Excellent location! Truly a lovely place to stay! So very nice with an excellent patio area! Beds were comfortable and excellent light in the rooms. plenty of room for 2 adults to move around without feeling cramped. The top room got quite hot in afternoon sun though, so be prepared for that. The breakfast in the mornings was truly a delight!! Great stay and great host!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. it was so relaxing and literally felt like home. One of the best parts of our stay here was definitely Arlene. She was a fantastic host and made sure we were taken care of and knew what to do and where to go. I loved getting to meet her and if I lived in Crema she would be my bestie.
The property, including the room, facilities, inner courtyard, and roof top patio, was quaint and what you hope for in an Italian getaway. It had the authentic Italian vibe with all of the modern day luxuries you are familiar with.

Amazing and unique place, great location, hospitable owner
Beds were too soft and you sank into them when you lay down but, that doesn't necessarily mean that it's a bad thing, it doesn't suit me, but it might suit others

central location, comfortable bed, refined decorations, nice breakfast, enthusiastic and knowledgeable host and staff
weak wifi connection at some spots

The location was phenomenal. Right in the middle of the old town, with easy access to everything. We arrived by train and as there are no taxis in Crema , had to walk. But it was only around 10 minutes and we had light luggage.
If there was one thing I had to pick out, it was the apartment. We had the top floor apartment and we’re right under the roof. We’re tall, so trying to get in and out of bed without giving yourself concussion was a feat.

Nice and spacious under attic room
I went to Crema for a business trip and needed a good internet connection. in my room (Marrakech) the signal was not good neither on my phone nor on my pc

Obviously we are tourists, but we wanted to stay somewhere we could feel as unlike tourists as possible! A place with a personality, that felt like an apartment, which is why we booked the Junior Suite. We could see from the photos that San Clemente had character, but they didn’t do it enough justice. The suite was quirky, stylish and comfortable, as well as being very clean. The staff were wonderful. Friendly, funny, kind and helpful. It was a pleasure chatting to them and they definitely did their best to ensure we were happy and comfortable.
The air conditioning is excellent and the roof terrace a perfect spot to enjoy the wonderful continental breakfast or a nice glass of wine in the evening.
The location is perfect, slap bang in the centre with parking close by. We parked outside Caffè del Convento and paid a daily rate via the EasyPark app. It’s less than a 2 minute walk from there.
The fridge was very welcome as was the daily fresh water provided. The Wi-Fi was also fantastic. My husband had to work on occasion while we were there and had a few zoom meetings, all with no connection issues at all.
We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend San Clemente to everyone.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. The room exceeded our expectations and the staff was very friendly. The balcony and location were also gorgeous!
It was a bit noisy on the weekend and the AC did not work well.

The property was renovated to make some beautiful spaces. the communal terrace is quite lovely and the rooms and suites have been very nicely furnished. It was rather unfortunate that our junior suite had no air conditioning which had broken down. it was therefore extremely hot in the attic of the property. The owner was extremely apologetic although we still paid the same price. The breakfast was a plated selection of fruit with a croissant, orange juice and tea or coffee. The location is excellent.
the blinds in the bedroom didn’t close so it was very light quite early in the morning.

Such a stunning location, the rooftop terrace for breakfast was very special and with views that are incomparable. The room was thoughtfully done, with great facilities to make the long weekend stay very comfortable for the family.
We visited during the heatwave and and A/C did not give us respite.

Loved the look and decorations, charm and location, the roof-terrace, the flexibility od the staff
Uncomfortable sofabed in the livingroom. The decorations and interior were stylish and charming but the little last details were missing. Two different coloured lightbulbs in the chandeliers, little repairs here and there that could easily be fixed and little details here and there that would be so easy and cheap to fix to reach the highest level.

It's a lovely place, breakfast was also perfect. Very nice staff, felt super comfortable.
Location is superb. Try the restaurant Speranza just next door.
The AC in the roof rooms could be stronger, didn't really cool down even after some hours of running on cooling max.

Beautiful and unique place to stay and spent some days in Crema.
The apartment is designed with delicacy and if you appreciate a beautiful space with love for details - that‘s for you! I had a very pleasant stay!

Great location, super clean and attentive staff.
The location is right in front of a church so if you enjoy a peaceful sleep past 7;30am I would caution.

I loved the location in the city centre, Arlene is a great host and my room was lovely, big and comfortable. It’s an affordable luxury experience and the terrace is really beautiful. The whole stay translates well the spirit of Crema.

The apartment was spacious and in a perfect location. We loved the balcony. Opening up the doors for fresh air and being able to watch the people go by from above was an added bonus. Arlene was extremely helpful giving us dinner suggestions and reserving a table for us as well as securing 2 bicycles for us to tour this amazing quaint city.
The entire experience in Crema was delightful and Arlene was extremely helpful and friendly. If I had to say one thing, I would say a firmer mattress would be helpful, but it was comfortable enough.

Great location, just beside the church in the center, with a terrasse to sit outside. Staff was super helpful and very forthcoming. Was able to check in late with key drop box. A great place to stay, will come again!
Just small things, the AC was a bit difficult to use and the sofabed was not soo comfortable.
