Ok hotel, with good breakfast
Location is good in the town, but not in a safe street. Hotel only opens door when you ring.

The check in team are the loveliest people you could hope to meet. Amazing breakfast including delicious melon, pastries, meats, cereal, cakes etc. Cute rooftop pool and sun deck. Super clean. Handy for the Aerobus (the stop for the airport is near Illia 323.) I loved this hotel.
The only negative was that the room doors didn’t offer any sound insulation so if someone was talking in the corridor or unlocking their door you would hear it clearly. Not a major issue though.

I am really sorry to leave a bad review to anyone, no complaints about the staff, they were amazing, but the hotel is located in a dodgy, dingy neighborhood surrounded with falling apart buildings and walking the neighborhood in the evening to go get food was simply dangerous for a woman traveling alone. I want this to be known because I would have liked to have this information before booking.
Furthermore, the room had 0 soundproofing or insulation, I could hear every word being spoken by the person in the next room and in the corridor. People coming and going in the corridor, the cleaning staff, the sound of the elevator, you could hear everything all the times and it was hard to even fall asleep.
The room was clean but the window was filthy and so was the bed cover, I am sorry but this was terrible value for the money, I don’t believe this sort of facility should be allowed to charge as much as they do, it is simply not fair.

It is Ok fot a few days but I am not sure that

The hotel is really comfy, well located but believe me, the staff (Roman) is exceptional... they are flexible with guest.
I do like everything.

Very good service. I needed to change my flight ticket and the lady at the reception desk let me use her own cell phone to get in touch with LATAM in Buenos Aires. (Took me half an hour and she guided me all the way). They also helped with printouts. When I asked if I could change rooms, I was given not only a better one but a bigger at no extra cost. Gold! The breakfast is good and healthy, with additional fruits. The coffee is steaming hot, like the milk. Nice eating area and friendly staff. Jim Morrison on the wall, that's another star! (No Roadhouse Blues here!) Short way from the main bus terminal - I legged it from there and back (with a huge suitcase in tow). Oh, and the hotel has a lift, which sure gave my hernia a break. Recommended!
The only thing I missed was a spring / coil mattress, however this is often lacking in most accomodations, even hotels. I've asked booking.com to list this as a separate search criteria, as for many of us old geezers this is so vital for a good night's sleep. Please do take note!
And I threw the pillows aside, as they were too bulky and hard.

People are very helpful and even made a booking for our flight. Near at the old city, later we discovered another part of Córdoba which was much nicer, but for 2days it was good enough
