Perfect beach house for a trip with friends

The host bought food and drinks for us so we arrived to a full fridge - amazing!

The villa is located a little outside Larnaca City - the area is called Oroklini - from the central street it is 20 minutes by car (a taxi cost 17-20 euros). Near there is the embankment, the beach, cafes, hotels, several small shops-markets - but we went into the city to Lidl supermarket. Everything is as in the photo from the author. Upon check-in, the owner met us, showed us everything, exepleined us everything - there were treats for us in the cold store - a lot of still water, melon, cheese, meat, bread, wine). It was nice, since we are from a long way (from Ukraine), so everything was appropriate. From the nuances - the bathroom door did not close well - we told about this to the owner - recommended to pat them down for next tourists. The house had bed linen, plenty of towels, the kitchen had the necessary dishes, a toaster, a coffee machine, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and several sunbeds on the balcony. For a week's stay, an additional 100 euros was paid for the use of electricity - this is with infrequent use of the air conditioner, not including the TV - only the kitchen, light, sockets for charging gadgets (calculated by meters). Very satisfied with the villa, if we come back again, we will choose this location again.

We enjoyed it!

Very kind and hospitable host. Location is near the beach, bus station, market and local restaurants. The villa has all the necessary facilities in order to enjoy your stay.

The apartment is by the view side of the sea which makes your day bright as you get up in the morning and open your windows. The flat is exceptionally clean. The host/owner is very welcoming.

If somebody want to relax a quiet, calm and beautiful place.... it is a great choice!

The apartment's location is very excellent. The beach is a few steps from this. There are some kindly thing in the fridge - some eat, bread, tomato, a bottle of wine... It is very kind gesture. I recommend this apartment. We will back as soon as possile.
