Muy bonito, algo incomodo para dormir

La.ubicacion inmejorable, a 10 min andando de la plaza pero sin el ruido de la misma. La zona de la piscina preciosa aunque solo era usable para comer. La habitación grande y fresquita.

Las camas....muy incómodas, demasiado duras

Geweldig.

Prachtige locatie midden in de Medina en toch stil. Bij 35 graden was er toch geen airco nodig door de dikke muren. Buitengewoon is het koken van de kokkin; zij maakt de beste tajines. Personeel ook zeer vriendelijk. Kamers met patio helemaal schoon en in orde net als de bedden. Midden in de stad is dit toch een heerlijke rustige plek.

Het zwembad is meer voor kinderen gezien de geringe omvang. En het is even wennen om door een rommelig steegje naar deze wonderbaarlijk mooie Riad te gaan.

Excellent accueil. Très joli cadre. Chambre très spacieuse. À proximité de tout dans la médina. Très calme et à l’abri du brouhaha de la ville.

Literie assez dure. Difficile à trouver la première fois

Not good value

The breakfast and the night staff were kind and smiley The position in the medina

- the pool was dirty (green because of algae) - the room was clean but the common spaces were not (dirty plates abandoned on tables for hours under the sun) - Wi-Fi was not working well

Perfect stay! I had a blast

Very welcoming staff they were 100% nice super helpful and welcoming people. Couldn’t ask for more very nice experience

Comfort Zone in the middle of the busy town

The Riad is very nice and attention is paid to every little detail. Very quiet atmosphere in the middle of the busy old town. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would book there again at any time

Small minus point was that the wifi in the room did not work. However, in the public areas super, so you can help yourself here and go out for a minute

hotel fine, but wouldn’t recommend travelling alone (2 women)

it was within walking distance of most things in Medina

due to it being in the heart of the medina it was not easy to find so much so that when stopped to ask for directions we were robbed by a gang of pickpockets. also bathroom drains smelt very bad and bathroom in general seemed a bit mouldy around the bath. breakfast very basic. not really worth the money paid

beautiful and serene. Turiya was amazing. always available and helpful. loved the mint tea and food she made. location was great. close to the main square of the Medina and yet very quiet.

the pool is green and not cleaned. definitely not useable. could be just for winter but they shouldn’t mention it on their website. staff can’t communicate in English which can be a problem. we tried to get a hammam and massage and when I asked for it I specifically said 3 separate rooms- which he assured me it was the case. after we changed all our plans to make the hammam at the time they had available he was trying to put me, my husband and my 16 yo son in the same room! didn’t have enough staff to do the three of us either. the staff we just ok. didn’t scrub or massage well. don’t use the spa unless u don’t care for it to be good.

The family that own the riad is so sweet and available. They make fresh breakfast and have the best recommendations. Our room was attached to a big living room and we got served breakfast there on the last day.

Room & general facility need some refurbishment Microlocation- the small street during the night was occupied by some men in late night standing there which gave a feeling of insecurity Spa & Sauna- you need to pay in addition for using it Very bad Wifi

The environment and friendly attitude of the staff. The place is geniune Marroquinean and is perfect to relax.

The internet is not stable. The place is huge ans they configured several networks rather than using one with replicators of signal. The rooms missed a refrigerator and maybe a some other commodoties such as a cooffee machine.

beautiful stay with very kind staff :)

The staff were kind and really accommodating throughout our trip. The location of the riad is great, it’s a short walk from the main souks but still tucked away so it’s nice and quite and peaceful. The rooms are large and the overall interior of the riad is beautiful. The breakfast was always consistent and lovely as well!

Quiet, understated luxury.

Immediately inside the door, you are in a tranquil calm oasis. The staff are lovely - there when you need them, but respectful of your privacy at all times. A fantastic antedote to a busy day around Marrakesh.

Comfortable, elegant and very friendly staff.

Ideal location for staying in centre of old town Marrakech (5 min walk from Medina and markets). Really nice bedrooms and bathroom. Riad/pool was ideal for cooling down during the day and a lovely setting to have breakfast/lunch next to. Staff were very accommodating and there was someone at the desk 24 hours.. Had a traditional Hammam in the spa here which was a great experience and incredibly relaxing.

It is an oasis in the middle of the Medina!! It was clean, comfortable and with a Moroccan charming vibe. many beautiful spaces inside! we loved the pool! and all the staff were very friendly, helpful and super nice!
