This is the fourth time we have visited this hotel, and everything has always been wonderful. Receives customers very warmly. Always tries to help in any case. It's always nice to come here. Breakfast is amazing. Special thanks to Rosanna.

Location is good, just 5 minutes walk in to the main part of town. Rooms are clean and comfortable despite being a little dated. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is quite good.
The hotel is a little bit dated but nothing to really dislike.

Good location and clean. Friendly staff and great breakfast included.
It was a little out of date, but still nice. Pull out couch was not the most comfortable.
3.5
Friendly staff that made an effort to speak my native language and they were very helpful.
Good location, free private parking, Sky TV and free internet.
A nice breakfast..
The rooms could maintain the same Italian charme and be renovated a bit (window curtain was broken/get rid of the carpet/improved wc's).
The pancake machine, they tasted really weird.

Nice stay for a weekend. The breakfast was tasteful. The hotel is just 2min away from the centre so you can leave the car inside the hotel's parking.
The room was comfortable and spacious. I was very happy with the personnel for attending my requests.
There are 2 charging ports (type 2 / 22kW) available for charging.

This is a very good hotel, located close to the railway station and a convenient walk to the city centre. The room and the bathroom were both quite large. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast was good, but the cooked food was not very warm, and the nearly empty juice jugs were not refilled. The room was cold during my stay, although there were plenty of blankets.

More vegan options for breakfast, please!

great location, very friendly staff - Rossana particularly.
She went above and beyond, recommending and booking restaurants and she lent us some Mozzie spray !
watch out for the Mozzies …. but that’s not the hotels fault 🤣

The hotel was very cute and in the architectural style that can be found in the centre of Crema (a short walk away). It was easy to find and access by car, had great parking facilities inside the property at no additional cost and is located in a great place for exploring the town. In less than five minutes by foot, you can access the historical centre walking through a lovely park and then entering through the arch that leaves you at Piazza Garibaldi - a great spot for starting a day in Crema-. The beds are comfy and the rooms have good climate control. One of the best things about the hotel is it's staff, this family run hotel will go out of it's way to welcome you and make sure your stay is memorable. They love Crema and are very knowledgeable about the town and its surroundings. I fully recommend it.

Good location just outside of the old city wall. Rooms are a bit dated but are quite acceptable. Breakfast is good with an adequate selection.
All in all, this hotel is good for the money and we would definitely stay there again.

Central location in a beautiful building with stylish rooms. Friendly staff and hearty breakfast.

The reception personnel were really nice and helpful.
The Room smelled a little but it went away with air conditioning. Also, when arriving to the breakfast at last hour of it, some things were out (for example eggs) and were not provided. I think breakfast should have all the items available throughout the breakfast.

great location. 24 hour reception for our night flight. friendly English speaking staff. accommodated every request. great room. great breakfast.
spiders in the room. ok for me but my daughter had to do a nightly spider check. but then we are in a very rural area so it’s can’t be helped

Nice and comfortable room. Welcoming staff. Free parking. Good location very close to the center. Lot of food possibilities around.
The carpet contained a lot of hairs, so I think cleaning might by improved. Also the room might be little bit more soundproof.

Thank you very much for a warm accommodstion, help and support provided during my stay. Staff is extremely helpful. Keep going that way!
There was some issues with hot/cold water while having the shower, at the time I openned the tap. But after 2-3 min it was ok. Looks like some kind of tube connection and access to warm/ freeze the water up.

The sink was almost completely clogged and it took a long while for the water to go away.
