Desilusión

La ubicación. El colchón y las almohadas muy cómodas

El deterioro del edificio en general. No era lo esperado de acuerdo a las imágenes que brindó en Booking. Muy apretado todo en la habitación. No funcionaban los enchufes. La luz de de la mesa de luz tampoco La puerta del baño de vidrio estaba floja de manera peligrosa

Lindo hotel en buena ubicación con algunas cosas a mejorar

El hotel está super bien ubicado si vas a la zona de San Telmo. Queda cerca del centro y de muchos puntos claves de Buenos Aires. En general el hotel es lindo, buena atención y comodidades generales.

Internet es fluctuante. Durante todo un día no tuve. Una cosa importante: el baño no tiene bidet!!! El desayuno es muy caro, incluso en relación a cafés cercanos.

Excelentes vacaciones en San Telmo

Volví por segunda vez, ya que me encanta el hotel. Este año me encontré con un desayuno exquisito, felicito a Georgina por su amabilidad y por el desayuno ya que tiene mucha variedad y se nota que es preparado con cariño

Reciclaje soñado

Muy linda habitación! Tan amplia como cómoda y la limpieza de todas las instalaciones un placer poder disfrutar cualquier espacio del hotel SIEMPRE, la verdad que se disfrutó todo !! También para señalar la calidez del personal, yo viaje sola y me guiaban en recorridos , tour, sitios para comer ..unos genios!!!

No hay mucho para decir porque todo estuvo muy bien. Si tuviera que señalar algo , solo diría que prefirieron un baño con ventana.

Great place on a budget!

Great location, good price, good service. If you're traveling on a budget, it's a great choice! Close to Zanjon de Granados, mercado de San Telmo, Plaza Dorrego, Museo de Arte Moderno. Not far from Casa Rosada, Plaza de Mayo and Puerto Madero. Neighborhood vibrant and safe. Highly recommended!

It seems lacking in continuous investment/improvement, but not dramatically falling behind. It's a good economical choice.

La struttura dell’hotel per come é stata concepita è molto carina. La camera era pulita e il letto comodo. Staff gentile.

Le camere andrebbero rimodernate o curate maggiormente. Noi abbiamo prenotato una stanza superior e lo smalto della vasca da bagno era scrostato in diversi punti, le finestre erano rovinate (legno ormai marcio). Estetica e confort non da 4 stelle! Colazione essenziale (il minimo indispensabile). La posizione della struttura è comoda per visitare la parte centrale di BA, ma la sera non sembra essere un’area molto sicura.

Great deal for the location

Great security and friendly polite gentleman working the front desk reception. Love the rustic look throughout the hotel.

Bathroom is tiny. I don't consider myself a large person (176cm, 70kg) but it was a tight fit taking a shower right next to the toilet.

It’s an overall charming and safe hotel in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. Very friendly staff. The Internet was very good.

The rooms need some renovation (especially the bathrooms) and new furniture. The breakfast was OK but very limited selection.

Charming old hotel in a great location in San Telmo. We had a very, very large room with balcony to the street. Very helpful staff. Nice spots to sit outside around the hotel

Beautiful place located in the heart of my fave barrios porteños. The property is of unique character which makes it especial. Staff is helpful and welcoming! I would rate our stay to a 7/10.

Property is beautiful although lacks of maintainance overall. Roof terrace and pool were dirty. Our room was dated and AC was not strong enough to beat the summer heat. Free WiFi was terrible! Mostly working on the lobby area.

Tolerable - just! Would have been much better if they had moved us to another room immediately.

Location was good

The room was dark, curtain falling off, toilet seat broken, we stayed for 4 nights it took 3 days to get these fixed. When we arrived there was no mini Bar in the room as advertised, this arrived next day, which was fine.

Patios de San Telmo was a wonderful place to stay for a solo traveler, w/ an exceptional staff

The staff was great, I had a couple of issues with things like a delayed flight and the heating in my room, but they went above and beyond to help me with it. Everyone is very friendly and the room was nice. I also liked the location, it's near to many shops and restaurants and easily walkable to other parts of town.

Great location, disappointing room

The hotel building is very interesting with a nice rooftop terrace. The location is brilliant for San Telmo, with loads of great bars and restaurants.

The room itself was in poor repair and small, with peeling wallpaper and dampness from the bathroom.

Location was great, but do not expect good breakfast at this establishment.

The room size was great, the bathroom however had a shower door that closed in on you when showering so had to wedge in place with towel. Was very clean and once shower taps figured out water was plenty hot enough and did not run cold all time I was in the shower.

The toilet door was glass and had dropped on hinges so could not be fully closed, I was my own in room so made no difference to me. However, the shower door kept swinging inwards whilst showering so had to wedge in place not helpful. The meagre breakfast was neither filling or wholesome with the same every morning, no choice was given or offered.
