs area took a while to cool down with the air con on so it got quite hot.

Lovely relaxing week in this villa

Good size villa for a family of 4. Clean and tidy. Pool was crystal clear and warm. Had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Great location.
