宾馆大堂的咖啡厅环境优雅,面包西点种类繁多,酒店地理位置极佳,到机场开车7分钟,周边离步行街、免税店和君悦购物中心在步行5分钟左右,吃饭购物非常方便

Great hotel in a good location with friendly staff.
We booked this at the airport on a deal as our other accommodation was on the other side of the island not not convenient for our tour.
The bakery and shop in the Lobby were very convenient with good fresh options.
Great pool.
The Thai restaurant was really good also.
It was a bit annoying to have to pay to use the pool (and Other facilities) each time as a family of 4 (although we did get off peak rates and were expecting this).

Best location at the center of Jeju city.
So busy...

The room was comfortable enough. Some staff were helpful.
Disappointed that we had to pay extra to use the pool for a quick swim (W12,000 for me , W8,000 for my son). My husband wanted to just stay by the pool and watch and we were told he would have to pay to do that, further to this if we wanted to sit on a sun lounger it would cost us W30,000 for 2 hours. I think that the hotel should be more honest when advertising this aspect of the experience. You get the impression that this facility is exclusively for hotel users but it feels more like a public pool that you happen to be staying near and apart from a small discount your experience is no different to anyone else's, and this doesn't feel right when you are already paying for a fairly pricey hotel.

- location
- The staff did not allow us to check in 30 minutes earlier and did not explain why. We had to stand in front of the counter for 30 minutes.
- I have never experienced a 5-star hotel that charges extra for a toothbrush.

Hotel is very modern and clean, and the staff are very helpful with our luggage.
The hotel room is a bit small, and I think some hotel accessories like razor blade and toothpaste should have been included with the price we've paid. Netflix subscription could have been provided instead of using ours. Pool access could also have been included instead of as an extra.

The aircon system was not working and their solution was to provide me with a fan. It was quite warm in the afternoon as it was enclosed although it was seasonally cool outside.

I liked the location and the amenities
I received only one robe and we were 2 people. it was a bit difficult to communicate in English with the staff at the hotel.

good location if you would like to stay in the city

I like the location of the hotel, good parking facilities and near to good food places.
The hotel is large and staff friendly, but it feels a bit impersonal for a 5 star hotel. The hotel was not able to assist us with booking a cab to the airport in the morning. Just gave us a phone number.

close to the airport, bed was comfortable and nice breakfast
everything cost more money- pool, sauna, gym, toothbrush, bench by the pool. it is so irritating and unfair. wouldn’t go there again.

This is not a budget hotel with the price they are charging. We have to pay for the toothbrush we use! Ridiculous!

Great location. Great value.
The gym and pool aren't included at the room rate. You have to pay extra to use them

Location: Central and surrounded by tonnes of shops, restaurants, cafes and etc
Service: Ample of staff and provide good service, taxi booking, luggage service and etc
Room: Big space, 2 beds with one sofa. Quite a number of TV shows (Netflix and etc)
Parking: Come with two levels of parking next to the hotel.
Hotel facilities: Swimming pool - cost about 20000won per pax for access. Couple of access costs about 40000 won, which is very expensive.

The grounds are beautiful, staff are friendly
For a 5 star Hotel, the buffet is overpriced, common things that are usually free had to be paid for including access to the pool. No wifi at the pool area. The choice of Restaurants is Limited. If you rent a car, just know the parking lot can get filled very quickly.
It says the rooms are soundproofed but they're not.
It was an ok stay but i would not stay there again.

Hotel had lots of amenities on site
- Everything was an extra charge and overpriced at that. For example: Told upon check in the pool cost 15,000 won per person per day. We decided the first day to use it anyway and went there. Paid at the pool reception and went to sit for 15 minutes when someone came up and said we couldn’t sit there as it was an extra fee (nobody at pool reception thought to mention this). We asked where we could sit but there was nowhere apart from paid loungers and 4 regular tables at the back which were occupied. They said we should leave our stuff by the side of the pool and just go in the pool as there was nowhere next to the pool to relax. We forked up the money so now it had cost us approx $30 usd pp to just sit by the pool. The loungers we also only had for 2 hours. By the way the pool was packed at this point with families so is not a good place for couples, it was noisy and crowded but we had paid already so felt stuck.
- Reception concierge not a proper concierge and didn’t have any idea about local attractions or restaurants. Asked also front desk but they were also poor. We were going hiking the next day so asked about packed lunches or to go food nearby. They told us we should go down the road to mcdonalds. Couldn’t believe this is a recommendation of food to take up the mountain.

The cost to eat in the hotel is ridiculous equivalent to £110 which I thought was too expensive especially considering how much we paid to stay. Everything cost money to use there Inc the pool, there wasn’t much room around the pool to relax unless you paid for a sun bed but there wasn’t many of those and everytime we were unable to get one. The rooms were comfy, location was great very close to the airport. Very clean hotel. The pool was nice but I would expect this to be a facility that came with the price we paid to stay.
