The staff was very nice! It was perfect!

The room is very large with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The bed is confortable.
Kitchen is well equipped. And the swimming pool is great!👌
Staff very nice. Breakfast is good 👍
The futon for kid was very thin, so like sleeping directly on the hard floor.
At this period of the year, early July, this area is very quite. Which is good for rest but challenging to find an open restaurant after 8pm. Need a car to go eat outside

It is a spacious apartment with 10mins to a “secret” beach. The swimming pool looks great but it is a pity that we didn’t take a dip into their heated pool but my kids managed to have a great fun with the trampoline and soccer ball. The breakfast is a decent spread and their staff is super friendly.

The hotel is located on the very quiet side of a town, facing the port of Hwasoon. Some of the rooms have the view of Sanbang Mtn. The famous Yongmeori Coast and Songak Mtn trail is within 10 minutes' drive. There is a trail called Olle(?) next to the hotel. All the staff members are very friendly and try their best to help out. The ground of the hotel is very relaxing with jacuzzi, swimming pool, swings, and a trampoline. They serve free breakfast with homemade yogurt, soup, porridge, boiled egg, sausage, toast, fruit, etc. I liked the toilet being separated with a door.
nothing.

The location is perfect and the resort is very secluded. Very nice for a private relaxation. Breakfast was okay, having more variety of eggs such as scrambled or fried eggs would be nice.
The cleanness wasn't bad at all, but it would be better if it was cleaner.

the scenery, the pools, and the outside trampoline/games for kids
there was no crib available which made it difficult for our baby to sleep

Secret beach walk path.

Great location and views towards the ocean and mountain.
also very close to nearby shops.
only issue was the futon beds provided for the kids. there were too thin and uncomfortable.
also there wasn’t enough room next to the bed within the bedrooms for the futon.
otherwise our family suite was very spacious.

Parking is free. Beds are comfy, bedsheets are clean and crispy.
Windows werent cleaned this year, all dirty with splashes where it was touched by an apparently soapy sponge. Looked ridiculous at presidential suite where the view is the main selling point. The view itself is lovely to one side where the eye meets the sea but try not to turn your head to observe a gas power station from the 80ies.
The hotel is jn the middle of nowhere and you have to drive to have a meal.
Breakfast is really poor, no fruits, no vegs, no coffee, no fried eggs and no pans to cook it. If you go there, please let me know if strawberry jam reminds you more of sugar and soap mix or sugar and wallpaper paste, as I could not figure out.
The whole look and feel is bare cement walls, which meant to be industrial but instead just lacking any design touches.

Everything! I booked a triple room at an incredibly low price. I don't think I have ever stayed in such a luxurious hotel with every amenity you could think of, including a free foot spa.
The service from the very young staff was head and shoulders above any hotel I have stayed in around the world - I can't praise their kindness and consideration to this solo traveller.
Coupled with everything else - the magnificent view of the sea, the beautiful grounds and the unexpected amenities, was the super breakfast that was free with the booking. You honestly didn't need to eat for the rest of the day because there was so much on offer and of good quality, too. I loved my spa bath, too!
Will definitely stay here again
There is nothing about this hotel that I didn't like.

We are a family of four and stayed in the executive suite with a private pool and balcony. We really enjoyed the private location near the beach. View of the ocean and mountain were beautiful. Our kids loved the private pool on our balcony. Kitchen and living room were comfortable. There are small fruit vendors nearby and several convenient stores within walking distance. Wifi worked fine.
You choose when to fill the pool yourself so plan extra time for this. The water controls were actual hot and cold water valves under a panel by the pool. It seemed there a number of little things the hotel could do to make the stay perfect. For example, furniture was really sparse. I'm used to having a night stand table on each side of the bed. There was only one side table in each bedroom. Lack of toothbrushes. Only slippers provided was for the toilet rooms. It would be nice to have slippers for the balcony and inside the suite. No dish towel even though you're responsible to wash the dishes before you leave. No containers for leftovers or plastic film to wrap leftovers. Not paper towels. The latter items are usually found at air bnbs and would be a nice touch to make this an even more enjoyable stay. Butike I said, all minor things. We really liked it and would stay here again.

My family stayed here for about 3 days. Kids love the apartment. We booked the apartment that has 2 bedroom and came with an external spa. Spacious and clean. The place is closed by to a black pork bbq restaurant (5 mins walk).

The spacious suite and breakfast provided. The lobby reception even lend us universal adapters to charge all our devices as we didn't bring enough for our phones, ipad, watch etc.
The pool and outdoor bath are closed.

This is a great resort that is tucked away for privacy and peace and not surrounded by ten million other hotels. It's only a minute from a private beach and one of the "olle" paths that are all over Jeju for hiking. It's also close to shops and restaurants and not far from many of the tourist sites around Seogwipo. But then, everything on Jeju isn't too far away, even Hallasan. I took a taxi from the airport and this hotel is on a direct route, so about 40 minutes and about 33000 won. The staff here were absolutely lovely, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even ordering taxis for me. My Korean is basic, but a few of the clerks knew English or we used translators. Definitely a hidden gem I'd highly recommend.
The only downside was that the spa facilities and the screen golf were still not open because of covid restrictions (really? We are all crammed into the breakfast room, eating without masks. There is no reasoning here to not be with a few others in a massage room or screen golf room). I had really been looking forward to a massage and some screen golf, which I wanted to try since I don't have near where I live.

I was staying for my honeymoon and it was a nice romantic location. The free breakfast was quite generous and the room was very well equipped.
It's a bit of a walk to get somewhere without driving. The foot bath/spa is just a small wooden tub to soak your feet in, don't bother making an appointment for it, you got a better tub in the room.

Room nice and spacious. Great view.
Breakfast was bad

Staff were really pleasant and helpful despite language barrier. One even helped to contact the external 24h laundromat to translate the technical issue that I faced with the dryer. Thank you very much. Breakfast was decent - every morning there was beef or abalone porridge and tangerine yogurt specially made by the chef.
The house keeping system could be improved to be on par with international hotels. Also toilet and bath area could be cleaner.

clean and comfortable
queue at the restaurant for breakfast. The bread and toaster should place may be at the end of the buffet set-up instead from the beginning of the buffet line. This has caused unnecessary jammed and long queue

good breakfast, kind response, beautiful view
towel shortage, toilet paper shortage, a little dirty spot

The pool was great. The breakfast homemade yogurt was delicious. The staff were really welcoming and friendly.
The air conditioning was absolutely filthy. So much dust in the vent. The balcony doesn’t have any seating options. Which was disappointing because the morning and nighttime view were amazing from the balcony.
