Clean, good location, very friendly and helpful waiter at breakfast and good breakfast, comfortable bed, nice view.
The parking fiasco left a bad taste and we wont come back here again on principle.
Also the walls are thin and you can hear all the footsteps upstairs and doors banging at night.
The fiasco with the parking at this hotel did not make for a pleasant welcome after a long day.
The policy with the parking is unfair. It ISNT first come first served and favours people staying for more than one night.
There were lots of empty spaces available (or so we thought) so we parked there in the late afternoon and then went to check in as we had been told it was first come first served.
We were then told at check in that these spaces were not available to us as we were only staying for one night. The guests staying the night before, had, that morning, reserved and paid for the spaces left empty all day as they were out all day and would be/ may be coming back that night to use them.
This is the strangest version of first come first served I've ever come across and trying to rationalise/feed back with the receptionist just got nowhere. Although she was pleasant and polite while trying to explain it, it just isn't fair to all guests or in any way logical but she seemed convinced it was fine.
Basically, if we had been staying for 2 nights, we could have, the next morning, reserved a space for that following day/evening. So even if we had returned at 2am in the morning, our space would be there having sat empty all day and evening but someone who had arrived at say 3pm to check in for one night would have to go elsewhere and pay for parking.
We are happy to pay for parking, not a problem, but we were told it was first come first served, again, not a problem and that fair but if you are only there for one night, you can't ring up and reserve it over the phone (fair enough), but if you are there in person, you can reserve it for your second and subsequent nights in the morning at reception, robbing other people arriving that afternoon who would have got to a space before you if you are out all day and not returning until the evening or night time.

The staff were friendly and could not do enough to help. The location is excellent, close to town centre but without the hectic crowds. Breakfast wast wonderful and the service superb.
Could not fault it.

The food was very good in the evening restaurant with great service from the staff. The bar staff were very helpful with holiday trip information. Reception staff were very helpful if I needed anything. Cleaning staff were great.
No fish and chips on the menu gluten free?

Definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed in, all the staff were really nice and helpful. Beautiful area, great facilities like a pool and sauna.
We’ll definitely be coming back here soon.
The tv wasn’t working but we didn’t really mind, Netflix and prime just weren’t loading up.

Great staff. We arrived quite early arround 6:30am as we were traveling from London. So we thought let's keep our bags at hotel and Rome arround. Brendon was really helpful. He allow us to keep our bags also helpful in giving info about city and arround places. So we came back in couple of hours as we thought to visit nearby town until room gets ready. Receptionist said will get your room ready no worries. Julie and other lady was amazing. The other lady's smile made us feel just another home. Again she was so helpful. Shout-out to housekeeping staff as well. Overall all of you guys made our stay so wonderful and memorable. Thanks again.
