Good location, lovely room and will stay again!

Good location. Close to the train station and in walking distance to everything you need in Shinjuku.

There wasn’t any restaurant for breakfast which was a bit sad.

Parfait pour notre première fois à Tokyo !

Chambre très propre avec petite cuisine et lave-linge. Très bien située dans un endroit calme à quelques minutes de la station Shibuya qui vous permettra d'accéder rapidement à tous les quartiers de Tokyo. Personnel charmant et disponible.

Great central location and rooms good with kitchenette and washer dryer combo. All great for our stay, Family Mart below so convenient and walking distance to Shibuya Crossing etc...

foi conturbada no início, pois não queriamos ficar no anexo, mas depois deu certo.

localização muito boa, proxima da estação de Shibuya.

Reservei quartos de fumantes porque no site nao havia outra opção. Não sou fumante, mas pedi para limparem bem o quarto para nao ter cheiro de fumaça. No site diziam que só tinham esses quartos na data que reservei. Falei com eles por meio de mensagem no site do Booking mas disseram que só tinham esses quartos mesmo. Nunca nos avisaram que os quartos que reservamos ficavam em um predio anexo. Quando chegamos, vimos que nos colocaram em quartos localizados no anexo. Para chegar a esse anexo, tinhamos de andar cerca de 150m, e estava chovendo. Chegando lá, os quartos não correspondiam ao que mostravam nas fotos no site. Os quartos eram bem pequenos e desconfortáveis. Não ficamos contentes, e retornamos à front desk para que nos informassem se havia a possibilidade de trocar de quartos (eu havia solicitado antes, mas disseram que não tinham quartos disponíveis). Quando solicitei a mudança, as moças da front desk disseram que era possivel, mas que eu teria de pagar um adicional, que foi de aproximadamente 250 dolares para os 2 quartos (1 quarto duplo e 1 quarto single). Paguei e fizemos a troca. Os quartos novos, no predio principal, eram melhores, mas ainda assim não eram semelhantes às fotos que o hotel apresenta no site. As fotos do site são enganosas. Tinha máquina de lavar roupas e uma pequena copa, com forno de microondas. Não gostei também do hotel não oferecer café da manha.

Good location if looking for a quiet neighborhood without the hustle and bustle of The Scramble area

Over all a nice hotel for the money.

At check in we were told that the room that my two children had would be located in another building, while our room was in this hotel. If i had know that at booking or shortly there after, I would have either found a different hotel or paid a bit more to have my children's room in the same building. In the end, I paid a bit more to have their room one floor below our room.

Great place for a long business trip.

I was in Japan on a 7-day business trip. it's great to have a washing machine/tumble dyer all-in-one in the room. I chuck my laundry before I head to work and by the time I come back everything is dried. The room is nice and cozy with a plenty of space.

the location is bit off from the Shibuya Station.

Perfect place to stay in Tokyo

Great location. Excellent facilities particularly the washer/dryer in both our rooms. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spotlessly clean.

Overall an excellent hotel. Highly recommend!!

Location close to subway station, Shibuya scramble and easy access to airport. All facilities, amenities and service is top notch with great attention to detail and comfort.

Perhaps have a phone in the room for local calls.

Disappointing, kinda gross.

The front desk staff at this hotel were lovely.

The front desk staff seemed really apologetic when they told me (and I know probably not their call) that the *one hour* late check out i was requesting would be TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND YEN! This wasnt a language barrier and I didn't mishear as I confirmed 3 times. Also, the room was dirty, there was hair in the shower and on the linens. There was no toilet paper in my room at all. The bathroom had a weird smell as noted by others in reviews. The lamps seemed like they were an afterthought and were just kinda out of place and not plugged in. Extremely not worth the price price and also extremely disappointing.

decent hotel for business use

room is nice and has got enough space to relax. great to have a washing machine and tumble dryer in the room. I got to do my laundry when I head out and everything is done when I get back. breakfast is nice too.

the hotel is bit away from the Shibuya Station. it requires 5-10min walk up and down the escalators and steep roads to get to the airport bus stop at the Cerluan Tower.

Overall, great location and cleanliness but the room could be better

location, and complimentary items such as toiletries and coffee.

The room was meant for 4 people but the mattress sheets and blanket covers were not enough. Had to ask for it. The beds were not comfortable, and most of us did not have a good night rest after a long day of walking.

Superb

Room and amenities were excellent! Loved the coffee machine at the lobby where there was unlimited complimentary coffee. Loved the washing machine/dryer and ensuite kitchenette. Room size was just right (got the Superior room). Family mart store just next to the hotel was great for late dinners/snacks/cheap breakfast.

Hotel was located at New South exit of Shibuya station, which was considerably further than the centre of Shibuya. The double bed was a tad small even for my mum and I (both average sized Asian females).
